Anna Malagrida muestra fotografías de su proyecto Los muros hablaron (The Walls Spoke), en el que documenta los movimientos de protesta social, como los movimientos 15M y de ‘indignados’, que se han producido en España desde mayo de 2011. Punto de inicio de este proyecto son los blogs de internet que mostraban los lugares de Barcelona o Madrid donde las manifestaciones se llevaban a cabo. Como primera parte del proyecto, la artista tomó notas de los textos que fueron escritos en las paredes de las calles de esas ciudades. En una segunda parte, Malagrida trató de encontrar los lugares reales siguiendo las notas de su diario, pero esos textos, en la mayoría de casos, ya habían desaparecido. Las fotografías de zócalos donde estuvieron estos textos fueron tomadas de edificios representativos de Madrid y Barcelona, en los que sólo quedan visibles pequeñas huellas de los textos que fueron pintados durante las protestas.

Como primeira parte do proxecto, a artista tomou notas dos textos que foron escritos nas paredes das rúas desas cidades. Nunha segunda parte, Malagrida tratou de atopar os lugares reais seguindo as notas do seu diario, pero eses textos, na maioría de casos, xa desapareceran. As fotografías de zócalos onde estiveron estes textos foron tomadas de edificios representativos de Madrid e Barcelona, nos que só quedan visibles pequenas pegadas dos textos que foron pintados durante as protestas.

Point of beginning of this project they are the Internet blogs that were showing the places of Barcelona or Madrid where the manifestations were removing to end. As the first part of the project, the artist took notes of the texts that were written in the walls of the streets of these cities. In the second part, Malagrida tried to find the royal places following the notes of his diary, but these texts, in the majority of cases, already they had disappeared. The photographies of socles where these texts were were taken of representative buildings of Madrid and Barcelona, in which only there stay visible small fingerprints of the texts that were painted during the protests.
