Es un tema que he tratado ya varias veces, pero, y me perdonaréis el oportunismo cutre, lo de ayer me la ha dejado botando.
Hace unos días, charlaba con Lorenzo Barnó en el Laboratorio de Ideas del COAG sobre otro tema importante para nosotros, el de ser empresa y me decía: “Es que no te explicas bien”
Y es que al final todo es cuestión de sutilezas y matices.
Como decía, llevo tiempo afirmando que
los colectivos alienan a los individuos que los conforman.
(y no hay que confundir con alinear, que también, aunque ese es otro debate) y voy a tratar de explicarlo.
Lo que ayer ganó la eurocopa no es un colectivo. Es un equipo.
Es un conjunto de individualidades, estupendamente engranadas, con un grado de especialización tan alto casi como su flexibilidad, y capaz de, trabajando con la mente puesta en hacer su trabajo lo mejor posible, conseguir el bien del grupo.
Y ahora podríais decir que eso también son los colectivos, pero no.
Un colectivo no tiene individualidades, no hay Iniestas que cedan el gol generosamente a Jesús Navas, no hay Ramos que se juegen la integridad física con un penalti a lo panenka (¿os imagináis que la falla?¿creéis que si hubiera consensuado la idea se lo habrían permitido?), no hay Albas dejándose los pulmones media banda para marcar goles como el de ayer.
Ese es mi argumento principal. En los colectivos los indivíduos desaparecen. No tienen nombre. Se disuelven en el grupo, en la indefinición, en la irresponsabilidad. Y esto se confunde con la generosidad.
Para mi, la Sociedad Red tiene una enorme potencia. Tiene la capacidad de agregar indivíduos en multitud de asociaciones simultáneas, solapadas e incluyentes que no tienen por qué ocultar las identidades individuales de cada una de las personas que las conforman.
La Sociedad Red tiene el enorme poder de posibilitar la constitución del YoRed.
Me sigue pareciendo un enorme error, sin menospreciar en ningún momento el trabajo que los colectivos desarrollan, confundir generosidad con otra cosa.
Que las personas reclamen la autoría de sus trabajos no tiene que ver con el ego o la vanidad.
Tiene que ver con la responsabilidad hacia los demás, con la capacidad de interlocución uno a uno, con el hecho de que somos personas y servimos a las personas. Las entrevistas a los jugadores de la selección ayer confirmaba esta teoría. Todos, después de haber jugado magistralmente, atribuyeron el mérito al equipo, al engranaje, a la Red.

Como dicía, levo tempo afirmando que os colectivos alienan aos individuos que os conforman. (e non hai que confundir con alinear, que tamén, aínda que ese é outro debate) e vou tratar de explicalo. O que onte gañou a eurocopa non é un colectivo. É un equipo.

E agora poderiades dicir que iso tamén son os colectivos, pero non.

Ese é o meu argumento principal. Nos colectivos os indivíduos desaparecen. Non teñen nome. Disólvense no grupo, na indefinición, na irresponsabilidade. E isto confúndese coa xenerosidade.
Para o meu, a Sociedade Rede ten unha enorme potencia. Ten a capacidade de agregar indivíduos en multitude de asociacións simultáneas, solapadas e incluyentes que non teñen por que ocultar as identidades individuais de cada unha das persoas que as conforman.

Ségueme parecendo un enorme erro, sen menosprezar en ningún momento o traballo que os colectivos desenvolven, confundir xenerosidade con outra cousa.
Que as persoas reclamen a autoría dos seus traballos non ten que ver co ego ou a vaidade.
Ten que ver coa responsabilidade cara aos demais, coa capacidade de interlocución un a un, co feito de que somos persoas e servimos ás persoas. As entrevistas aos xogadores da selección onte confirmaba esta teoría. Todos, despois de xogar maxistralmente, atribuíron o mérito ao equipo, á engrenaxe, á Rede.
