La historia de la casa<\/strong>, del hogar, es la historia de los seres humanos. De c\u00f3mo fue la evoluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y cultural<\/strong> desarrollada por el hombre a la hora de habitar el espacio. Eso muestra la exposici\u00f3n ‘Doce casas\/Doce historias’<\/strong>, y lo hace a trav\u00e9s de un acercamiento a la casa a trav\u00e9s de su entorno<\/strong>, de las gentes que la habitan, de sus costumbres<\/strong> y de su forma de vida. La muestra se compone de fotograf\u00edas y maquetas<\/strong>. En una primera secci\u00f3n, titulada ‘De la caba\u00f1a a la casa’<\/strong>, se ofrece una visi\u00f3n de la arquitectura tradicional en diversas zonas geogr\u00e1ficas, con una selecci\u00f3n de casas tradicionales<\/strong> procedentes de los cinco continentes.<\/p>\n

Costumbres, religi\u00f3n y econom\u00eda<\/strong>
\nEsta selecci\u00f3n descubre detalles sobre la forma de vida de sus habitantes<\/strong>: costumbres, religi\u00f3n y econom\u00eda. Las maquetas presentan construcciones y tipolog\u00edas de viviendas tradicionales<\/strong> de latitudes y contextos diferentes: la casa kassena africana, la casa colmena de Siria, la casa indonesia, la casa islandesa, el igl\u00fa de Groenlandia<\/strong>, la casa japonesa, los palafitos, la tienda beduina<\/strong> y el tipi indio. Una segunda secci\u00f3n, titulada ‘Doce casas. Doce historias’<\/strong>, presenta doce viviendas construidas durante el siglo XX<\/strong> y que han resultado fundamentales para la evoluci\u00f3n de la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea<\/strong>. Todas ellas son referencia obligada por su radicalidad o por el impacto innovador<\/strong> de sus propuestas y se han convertido en referencias para generaciones posteriores.<\/p>\n

De Van der Rohe a Koolhaas<\/strong>
\nMies van der Rohe en la casa Farnsworth<\/strong> busca el espacio ideal, perfecto y plat\u00f3nico. Otras propuestas parten de la reinterpretaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura vern\u00e1cula, un ejemplo de ello es la Villa Mairea de Alvar Aalto<\/strong>. La casa Schr\u00f6der de Rietveld<\/strong> nace de los criterios compositivos del movimiento De Stilj: la abstracci\u00f3n y la depuraci\u00f3n. Kayuzo Sejima<\/strong> busca la presencia de la luz en la liviana Casa Peque\u00f1a<\/strong>. Y el arquitecto Rem Koolhaas, en la Villa Burdeos<\/strong>, reinterpreta la ‘m\u00e1quina de habitar’ que adoctrinaba Le Corbusier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La muestra, organizada por la Red de Exposiciones Itinerantes<\/strong> de la Comunidad de Madrid (Red Itiner) podr\u00e1 verse en trece municipios de la regi\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
