Aquello que muestra de nuevo su naturaleza constructiva original, es decir nos vuelve a hacer notar despu\u00e9s de la acci\u00f3n del tiempo o el hombre, c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 construido un organismo.<br \/>\n2. Firmitas y tal vez, venustas, sin utilitas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siempre que abordamos un tema de reflexi\u00f3n relacionado con la ruina no podemos dejar de usar como arranque la escena que representa la \u201cLecci\u00f3n de Anatom\u00eda del Dr Nicolaes Tulp\u201d, en este caso para escribir una serie de apuntes imprecisos sobre el trabajo de Juan Navarro Baldeweg en la ruina del pazo de Monteagudo en A Estrada, Pontevedra.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_61894\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-61894\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61894\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Lecci\u00f3n-de-Anatom\u00eda-del-Dr-Nicolaes-Tulp.jpg\" alt=\"Lecci\u00f3n de Anatom\u00eda del Dr Nicolaes Tulp\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Lecci\u00f3n-de-Anatom\u00eda-del-Dr-Nicolaes-Tulp.jpg 560w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Lecci\u00f3n-de-Anatom\u00eda-del-Dr-Nicolaes-Tulp-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-61894\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Lecci\u00f3n de Anatom\u00eda del Dr Nicolaes Tulp<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta magistral pintura de Rembrandt, muestra la \u00a0lecci\u00f3n que el\u00a0 Doctor Tulp imparte a sus siete compa\u00f1eros de oficio que se acompa\u00f1ados de la imprescindible\u00a0 presencia de\u00a0 un \u00faltimo convidado ya sin\u00a0 vida, la figura inerte de un cad\u00e1ver. En esta escena la magistral luz depositada sobre cada uno de los rostros de los estudiosos y compa\u00f1eros de lecci\u00f3n del Doctor Nicolaes parece equivaler, sumada con la suya propia, a la del cuerpo ya inerte, un di\u00e1logo lum\u00ednico equilibrado entre la importancia del cuerpo sin vida, como foco de atenci\u00f3n, y la perspectiva viva y atenta de su contorno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este cuerpo malogrado, centro de la composici\u00f3n, que sirve como material de estudio, nos podr\u00eda hacer pensar en la segura impotencia de estos doctores, no solo por no poder animar una nueva vida a su paciente, sino tambi\u00e9n por la frustraci\u00f3n de no haber conseguido mantenerlo en ella. Sin embargo y muy al contrario de lo esperado, en la tensi\u00f3n atenta sobre el objeto sin vida, es donde nuestra met\u00e1fora quiere resolverse, sugiri\u00e9ndosenos el optimismo de un futuro todav\u00eda por llegar, tambi\u00e9n susceptible de enfermar, pero al que se puede responder con el conocimiento adquirido y la\u00a0 previsi\u00f3n de la experiencia a partir del derrumbe, del fracaso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De este cad\u00e1ver, pues, resulta una \u00faltima esperanza que es la del ejemplo, en la b\u00fasqueda y el estudio en lo ya perdido, pero con la intenci\u00f3n de un futuro posible sobre otros cuerpos a\u00fan por salvar o nuevos modelos de trabajo a los que inspirar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61892\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-03\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conocimos, hace unos diez a\u00f1os, el lugar, la construcci\u00f3n original del Pazo y el dominio de Monteagudo como ruina -en sentido tradicional era un edificio vaciado- durante la realizaci\u00f3n de un cat\u00e1logo e inventario arquitect\u00f3nico patrimonial para la Conseller\u00eda de Cultura de la Xunta de Galicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s tarde y desde que se comenz\u00f3 el proyecto de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Monteagudo pudimos seguir su proceso de obra, un tiempo demorado en el que tambi\u00e9n tuvimos la suerte de conocer personalmente a sus propietarios y a personas implicadas en trabajos de reflexi\u00f3n art\u00edstica sobre el edificio y su entorno. Ambos nos ayudaron a acercarnos y entender Monteagudo de una manera m\u00e1s amplia que la puramente edilicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61895\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-01\" width=\"640\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01-300x130.