El Dep\u00f3sito de la Plaza de Castilla<\/strong> es una instalaci\u00f3n perteneciente al Canal de Isabel II.<\/p>\n

Se encuentra situado, desde 1952 al final del paseo de la Castellana en el terreno municipal del que fue el cuarto dep\u00f3sito de la Plaza de Castilla (construido en el a\u00f1o 1939), y con una capacidad de 180.000 m3.<\/p>\n

En el a\u00f1o 1952 fue relevado por el dep\u00f3sito de la plaza de Castilla. A comienzos del siglo XXI se hizo una remodelaci\u00f3n en la zona.<\/p>\n

Se encuentran tambi\u00e9n en la plaza un parque p\u00fablico (el parque del Canal de Isabel II)<\/strong> y un centro de exposiciones temporales. Son el reciente nuevo uso que se ha dado a los antiguos terrenos e instalaciones del Canal de Isabel II. El dep\u00f3sito elevado se ha conservado como construcci\u00f3n singular.<\/p>\n

Otro edificio situado en la plaza es el de los Juzgados de Primera Instancia, Penal e Instrucci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el edificio judicial m\u00e1s grande de Madrid. Aqu\u00ed lo tenemos.<\/p>\n

Y ahora vayamos a ver, para acabar, a las \u00a0Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA). <\/strong><\/p>\n

Es un parque empresarial situado junto al Paseo de la Castellana, en el barrio de La Paz, construido sobre los terrenos que antes conformaron la Ciudad Deportiva del Real Madrid.<\/p>\n

Conocido inicialmente como Madrid Arena, el consorcio de propietarios de las cuatro torres decidi\u00f3 adoptar una nueva imagen corporativa y cambi\u00f3 su nombre al de Cuatro Torres Business Area.<\/p>\n

Tiene cuatro rascacielos que son los edificios m\u00e1s altos de Madrid y de Espa\u00f1a. Se encuentran en una de las zonas m\u00e1s altas, con lo que dan un mayor efecto de grandiosidad ante otros rascacielos, cuando la diferencia de altura de los edificios no es tan grande.<\/p>\n

Son la Torre Cepsa<\/strong> (llamada anteriormente Torre Bankia y Torre Repsol), la Torre PwC<\/strong>, la Torre de Cristal y la Torre Espacio.<\/strong> Su construcci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2004.<\/p>\n

La Torre de Cristal<\/strong> es la m\u00e1s alta de Madrid y Espa\u00f1a con 249 metros y 52 pisos. El arquitecto es el argentino C\u00e9sar Pelli<\/strong><\/a>. Lo m\u00e1s importante de esta edificaci\u00f3n son los reflejos de los cristales. Posee un jard\u00edn en su parte superior de 600 metros cuadrados. Alberga oficinas de empresas como KPMG, Havas Media, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, y tiene un gimnasio y dos restaurantes en el interior.<\/p>\n

En enero de 2008, dos aficionados al salto base consiguieron infiltrarse en las obras de la Torre de Cristal y, tras subir hasta la parte m\u00e1s alta, lanzarse desde una altura cercana a los 250 m. abriendo un paraca\u00eddas tras cinco segundos de ca\u00edda libre. Las im\u00e1genes fueron difundidas por an\u00f3nimos y publicadas por los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La Torre Espacio se termin\u00f3 a finales de 2007, la Torre de Cristal a principios de 2008, la Torre Cepsa a mediados de 2008 y la Torre PwC a finales de 2009. Todas albergan oficinas, aunque la Torre PwC alberga tambi\u00e9n un hotel y en la parte m\u00e1s alta de la Torre de Cristal hay un jard\u00edn. Cada edificio tiene varios pisos subterr\u00e1neos de aparcamientos y, tambi\u00e9n bajo tierra, accesos por carretera al parque empresarial.<\/p>\n

Representan la parte m\u00e1s moderna y futurista de Madrid.<\/p>\n

O\u00a0Dep\u00f3sito da Praza de Castela<\/strong> \u00e9 unha instalaci\u00f3n pertencente \u00e1 Canle de Isabel II.<\/p>\n

At\u00f3pase situado, desde 1952 ao final do paseo da Castel\u00e1 no terreo municipal do que foi o cuarto dep\u00f3sito da Praza de Castela (constru\u00eddo no ano 1939), e cunha capacidade de 180.000 m3.<\/p>\n

No ano 1952 foi relevado polo dep\u00f3sito da praza de Castela. A comezos do s\u00e9culo XXI f\u00edxose unha remodelaci\u00f3n na zona.<\/p>\n

E agora vaiamos ver, para acabar, \u00e1s Catro Torres Business Area (CTBA).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c9 un parque empresarial situado xunto ao Paseo da Castel\u00e1, no barrio da Paz, constru\u00eddo sobre os terreos que antes conformaron a Cidade Deportiva do Real Madrid.<\/p>\n

Warehouse in Castilla Square<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Warehouse in Castile Square<\/strong> is an installation belonging to the Canal de\u00a0Isabel II.<\/p>\n

He is placed, from 1952 at the end of the walk of the Castilian one in the municipal area of the one that was the fourth warehouse of the Plaza of Castile (constructed in the year 1939), and with a capacity of 180.000 m3.<\/p>\n

In the year 1952 it was relieved by the warehouse of the square of Castile. At the beginning of the 21st century a remodeling was done in the zone.<\/p>\n

And now let’s be going to see, to finish, to Four Torres Business Area (CTBA). <\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a managerial park placed together with the Walk of the Castilian one, in the neighborhood of La Paz, constructed on the areas that before shaped the Sports City of Royal Madrid.<\/p>\n

Known initially as Madrid Sand, the owners’ consortium of four towers decided to adopt a new corporate image and Business Area changed his name to that of Four Towers.<\/p>\n

It has four skyscrapers that are the highest buildings of Madrid and of Spain. They are in one of the highest zones, with what they give a major effect of grandeur before other skyscrapers, when the difference of height of the buildings is not so big.<\/p>\n

They are the Tower Cepsa (called previously Tower Bankia and Tower Repsol), the Tower PwC, the Tower of Crystal and the Tower I Spread. His construction began in the year 2004.<\/p>\n

The Tower Space finished at the end of 2007, the Tower of Crystal at the beginning of 2008, the Tower Cepsa in the middle of 2008 and the Tower PwC at the end of 2009. They all shelter offices, though the Tower PwC shelters also a hotel and in the highest part of the Tower of Crystal there is a garden. Every building has several underground floors of parkings and, also underground, accesses by road to the managerial park.<\/p>\n

They represent the most modern and futurist part of Madrid.<\/p>\n
