No representan un objeto <em>per se, <\/em>sino una estrategia que permite ordenar un flujo de relaciones en el proceso de dise\u00f1o. Por lo tanto, podemos decir que la arquitectura pensada de manera diagram\u00e1tica construye trayectorias de relaciones en la abstracci\u00f3n de una representaci\u00f3n de la que se extrae lo figurativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glform.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greg Lynn<\/a> se\u00f1ala que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201clos arquitectos producen dibujos de edificios y no los edificios mismos. Por lo tanto la arquitectura, m\u00e1s que cualquier otra disciplina, est\u00e1 involucrada en la producci\u00f3n de descripciones virtuales\u201d.<\/em><sup>1 <\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es decir, las representaciones gr\u00e1ficas son frecuentes en cualquier per\u00edodo de la historia de la arquitectura, pero esta modalidad de <em>dibujos geom\u00e9tricos<\/em><sup>2<\/sup> adquiriere protagonismo en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada del siglo pasado, y a diferencia de las representaciones tradicionales, no hay un objeto percibido desde el punto de vista de un observador, sino un c\u00f3digo operativo que representa un proceso que puede rectificarse constantemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un mismo sentido, Josep Mar\u00eda Montaner observa que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cPor su car\u00e1cter dual \u2013 concepto y pr\u00e1ctica, herramienta de an\u00e1lisis e instrumento de proyecto -, los diagramas se han convertido en emblemas de cambio del siglo. Se han usado con la voluntad de relevar y superar el concepto de tipolog\u00eda de la d\u00e9cada de 1970, y en la actualidad han pasado a ser el concepto estructurador entre la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica de la arquitectura\u201d.<\/em><sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Montaner observa que el diagrama permite operar una infinidad de datos heterog\u00e9neos producidos por los cambios de h\u00e1bitos sociales y las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n sin las restricciones que propone el an\u00e1lisis tipol\u00f3gico. No es un tipo que tiene necesariamente un v\u00ednculo con la historia y una forma determinada, es decir, no forma parte de la materializaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura, pero la intimida a un c\u00famulo de sugerencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un defensor a ultranza del desarrollo de diagramas como m\u00e9todo de reflexi\u00f3n es <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/tag\/ben-van-berkel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ben van Berkel<\/a>. En su escrito <em>Diagrams<\/em> se\u00f1ala que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cla t\u00e9cnica diagram\u00e1tica provee de un punto de apoyo dentro de las r\u00e1pidas corrientes de informaci\u00f3n mediada. La falta de significado que la repetici\u00f3n y la mediaci\u00f3n crean es superada por los diagramas, que generan significados nuevos e instrumentales, y que conducen a la arquitectura lejos de la fijaci\u00f3n tipol\u00f3gica<\/em>\u201d.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65547\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65547\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65547\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o3-UnStudio.jpg\" alt=\"UnStudio\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o3-UnStudio.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o3-UnStudio-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65547\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">UnStudio<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este alejamiento de la fijaci\u00f3n tipol\u00f3gica aparta el proceso de dise\u00f1o a cualquier subjetividad, evita la l\u00f3gica lineal y la aleja de las ideolog\u00edas, para configurarse como un <em>conjunto de situaciones s\u00f3lidas, t\u00e9cnicas, t\u00e1cticas y funcionamientos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Ben van Berkel, el diagrama es <em>una direcci\u00f3n experimental, instrumental y sugestiva, con una posible organizaci\u00f3n espacial y\/o sustancia.<\/em><sup>5<\/sup> Una t\u00e1ctica para indagar los diferentes flujos internos, pero tambi\u00e9n un sistema de organizaci\u00f3n que oscila entre la idea y la forma, donde la matriz organizativa est\u00e1 basada en signos gr\u00e1ficos de distinta procedencia, que inciden el desarrollo del dise\u00f1o ordenando la energ\u00eda de flujos internos. El diagrama resulta un m\u00e9todo de reflexi\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica empleado para alcanzar una organizaci\u00f3n espacial acorde a las dificultades que ofrece cada programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aplicado como un concepto que rompe la rigidez de los esquemas arquitect\u00f3nicos tradicionales, el diagrama se ofrece como una herramienta que permite la resoluci\u00f3n de los conflictos din\u00e1micos propios de la actividad. Sin embargo, este proceso de transformaci\u00f3n prescinde del an\u00e1lisis del entorno, y en esa prescindencia, el resultado fomenta la construcci\u00f3n de un objeto no contextual sin otro fin que atender su propia teor\u00eda gr\u00e1fica. En esa omisi\u00f3n, converge una composici\u00f3n formalista de la idea que pone en riesgo la b\u00fasqueda intelectual de su propia arquitectura, cuyo resultado es un objeto <em>cuasi tipol\u00f3gico<\/em>, que tiene incidencia en la formalizaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura, como le sucede a Ben van Berkel en la materializaci\u00f3n del diagrama basado en la cinta de M\u00f6bius.