La obra del arquitecto Luis Martínez Santa-María, “Veintisiete Viviendas de protección pública en Mocejón, Toledo”, ha sido la ganadora de la décima edición del Premio de Arquitectura con Ladrillo . El Jurado ha valorado la investigación sobre las diferentes texturas que permite el ladrillo empleado, y que multiplica la capacidad expresiva del material; se reconoce el rigor y el control con que se ha ejecutado la obra. La tipología de las unidades también parece adecuada al medio rural al que pertenece, lo que favorece su integración en el borde del pueblo donde se sitúa.

The work of the architect Luis Martínez St-María, “Twenty-seven public protection Housings in Mocejón, Toledo”, has been the winner of the tenth edition of the Architecture Prize with Brick. The Jury has considered the investigation on different textures that the employed brick allows, and that multiplies the expressive skills of the material; the severity is admitted and the control with that the work has been executed. The typology of the units also seems suitable to the rural environment to the one which belongs, what he favors his integration in the edge of the village where is situated.
