Se propone una distribuci\u00f3n flexible y abierta en la que puedan variar los usos y el tama\u00f1o de los espacios seg\u00fan convenga. De esta forma en una planta podemos tener 3 oficinas independientes o un gran sal\u00f3n de actos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-9339\" title=\"01\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-145x95.jpg 145w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trataba de la reestructuraci\u00f3n y acondicionamiento del entorno de una edificaci\u00f3n situada en un lugar privilegiado de la Villa de Noia, justo encima de la desembocadura del R\u00edo Traba. En esta parcela exist\u00eda una edificaci\u00f3n sin catalogar que a lo largo de su vida hab\u00eda ido acogiendo diferentes usos, desde matadero, pasando por c\u00e1rcel hasta sede de protecci\u00f3n civil m\u00e1s recientemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea consisti\u00f3 en eliminar la edificaci\u00f3n existente casi en su totalidad y reconstruir en su lugar un edificio que albergara usos relacionados con la administraci\u00f3n local. La edificaci\u00f3n deb\u00eda mantener la posici\u00f3n y volumen existentes. El programa demandado constaba de oficinas de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, despacho, sala juntas, vestuarios y almac\u00e9n para los carros de limpieza viaria de la empresa NOS (Noia Obras e Servizos) en planta baja y oficinas, sala de juntas y sal\u00f3n de actos en las plantas superiores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se propone una distribuci\u00f3n flexible y abierta en la que puedan variar los usos y el tama\u00f1o de los espacios seg\u00fan convenga. De esta forma en una planta podemos tener 3 oficinas independientes, una gran sala de actos&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el exterior del edificio se opt\u00f3 por una fachada trasventilada de granito moreno silvestre con una parte m\u00e1s abierta al sur (al r\u00edo) protegida por una celos\u00eda exterior de lamas del mismo granito. La idea era crear un edificio representativo pero a la vez integrado en un entorno de alto valor ambiental e hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-9338 gallery-columns-4 In this plot existed an edificaci\u00f3n without cataloging that along his life had gone receiving different uses, from slaughterhouse, going through prison until headquarters of civil defence more recently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The idea consisted in deleting the edificaci\u00f3n existent almost in his whole and reconstruct in his place a building that housed uses related with the local administration. The edificaci\u00f3n had to keep the position and existent volume. The program sued consisted of offices of attention to the public, dispatch, together room, changing rooms and warehouse for the cars of road cleaning of the company US (Noia Works and Servizos) in low plant and offices, room of boards and living room of acts in the upper plants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It proposes\u00a0 a flexible distribution and opened in which they can vary the uses and the size of the spaces as it suit. Of this form in a plant can have 3 independent offices, a big room of acts&#8230;Etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the outside of the building opted\u00a0 by a fa\u00e7ade trasventilada of granite moreno wild with a more opened part south (to the river) protected by a celos\u00eda external of lick of the same granite. En esta parcela exist\u00eda una edificaci\u00f3n sin catalogar que a lo largo de su vida hab\u00eda ido acogiendo diferentes usos, desde matadero, pasando por c\u00e1rcel hasta sede de protecci\u00f3n civil m\u00e1s recientemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trat\u00e1base da reestruturaci\u00f3n e acondicionamento da contorna dunha edificaci\u00f3n situada nun lugar privilexiado da Vila de Noia, xusto encima da desembocadura do R\u00edo Traba. Nesta parcela exist\u00eda unha edificaci\u00f3n sen catalogar que ao longo da s\u00faa vida hab\u00eda ido acollendo diferentes usos, desde matadoiro, pasando por c\u00e1rcere at\u00e9 sede de protecci\u00f3n civil m\u00e1is recentemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A idea consistiu en eliminar a edificaci\u00f3n existente case na s\u00faa totalidade e reconstru\u00edr no seu lugar un edificio que albergase usos relacionados coa administraci\u00f3n local. A edificaci\u00f3n deb\u00eda manter a posici\u00f3n e volume existentes. O programa demandado constaba de oficinas de atenci\u00f3n ao p\u00fablico, despacho, sala xuntas, vestiarios e almac\u00e9n para os carros de limpeza viaria da empresa NOS (Noia Obras e Servizos) en planta baixa e oficinas, sala de xuntas e sal\u00f3n de actos nas plantas superiores.<\/p>\n<p>Proponse unha distribuci\u00f3n flexible e aberta na que poidan variar os usos e o tama\u00f1o dos espazos segundo conve\u00f1a. Desta forma nunha planta podemos ter 3 oficinas independentes, unha gran sala de actos&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No exterior do edificio optouse por unha fachada trasventilada de granito moreno silvestre cunha parte m\u00e1is aberta ao sur (ao r\u00edo) protexida por unha celos\u00eda exterior de lamas do mesmo granito.