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65546\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65546\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65546\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o2-M.C.-Escher..jpg\" alt=\"M.C. Escher.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El caso M\u00f6bius.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1993 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unstudio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNStudio<\/a> recibe el encargo de una vivienda con dos estudios independientes entre s\u00ed donde desarrollar la actividad laboral de los miembros del matrimonio, de diferentes profesiones, pero conectados a la vida cotidiana de la familia. El encargo exig\u00eda entrelazar las diferentes actividades familiares en una misma estructura sin que ninguna integrante perdiera su independencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caroline Bos y Ben van Berkel desarrollan el programa partiendo de las propiedades geom\u00e9tricas de la banda de M\u00f6bius, una superficie de una sola cara y un solo borde que no es orientable y que simboliza la naturaleza c\u00edclica de muchos procesos. Esta teor\u00eda de trayectorias basada en la banda de M\u00f6bius tiene un antecedente gr\u00e1fico en la obra de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcescher.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M.C. Escher<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65548\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65548\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-65548\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o4-\u00a9UnStudio-1024x789.jpg\" alt=\"UnStudio\" width=\"640\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o4-\u00a9UnStudio-1024x789.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o4-\u00a9UnStudio-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o4-\u00a9UnStudio.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65548\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">UnStudio<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de este diagrama, loa arquitectos construyen relaciones para estructurar el interior de la casa siguiendo la teor\u00eda de flujos, imbuidos en la idea de personas circulando sus propios recorridos las 24 horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado de esta operaci\u00f3n, las habitaciones privadas se ubican alineadas a lo largo de la cinta, los lugares de trabajo se organizan en los extremos opuestos y las \u00e1reas sociales en los cruces de circulaciones. La circulaci\u00f3n interior repite el recorrido del bucle, define las trayectorias internas y vincula todas las partes de la actividad diaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De este modo, el diagrama permite organizar un esquema distributivo interior. La organizaci\u00f3n del programa, la circulaci\u00f3n y la estructura formal entrelaza las diferentes actividades y el movimiento de sus habitantes, incorporando la idea de tiempo a la arquitectura.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65549\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65549\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65549\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o5-\u00a9UnStudio.jpg\" alt=\"UnStudio\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o5-\u00a9UnStudio.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o5-\u00a9UnStudio-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-65549\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">UnStudio<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, las propiedades geom\u00e9tricas del bucle tambi\u00e9n se trasladan a la formalizaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura. Las l\u00edneas se materializan en superficies opacas y transparentes, al alternar el uso de hormig\u00f3n y vidrio a lo largo del recorrido. La escasa altura y su excesiva longitud es resultado del estiramiento del bucle, con el objeto de alcanzar un mayor desarrollo y afianzar el v\u00ednculo con el entorno inmediato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diagrama y proyecto entran en un solapamiento de intereses cuando aparecen visibles semejanzas entre la concepci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica del esquema y la materializaci\u00f3n definitiva de la arquitectura. El resultado de la b\u00fasqueda experimental, instrumental y sugestiva a trav\u00e9s del diagrama alcanza una dimensi\u00f3n que excede las trayectorias de relaciones hasta precisar las cualidades gr\u00e1ficas del esquema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tal sentido, la operaci\u00f3n program\u00e1tica del caso M\u00f6bius, tambi\u00e9n debe asumirse como una operaci\u00f3n program\u00e1tica de <em>tipolog\u00eda virtual<\/em>. Non representan un obxecto <em>per se<\/em>, sen\u00f3n unha estratexia que permite ordenar un fluxo de relaci\u00f3ns no proceso de dese\u00f1o. Por tanto, podemos dicir que a arquitectura pensada de maneira diagram\u00e1tica constr\u00fae traxectorias de relaci\u00f3ns na abstracci\u00f3n dunha representaci\u00f3n da que se extrae o figurativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glform.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greg Lynn<\/a>\u00a0 sinala que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cos arquitectos producen debuxos de edificios e non os edificios mesmos. Por tanto a arquitectura, m\u00e1is que calquera outra disciplina, est\u00e1 involucrada na produci\u00f3n de descrici\u00f3ns virtuais\u201d.