Se propone una distribuci\u00f3n flexible y abierta en la que puedan variar los usos y el tama\u00f1o de los espacios seg\u00fan convenga. De esta forma en una planta podemos tener 3 oficinas independientes o un gran sal\u00f3n de actos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-9339\" title=\"01\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/01-145x95.jpg 145w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trataba de la reestructuraci\u00f3n y acondicionamiento del entorno de una edificaci\u00f3n situada en un lugar privilegiado de la Villa de Noia, justo encima de la desembocadura del R\u00edo Traba. En esta parcela exist\u00eda una edificaci\u00f3n sin catalogar que a lo largo de su vida hab\u00eda ido acogiendo diferentes usos, desde matadero, pasando por c\u00e1rcel hasta sede de protecci\u00f3n civil m\u00e1s recientemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea consisti\u00f3 en eliminar la edificaci\u00f3n existente casi en su totalidad y reconstruir en su lugar un edificio que albergara usos relacionados con la administraci\u00f3n local. La edificaci\u00f3n deb\u00eda mantener la posici\u00f3n y volumen existentes. El programa demandado constaba de oficinas de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, despacho, sala juntas, vestuarios y almac\u00e9n para los carros de limpieza viaria de la empresa NOS (Noia Obras e Servizos) en planta baja y oficinas, sala de juntas y sal\u00f3n de actos en las plantas superiores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se propone una distribuci\u00f3n flexible y abierta en la que puedan variar los usos y el tama\u00f1o de los espacios seg\u00fan convenga. De esta forma en una planta podemos tener 3 oficinas independientes, una gran sala de actos&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el exterior del edificio se opt\u00f3 por una fachada trasventilada de granito moreno silvestre con una parte m\u00e1s abierta al sur (al r\u00edo) protegida por una celos\u00eda exterior de lamas del mismo granito. La idea era crear un edificio representativo pero a la vez integrado en un entorno de alto valor ambiental e hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-9338 gallery-columns-4
