\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Manual de Calidad?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Manual de Calidad del Proyecto Arquitect\u00f3nico (MC)<\/strong> elaborado por el CSCAE es un instrumento a disposici\u00f3n del proyectista para la redacci\u00f3n de Proyectos con un est\u00e1ndar para la organizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n y la justificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de la normativa.<\/p>\n

El MC se articula como documento de referencia para el control del cumplimiento del ordenamiento jur\u00eddico y normativo aplicable a escala estatal y auton\u00f3mica a los proyectos de edificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El MC es un documento en continua actualizaci\u00f3n que incorpora semestralmente las novedades normativas.<\/p>\n

El MC tambi\u00e9n es un instrumento que estructura de una manera ordenada el listado de los contenidos que deben tener todos los proyectos, facilitando la integridad del documento as\u00ed como la coherencia y vinculaci\u00f3n entre las distintas partes que lo componen.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, el MC facilita al proyectista la identificaci\u00f3n de los elementos sujetos a comprobaci\u00f3n de la integridad y correcci\u00f3n formal del documento t\u00e9cnico objeto durante el procedimiento de visado.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es indexARQ<\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n

IndexARQ es una herramienta inform\u00e1tica que filtra los contenidos del Manual de Calidad aplicables a cada proyecto<\/strong> en funci\u00f3n de una serie de campos b\u00e1sicos como la fase (b\u00e1sico, de ejecuci\u00f3n, etc.), uso principal, tipo de obra (nueva planta, intervenci\u00f3n en edificio existente, etc.) y ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El contenido de proyecto de edificaci\u00f3n que se extrae a trav\u00e9s de IndexARQ es el que recoge el Anejo I de la Parte I del C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de la Edificaci\u00f3n (CTE), desarrollado de acuerdo con la normativa de aplicaci\u00f3n hasta conseguir la suficiencia legal del proyecto.<\/p>\n

La fiabilidad de este programa se fundamenta en la actualizaci\u00f3n continua por parte del Consejo y de los Colegios de la normativa t\u00e9cnica emanada en sus \u00e1mbitos territoriales respectivos: estatal y auton\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

What is the Qualit manual?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Qualit manual of the Architectural Project (MC)<\/strong> elaborated by the CSCAE is an instrument at the disposal of the designer for the project draft with a standard for the organization of the information and the justification of the fulfillment of the regulation.<\/p>\n

The MC is articulated as document of reference to the control of the fulfillment of the juridical and normative classification applicable to state and autonomous scale to the projects of building.<\/strong> The MC is a document in continuous update that incorporates half-yearly the normative innovations.<\/p>\n

What is\u00a0indexARQ<\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n

IndexARQ is an IT tool that leaks the contents of the Qualit manual applicable to every project<\/strong> depending on a series of basic fields as the phase (basic, of execution, etc.), principal use, type of work (new plant, intervention in existing building, etc.) and location.<\/p>\n

The project content of building that is extracted across IndexARQ is the one that gathers the Annex I of the Part I of the Technical Code of the Building (CTE), developed of agreement with the regulation of application up to obtaining the legal sufficiency of the project.<\/p>\n

The reliability of this program is based on the constant update on the part of the Advice and the Colleges of the technical regulation come in his territorial respective areas: state and autonomous.<\/p>\n

What do I obtain on having used it?<\/strong><\/p>\n