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy, con la obra\u00a0 ya rematada, el proceso de lectura arquitect\u00f3nica del edificio es aparentemente sencillo, si se quiere, pues se trata de una rehabilitaci\u00f3n sin vanidad formal alguna, algo muy poco habitual en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de esta tipolog\u00eda de construcciones. Para nosotros al contrario, debido al previo contacto con la ruina original y su peso en el conjunto del paisaje, esta sencillez abstracta que se reconoce en el ejercicio propuesto, ha sido muy dificultosa de interpretar al abordar con cierto juicio cr\u00edtico el proyecto terminado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese tiempo, que lleva de la ruina a la obra acabada, algunas inquietantes preguntas nos han acompa\u00f1ado, tanto, que son el origen de estas palabras, entendiendo la definici\u00f3n de inquietante como la dificultad de aprehensi\u00f3n de algunos de los sentidos que el proyecto de Juan Navarro Baldeweg puede plantear o transmitir. Nos asaltaba sobre todo una duda que result\u00f3 fundamental librar para acercarse al interior del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-61896\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-02\" width=\"640\" height=\"856\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02.jpg 640w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la propuesta de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de esta construcci\u00f3n dom\u00e9stica <em>pacega<\/em> no presentaba cubierta? Queremos decir que no presentaba cubierta en el sentido en que el planteamiento del proyecto no restituye al edificio la original de teja, siendo sustituida \u00e9sta por una de zinc que evita la representaci\u00f3n de un volumen de termino y la visi\u00f3n de una masa de remate superior a la cornisa. Es decir se produjo la substituci\u00f3n de la cubierta de remate tradicional, por una cubierta \u201causente\u201d pues en la atmosfera visual de contorno- entre la niebla y el agua continua que propone gran parte del a\u00f1o la climatolog\u00eda de la comarca de Tabeir\u00f3s-Terra de Montes en que se sit\u00faa la casa- el zinc pasa absolutamente desapercibido, todav\u00eda m\u00e1s por la supresi\u00f3n de elementos complementarios de recogida de pluviales, canalones y bajantes, que acostumbran a marcar f\u00edsicamente el discurrir geom\u00e9trico del agua en la recogida y evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La desaparici\u00f3n de la cubierta, dec\u00edamos, nos inquietaba, porque quien conociese el conjunto previo a la intervenci\u00f3n, vaciado y s\u00f3lo con los muros de per\u00edmetro, y lo comparase con la actual obra rematada, no ver\u00eda entre ambos estados un cambio substancial en la relaci\u00f3n visual con el dominio e implantaci\u00f3n en el paisaje circundante (una lectura que recoge y analiza tambi\u00e9n de forma precisa la obra del artista pl\u00e1stico <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alvaronegro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00c1lvaro Negro<\/a> en relaci\u00f3n a otra poderosa presencia-ausencia, el de las esculturas del escultor <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ulrich_R%C3%BCckriem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ulrich R\u00fckriem<\/a> localizadas en el parque-bosque que circunda a la casa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed que el edificio parece persistir como ruina en la geograf\u00eda a pesar de que obviamente se ha llenado con un nuevo, sucinto y contempor\u00e1neo programa. La duda se nos va resolviendo al pensar entonces que la propuesta de Juan Navarro Baldeweg es la de hacer permanecer la ruina en relaci\u00f3n a su emplazamiento y no recomponer la forma original, pues el edificio a trav\u00e9s de un nuevo programa y tipo de uso ser\u00e1 otro, que aprende del anterior pero sin rescatarlo de una historia que ya no existe. Esa nos parece la mayor lecci\u00f3n del proyecto, quiz\u00e1s la m\u00e1s importante y el fondo de este trabajo, no alterar la ruina mientras se arma un nuevo proceso vital y arquitect\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61897\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-05.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-05\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-05.