Nuestra cultura y lenguaje nos lleva a menudo a exponernos al riesgo de llegar a conclusiones superficiales, basadas precisamente en informaciones tomadas de la epidermis de las cosas. El consumo de im\u00e1genes r\u00e1pido y veloz menosprecia la b\u00fasqueda de una verdad interior. La \u201cbuena facha\u201d es seg\u00fan el diccionario aquella que define el buen aspecto o manera de mostrarse a la vista.<\/p>\n

En el caso de la arquitectura su rostro est\u00e1 definido por la fachada. El rostro, la apariencia facial es en el ser humano un elemento esencial de la identidad. Si la cara es el espejo del alma, la facha dada a la construcci\u00f3n es capaz como en esta gran roca de las ruinas de Nebatea en Mada\u00b4in Saleh<\/strong> en Arabia Saudi, de transformar la naturaleza en arquitectura.<\/p>\n

Luego ser\u00e1 el ojo cr\u00edtico el que en lugar de detenerse en el atractivo directo y sensual del color, la textura o el material, profundizar\u00e1 para valorar las formas y los espacios que encierran las superficies y analizarlos a trav\u00e9s de lo que revela su estructura interna.<\/p>\n

En la arquitectura, al igual que en los organismos vivos la piel se lee, bien por afirmaci\u00f3n o bien por negaci\u00f3n, como un reflejo de las estructuras internas del cuerpo. Los tejidos de la cara expresan las emociones del individuo, por la acci\u00f3n de los huesos, m\u00fasculos y la m\u00edmica, al igual que la fachada se modula por la apertura de los huecos, las juntas de sus materiales y por el reflejo de los rastros de sus soportes internos.<\/p>\n

Y aunque la superficie de la arquitectura se presente como un velo suelto, siempre se requerir\u00e1 de una leve estructura que lo ci\u00f1a y relacione con la faz que recubre, obligando a la arquitectura en \u00faltima instancia a dar la cara.<\/p>\n

If the face is the mirror of the soul, the look started to the construction is capable as in this great rock of Nebatea’s ruins in Mada’in Saleh<\/strong> in Saudi Arabia, of transforming the nature into architecture.<\/p>\n

Then it will be the critical eye the one that instead of stopping in the direct and sensual attraction of the color, the texture or the material, will penetrate to value the forms and the spaces that enclose the surfaces and to analyze them across what reveals his internal structure.<\/p>\n

In the architecture, as in the alive organisms the skin is read, well for affirmation or for denial, as a reflection of the internal structures of the body. The fabrics of the face express the emotions of the individual, for the action of the bones, muscles and the mime, as the front is modulated by the opening of the hollows, the meetings of his materials and by the reflection of the tracks of his internal supports.<\/p>\n

And though the surface of the architecture appears as a free veil, always there will be needed of a slight structure that it encircles and relates it to the aspect that it covers, forcing to the architecture in last instance to facing the consequences.<\/p>\n
