Brasil, 1946-1992"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta exposici\u00f3n es la primera en celebrarse en Espa\u00f1a sobre la sugestiva figura de <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/tag\/lina-bo-bardi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lina Bo Bardi<\/strong> <\/a>(Roma, 1914 &#8211; S\u00e3o Paulo 1992) quien, formada como arquitecta en la Italia de los a\u00f1os treinta, lleg\u00f3 a Brasil en 1946 junto a su marido, el cr\u00edtico y coleccionista de arte <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pietro_Maria_Bardi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pietro Mar\u00eda Bardi<\/strong><\/a>, formando parte de la gran ola migratoria europea de la posguerra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lina se entusiasm\u00f3 pronto con su nuevo pa\u00eds de acogida. Y con un dinamismo multifac\u00e9tico \u2013como arquitecta, muse\u00f3grafa, dise\u00f1adora, escritora, activista cultural y hacedora de exposiciones\u2013 se sum\u00f3 a la renovaci\u00f3n de las artes en Brasil, trabajando en el mismo eje de las complejas relaciones entre la modernidad y la tradici\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de vanguardia y las costumbres populares, la individualidad del artista moderno y el trabajo colectivo del pueblo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_70437\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-70437\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-70437 size-full\" title=\"Lina Bo Bardi: tup\u00ed or not tup\u00ed. Brasil, 1946-1992<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El subt\u00edtulo de la exposici\u00f3n forma parte del eslogan (\u00ab<strong><em>\u00bfTup\u00ed or not Tup\u00ed?\u00a0<\/em>That is the question<\/strong>\u00ab) del Manifiesto antrop\u00f3fago de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oswald_de_Andrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oswald de Andrade <\/a>(1928), todo un ejemplo de apropiaci\u00f3n can\u00edbal de la famosa cita del\u00a0<em>Hamlet<\/em>shakesperiano. Y es que la llamada \u00abantropofagia\u00bb brasile\u00f1a de los a\u00f1os veinte, que puede ser considerada la revoluci\u00f3n est\u00e9tica-ideol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s original de las vanguardias latinoamericanas, pretendi\u00f3, en efecto, la degluci\u00f3n, absorci\u00f3n, asimilaci\u00f3n y el replanteamiento de la cultura europea. Con ello, los artistas del Brasil buscaban hacer una digesti\u00f3n cultural que resultara en una identidad nacional y en un lenguaje que fuera a la vez moderno y genuinamente brasile\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La exposici\u00f3n se plantea en continuidad con la muestra que la Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March dedic\u00f3 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.march.es\/arte\/madrid\/exposiciones\/amaral\/temporal.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tarsila do Amaral<\/a> (2009), en la que present\u00f3 el Brasil de los a\u00f1os veinte y treinta del siglo XX.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lina Bo Bardi<\/strong>, consciente de que la antropofagia estaba en la base del movimiento tropicalista de los a\u00f1os 60 -que de alg\u00fan modo ella misma comparti\u00f3-, encarn\u00f3 una suerte de antropofagia a la inversa. Para ella, tambi\u00e9n el Viejo Mundo, del que proced\u00eda, deb\u00eda ser transformado por la mirada del Nuevo Mundo, en el que viv\u00eda, para dar paso a una nueva sociedad: a una suerte de \u00abaristocracia del pueblo\u00bb (en sus palabras), de un pueblo nuevo, mezcla del europeo, el indio, el negro y el nativo del nordeste del pa\u00eds; un mundo cargado de sue\u00f1os para un futuro mejor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La exposici\u00f3n se plantea en continuidad con la muestra que la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March<\/strong> dedic\u00f3 a <strong>Tarsila do Amaral<\/strong> (2009), en la que present\u00f3 el Brasil de los a\u00f1os veinte y treinta del siglo XX. <strong>Lina Bo Bardi<\/strong> comparti\u00f3 las inquietudes sociales de Tarsila do Amaral y luch\u00f3 por darles respuesta, pasando a la acci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la arquitectura, los objetos y las acciones colectivas que articulan su obra. El objetivo de\u00a0<strong><em>Lina Bo Bardi: tup\u00ed or not tup\u00ed. That is the question<\/em>\u00ab<\/strong> which appears in the\u00a0<em>Cannibalist Manifesto<\/em>\u00a0by <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oswald_de_Andrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oswald de Andrade<\/a> (1928), and is a classic example of the appropriation of the famous quote from Shakespeare&#8217;s\u00a0<em>Hamlet<\/em>. The so-called Brazilian \u00abCannibalism\u00bb of the 1920s, which can be considered the most original aesthetic-ideological revolution within the Latin American avant-gardes, aspired to the consumption, absorption, assimilation and rethinking of European culture. As such, artists in Brazil aimed to undertake a process of cultural digestion that would bring into being a national identity and a modern but at the same time authentically Brazilian language.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The exhibition is conceived as the continuation of the one that the Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March devoted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.march.es\/arte\/madrid\/exposiciones\/amaral\/temporal.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tarsila do Amaral<\/a> (2009), which focused on Brazil in the 1920s and 1930s<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aware that Cannibalism lay at the base of the Tropicalist movement of the 1960s (with which she herself partly sympathised),<strong> Lina Bo Bardi<\/strong> embodied a type of reverse Cannibalism. For the artist, the Old World from which she came also had to be transformed through the gaze of the New World in which she lived in order to give rise to a new society: a type of \u00abaristocracy of the people\u00bb (in her own words), a new people who would be a mixture of the European, the Amerindian, the black and the indigenous peoples of the north-east of the country: a world filled with dreams for a better future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exhibition is conceived as the continuation of the one that the <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Juan March<\/strong> devoted to <strong>Tarsila do Amaral<\/strong> (2009), which focused on Brazil in the 1920s and 1930s. <strong>Lina Bo Bard<\/strong>i shared Tarsila do Amaral&#8217;s social concerns and strove to find solutions to them, moving onto action through the architecture, objects and collective acts which articulate her work.