<\/em><sup>1 <\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 dicir, as representaci\u00f3ns gr\u00e1ficas son frecuentes en calquera per\u00edodo da historia da arquitectura, pero esta modalidade de <em>debuxos xeom\u00e9tricos<\/em><sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0adquirir protagonismo na \u00faltima d\u00e9cada do s\u00e9culo pasado, e a diferenza das representaci\u00f3ns tradicionais, non hai un obxecto percibido desde o punto de vista dun observador, sen\u00f3n un c\u00f3digo operativo que representa un proceso que pode rectificarse constantemente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun mesmo sentido, Josep Mar\u00eda Montaner observa que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cPolo seu car\u00e1cter dual -concepto e pr\u00e1ctica, ferramenta de an\u00e1lise e instrumento de proxecto-, os diagramas convert\u00e9ronse en emblemas de cambio do s\u00e9culo. Us\u00e1ronse coa vontade de relevar e superar o concepto de tipolox\u00eda da d\u00e9cada de 1970, e na actualidade pasaron a ser o concepto estructurador entre a teor\u00eda e a pr\u00e1ctica da arquitectura\u201d.<\/em><sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Montaner observa que o diagrama permite operar unha infinidade de datos heterox\u00e9neos producidos polos cambios de h\u00e1bitos sociais e as novas tecnolox\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n sen as restrici\u00f3ns que prop\u00f3n a an\u00e1lise tipol\u00f3gico. Non \u00e9 un tipo que ten necesariamente un v\u00ednculo coa historia e unha forma determinada, \u00e9 dicir, non forma parte da materializaci\u00f3n da arquitectura, pero intim\u00eddaa a un c\u00famulo de suxesti\u00f3ns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un defensor sen concesi\u00f3ns do desenvolvemento de diagramas como m\u00e9todo de reflexi\u00f3n \u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/gl\/tag\/ben-van-berkel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ben van Berkel<\/a>. No seu escrito <em>Diagrams<\/em> sinala que<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201ca t\u00e9cnica diagram\u00e1tica prov\u00e9 dun punto de apoio dentro das r\u00e1pidas correntes de informaci\u00f3n mediada. O diagrama resulta un m\u00e9todo de reflexi\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica empregado para alcanzar unha organizaci\u00f3n espacial acorde \u00e1s dificultades que ofrece cada programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aplicado como un concepto que rompe a rixidez dos esquemas arquitect\u00f3nicos tradicionais, o diagrama ofr\u00e9cese como unha ferramenta que permite a resoluci\u00f3n dos conflitos din\u00e1micos propios da actividade. Con todo, este proceso de transformaci\u00f3n prescinde da an\u00e1lise da contorna, e nesa prescindencia, o resultado fomenta a construci\u00f3n dun obxecto non contextual sen outro fin que atender a s\u00faa propia teor\u00eda gr\u00e1fica. Nesa omisi\u00f3n, converxe unha composici\u00f3n formalista da idea que pon en risco a procura intelectual da s\u00faa propia arquitectura, cuxo resultado \u00e9 un obxecto<em> case<\/em> tipol\u00f3gico, que ten incidencia na formalizaci\u00f3n da arquitectura, como lle sucede a Ben van Berkel na materializaci\u00f3n do diagrama baseado na cinta de M\u00f6bius.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_65546\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-65546\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65546\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-diagrama-como-reflexi\u00f3n-t\u00e1ctica-Marcelo-Gardinetti-o2-M.C.-Escher..jpg\" alt=\"M.C. Escher.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O\u00a0caso M\u00f6bius.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1993 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unstudio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNStudio<\/a> recibe o encargo dunha vivenda con dous estudos independentes entre si onde desenvolver a actividade laboral dos membros do matrimonio, de diferentes profesi\u00f3ns, pero conectados \u00e1 vida coti\u00e1 da familia. O encargo esix\u00eda entrelazar as diferentes actividades familiares nunha mesma estrutura sen que ningunha integrante perdese a s\u00faa independencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caroline Bos e Ben van Berkel desenvolven o programa partindo das propiedades xeom\u00e9tricas da banda de M\u00f6bius, unha superficie dunha soa cara e un s\u00f3 bordo que non \u00e9 orientable e que simboliza a natureza c\u00edclica de moitos procesos. Esta teor\u00eda de traxectorias baseada na banda de M\u00f6bius ten un antecedente gr\u00e1fico na obra de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcescher.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M.C. A circulaci\u00f3n interior repite o percorrido do bucle, define as traxectorias internas e vincula todas as partes da actividade diaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deste xeito, o diagrama permite organizar un esquema distributivo interior. A escasa altura e a s\u00faa excesiva lonxitude \u00e9 resultado do estiramento do bucle, co obxecto de alcanzar un maior desenvolvemento e afianzar o v\u00ednculo coa contorna inmediata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diagrama e proxecto entran nun solapamento de intereses cando aparecen visibles semellanzas entre a concepci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica do esquema e a materializaci\u00f3n definitiva da arquitectura.
