La torre, terminada en 2009, se eleva hasta los <strong>74 metros <\/strong>de altura -22 pisos- y est\u00e1 plantada entre las autopistas A3 y M45. La IV edici\u00f3n de los Premios NAN Arquitectura y Construcci\u00f3n presentaba este a\u00f1o importantes novedades, entre ellas, la <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n de las categor\u00edas <\/strong>de los Premios de Arquitectura, lo que permite reconocer una muestra m\u00e1s representativa del conjunto de la arquitectura realizada por los estudios espa\u00f1oles. La fachada dise\u00f1ada por Entresitio est\u00e1 recubierta de una &#8216;piel de escamas&#8217; de zinc en franjas horizontales que se deslizan unas sobre otras. En la fachada se insertan las <strong>ventanas de forma irregular,<\/strong> ocultado los niveles de cada piso en la fachada, en la que sobresalen algunas ventanas, d\u00e1ndole movimiento y un aspecto irregular al edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/1293442235_0.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8013\" title=\"1293442235_0\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/1293442235_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Vallecas 20, del estudio Entresitio, premio NAN a la mejor construcci\u00f3n residencial. | Elmundo.es<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo autor del proyecto est\u00e1 formado por <strong>Mar\u00eda Hurtado de Mendoza y C\u00e9sar Jim\u00e9nez de Tejada<\/strong> desde 1993. A torre, terminada en 2009, el\u00e9vase at\u00e9 os 74 metros de altura -22 pisos- e est\u00e1 plantada entre as autoestradas A3 e M45.
