A partir de unos estupendos croquis e ideogramas en planta hechos por el propietario, la mayor dificultad para \u00e9l es ubicar la escalera que, como en muchos casos, es la clave de los proyectos de peque\u00f1a dimensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
1764 es la inscripci\u00f3n que hay en el dintel de la puerta, su a\u00f1o de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Se trata de una de las casas m\u00e1s antiguas de la villa, edificada entre medianeras, cubierta de teja a dos aguas y una enorme chimenea de piedra.<\/p>\n

Situamos la escalera en el centro, entre los espacios servidores y servidos. En planta baja, separando el espacio de tapeo de los aseos y la bodega. En planta alta, entre comedor y cocina, conectados a ambos lados por dos peque\u00f1os puentes de chapa que resuelven ajustes de cota motivados por el desnivel de las calles.<\/p>\n
Sobre la escalera, la cumbrera, d\u00f3nde se abre un lucernario estrecho corrido que se descuelga como una campana, limitado hacia el interior por pa\u00f1os blancos de tablero que enlazan con el techo del comedor y la cocina.<\/p>\n
La luz rebota en este prisma blanco y se desliza por las paredes hasta la planta baja.<\/p>\n
Su estructura se ve, volviendo desde el interior hacia los pa\u00f1os inclinados de cubierta, sirviendo de soporte a un piso suspendido y estantes a trav\u00e9s de los que la luz se tamiza al comedor y la cocina.<\/p>\n
As\u00ed, el restaurante contin\u00faa bajo cubierta, su reservado, biblioteca y oficina.<\/p>\n
En el centro la invenci\u00f3n, el resto, m\u00e1s o menos lo que hab\u00eda.<\/p>\n
