Triangular plot with light slope in Ferrol’s maritime urban edge. The planning foresees a building in the shape of V and there is allowed certain game of inlets or projections both in the exterior edge and in the interior.
A constant socle allows us to accede from the highest point, related to the rest of the neighborhood, in the north front. For below any garage and lumber rooms, practically without ramp, on having acceded from the opposite front.
We have so the whole ground floor dedicated to day center, with accesses to level so much from the exterior as towards the court and three top floors to housings.
The day center occupies the vertex and a wing of the V. Access and zones of administration and medical attention towards the northwest; services, with independent access, towards the south-east, and zones of stay in the central part with double orientation, south towards the exterior and north towards the court.
Four adapted housings occupy the rest of the ground floor and with direct access to the court, zone of facilities and stores.
Three top floors are formed in three packages each one by intermediate spaces of relation. The most generous to the southwest and with a view to her laugh, towards north laundry and tendedero and the corridors towards the court with small expansions like viewing-points.
The housing type is structured in two striping; one of service with bathroom, cupboard and kitchen and other one of stay dining room and bedroom; both with double orientation. In some cases one is added it was squeaking intermediate with two rooms, one for every housing.
