Frente al caos de las infinitas respuestas arquitect\u00f3nicas y soluciones materiales del entorno se propone la neutralidad y el silencio. Frente a unos interiores de manzana privados y enclaustrados se propone una t\u00edmida apertura de la manzana a la ciudad. Ante unas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas \u00f3ptimas, se incentiva el uso de los recursos arquitect\u00f3nicos de control clim\u00e1tico pasivos y ante un estancamiento en la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n del espacio dom\u00e9stico contempor\u00e1neo se propone un interior libre y con capacidad para el cambio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de un edificio de 26 viviendas ubicado en una zona de ensanche de la localidad valenciana de Torrent.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_92565\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-92565\" style=\"width: 1400px\" Axonometr\u00eda<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sobriedad frente al caos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ubicaci\u00f3n del edificio en un contexto ca\u00f3tico en lo que a imagen arquitect\u00f3nica se refiere as\u00ed como su implantaci\u00f3n singular como remate de una manzana incompleta, nos lleva a proponer un edificio contenido y neutro en cuanto a la variedad crom\u00e1tica (se decide un tonalidad monocroma, gris para todo \u00e9l) as\u00ed como contundente y continuo en cuanto a su percepci\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A sur, su fachada m\u00e1s expuesta, se propone una soluci\u00f3n a escala urbana, un volumen continuo y contundente que recupera y pone en valor la curva exigida por el planeamiento potenciando as\u00ed una imagen din\u00e1mica del edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A norte sin embargo, el volumen se fragmenta dando lugar en su patio a una escala m\u00e1s dom\u00e9stica, un espacio a su vez m\u00e1s est\u00e1tico y relajado.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-92563 gallery-columns-4 Terraza\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El testero por su parte se gira a poniente y cambia su material ofreciendo una fachada singular a un exterior m\u00e1s abierto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio se expone a su vez formaliz\u00e1ndose en cuatro vol\u00famenes de texturas diversas que revelan las tres tipolog\u00edas de vivienda existentes as\u00ed como el bajo y entresuelo comercial exigido por la normativa de la zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las discontinuidades funcionales se materializan con los cambios de material y textura. Ladrillo cara vista o en celos\u00eda para el volumen principal, chapa de aluminio minionda en la esquina o lisa en los \u00e1ticos desmaterializan los extremos y revelan las diferentes tipolog\u00edas existentes en el edificio. Por un lado no se cierra la manzana sino que se retranquea en la esquina, elev\u00e1ndose y permitiendo el paso a su interior. Al mismo tiempo se fragmenta y se curva suavizando y marcando el acceso al patio. El volumen fragmentado controla y reduce su escala en este punto haciendo m\u00e1s amable la entrada<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los zaguanes por su parte son pasantes potenciando dicha conexi\u00f3n entre la calle y el patio de manzana, incentivando el tr\u00e1nsito de la ciudad a este espacio concebido en el planeamiento como un espacio privado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como tercera estrategia, el acceso a los \u00e1ticos se produce por el exterior de forma que la terraza norte, normalmente privada, se convierte en un espacio colectivo amplificando los mediante terrazas continuas, un espacio de sombra activo y usable durante la mayor parte del a\u00f1o. Mediante mallorquinas m\u00f3viles (que refuerzan la homogeneidad del volumen), se protege del sol de sur y se proporciona a la vivienda un espacio intermedio que matiza la transici\u00f3n entre la fragmentada por los espacios de las duchas que como vol\u00famenes rotundos se abren en sus laterales tratando de captar la luz y el sol de levante. iluminan y ventilan a trav\u00e9s de los espacios \u201csecundarios\u201d \u201cespacios servidores\u201d se invierte as\u00ed el concepto de espacios servidores y servidos poniendo en valor los
