Entendidos estos en su m\u00e1s amplio contexto, bien sean sociales, funcionales, econ\u00f3micos o paisaj\u00edsticos, y es ah\u00ed, entre todos esos condicionantes donde el arquitecto ejerce el oficio de equilibrar los elementos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto del edificio de viviendas de Navia, nos mostr\u00f3 un lugar de trabajo en el cual los condicionantes est\u00e1n tan presentes, que nada existe que no sean ellos. El planeamiento para el nuevo barrio situado en la zona de expansi\u00f3n sur de Vigo, marcaba con una especificidad tan literal los par\u00e1metros en los que se deb\u00eda desenvolver el proyecto, que la labor del arquitecto que recogiese el relevo que ellos daban, quedaba tremendamente delimitada.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-8821 gallery-columns-4 cada una de ellas y definici\u00f3n del n\u00famero de habitaciones de cada una, hac\u00edan que los m\u00e1rgenes para buscar transversalidades o nuevas propuestas hiciese incumplir alguno de los style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se establecen tres anillos en la edificaci\u00f3n, el patio interior definido por planeamiento, un anillo interno de viviendas que corresponde con las zonas h\u00famedas y el exterior donde se encuentran las zonas secas, liberadas de cargas de instalaciones y estructurales, de modo que el 80% de la superficie de las viviendas que supone este anillo pueda en un futuro, esperemos cercano, ser manipulado sin lastre, evitando responder al esquema de 3 habitaciones-sal\u00f3n-cocina, y ampliando la gama de respuestas tipol\u00f3gicas de las viviendas sin que existan Understood these in his wider context, well are social, functional, economic or paisaj\u00edsticos, and is here, between all these conditionings where the architect exerts the job to balance the elements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project of the building of houses of Navia, showed us a place of work in which the conditionings are so present, that at all exists that they are not they. The planing for the new neighbourhood situated in the zone of expansion south of Vigo, marked with a so literal specificity the parameters in which it had to manage\u00a0 the project, that the work of the architect that collected the relief that they gave, remained tremendously delimited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/011.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9586\" title=\"01\" definition, occupation of each one of the plants, number of houses in each one of them and definition of the number of rooms of each one, did that the margins to look for transversalidades or new proposals did to break any of the parameters fixed that they could not\u00a0 go in to debate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With these conditionings of game added to the budgetary austerity to which the houses protected force, our work centres\u00a0 in the precision, cleaning and strict order of the parameters given.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They establish\u00a0 three rings in the edificaci\u00f3n, the inner playground defined by planing, an internal ring of houses that corresponds with the humid zones and the outside where find\u00a0 the dry zones, freed of loads of installations and structural, so that 80% of the surface of the houses that supposes this ring can in a future, expect near, be manipulated without ballast, avoiding answer to the diagram of 3 rooms-living room-kitchen, and expanding the range of typological answers of the houses without that they exist initial loads of the project that prevent to define these new ways.<\/p>\n<div Entendidos estes en o seu m\u00e1is amplo contexto, ben sexan sociais, funcionais, econ\u00f3micos ou paisax\u00edsticos, e \u00e9 a\u00ed, entre todos eses condicionantes onde o arquitecto exerce o oficio de equilibrar os elementos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O proxecto do edificio de vivendas de Navia, mostrounos un lugar de traballo no cal os condicionantes est\u00e1n tan presentes, que nada existe que non sexan eles. O plan para o novo barrio situado na zona de expansi\u00f3n sur de Vigo, marcaba cunha especificidade tan literal os par\u00e1metros nos que se deb\u00eda desenvolver o proxecto, que o labor do arquitecto que recollese a substituci\u00f3n que eles daban, quedaba tremendamente delimitada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/011.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9586\" title=\"01\" volum\u00e9trica, ocupaci\u00f3n de cada unha das plantas, n\u00famero de vivendas en cada unha delas e definici\u00f3n do n\u00famero de habitaci\u00f3ns de cada unha, fac\u00edan que as marxes para buscar transversalidades ou novas propostas fixese incumprir alg\u00fan dos par\u00e1metros fixados que non se pod\u00edan entrar a debater.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con estes condicionantes de partida sumados \u00e1 austeridade orzamentaria \u00e1 que as vivendas protexidas obrigan, o noso labor c\u00e9ntrase na precisi\u00f3n, limpeza e estrita orde dos par\u00e1metros dados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Establ\u00e9cense tres aneis na edificaci\u00f3n, o patio interior definido por plan, un anel interno de vivendas que corresponde coas zonas h\u00famidas e o exterior onde se atopan as zonas secas, liberadas de cargas de instalaci\u00f3ns e estruturais, de modo que o 80% da superficie das vivendas que sup\u00f3n este anel poida nun futuro, esperemos pr\u00f3ximo, ser manipulado sen lastre, evitando responder o esquema de 3 habitaci\u00f3ns-sal\u00f3n-coci\u00f1a, e ampliando a gama de respostas tipol\u00f3gicas das vivendas sen que existan cargas
