Con el posterior impacto de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos y el plan de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico e innovaci\u00f3n 22@, Poblenou ha transformado aproximadamente 200 hect\u00e1reas de suelo industrial en refleja en todos los detalles del proyecto, desde los materiales, como las piezas de terracota extruidas gracias a los nuevos procesos industriales y que act\u00faan como filtro solar, hasta el color Los interiores, di\u00e1fanos y flexibles, se han proyectado para responder a las necesidades actuales. La luz natural se filtra desde el n\u00facleo hasta las fachadas de muro cortina gracias a una estructura de forjados de losa de hormig\u00f3n postesados. La zona de trabajo se complementa con \u00e1reas comunes como las terrazas al aire libre, el lounge, la sala polivalente, vestuarios y otros servicios dise\u00f1ados con la idea de socializar y crear justify;\"><strong>El edificio cuenta con vidrio fotovoltaico y digitalizaci\u00f3n de accesos entre sus innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto destaca por sus caracter\u00edsticas sostenibles y de alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, incluyendo un 45% de ahorro en el consumo de agua global, un 32% de ahorro energ\u00e9tico y el uso del 20% de materiales de bajo impacto medioambiental. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con una gesti\u00f3n sostenible de los residuos del 75%, 264 placas fotovoltaicas, 63 plazas para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y 25 puntos de carga. La fachada Sur integra adem\u00e1s paneles de vidrio fotovoltaico que contribuyen a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los tres edificios. Tambi\u00e9n dispone de un sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n equipado con Filtros por fotocat\u00e1lisis y Filtros de Polarizaci\u00f3n Activa para garantizar la calidad del aire, entre otras muchas