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-05-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Calmada esta principal inquietud, en un acercamiento hacia el interior del edificio, del resto del trabajo no cabr\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s que se\u00f1alar que no fuese la humilde respuesta \u00a0t\u00e9cnica a un sencillo programa dom\u00e9stico. Sin embargo, a pesar de su tranquila respiraci\u00f3n interior, el orden horizontal de su estructura en dos plantas se ve tensionado por la colocaci\u00f3n de una burbuja galer\u00eda que arma el espacio de reparto central de comunicaciones vertical y tambi\u00e9n por la inserci\u00f3n de un clavo de luz -otra acci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica de presencia-ausencia, a la manera del mejor <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kazuo_Shinohara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sinohara<\/a>&#8211; que cruza \u00a0y contradice la horizontalidad de la estructura de reparto de estancias, atravesando la secci\u00f3n de los dos pisos, desde los dormitorios en la planta alta hasta la zona del hogar o lareira en la baja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decimos ausencia-presencia porque mientras la carga y peso constructivo de estas intervenciones son casi inexistentes, la alteraci\u00f3n de la espacialidad es profunda, tanto, que llevan tensi\u00f3n pict\u00f3rica a tan sencilla ordenaci\u00f3n de programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-61898\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-04\" width=\"640\" height=\"872\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04.jpg 640w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04-220x300.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pareciera existir adem\u00e1s una correspondencia inversamente proporcional entre la ligereza que propone<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cla ausencia de cubierta\u201d,<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">la levedad introducida por la burbuja y el clavo de luz, frente al peso y densidad de las esculturas de Rukriem en el dominio de la finca que envuelve a la casa. Nesta escena a maxistral luz depositada sobre cada un dos rostros dos estudiosos e compa\u00f1eiros de lecci\u00f3n do Doutor Nicolaes parece equivaler, sumada coa s\u00faa propia, \u00e1 do corpo xa inerte, un di\u00e1logo lum\u00ednico equilibrado entre a importancia do corpo sen vida, como foco de atenci\u00f3n, e a perspectiva viva e atenta do seu contorno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este corpo malogrado, centro da composici\u00f3n, que serve como material de estudo, poder\u00edanos facer pensar na segura impotencia destes doutores, non s\u00f3 por non poder animar unha nova vida ao seu paciente, sen\u00f3n tam\u00e9n pola frustraci\u00f3n de non conseguir mantelo nela. Con todo e moi ao contrario do esperado, na tensi\u00f3n atenta sobre o obxecto sen vida, \u00e9 onde a nosa met\u00e1fora quere resolverse, suxer\u00edndosenos o optimismo dun futuro a\u00ednda por chegar, tam\u00e9n susceptible de enfermar, pero ao que se pode responder co co\u00f1ecemento adquirido e a previsi\u00f3n da experiencia para partir do derrube, do fracaso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deste cad\u00e1ver, pois, resulta unha \u00faltima esperanza que \u00e9 a do exemplo, na procura e o estudo no xa perdido, pero coa intenci\u00f3n dun futuro posible sobre outros corpos a\u00ednda por salvar ou novos modelos de traballo aos que inspirar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61892\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-03\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-03-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co\u00f1ecemos, fai uns dez anos, o lugar, a construci\u00f3n orixinal do Pazo e o dominio de Monteagudo como ru\u00edna -neste senso tradicional era un edificio baleirado- durante a realizaci\u00f3n dun cat\u00e1logo e inventario arquitect\u00f3nico patrimonial para a Conseller\u00eda de Cultura da Xunta de Galicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1is tarde e desde que se comezou o proxecto de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Monteagudo puidemos seguir o seu proceso de obra, un tempo demorado no que tam\u00e9n tivemos a sorte de co\u00f1ecer persoalmente aos seus propietarios e a persoas implicadas en traballos de reflexi\u00f3n art\u00edstica sobre o edificio e a s\u00faa contorna. Ambos nos axudaron a achegarnos e entender Monteagudo dunha maneira m\u00e1is ampla que a puramente edilicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61895\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-01\" width=\"640\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-01-300x130.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoxe, coa obra xa rematada, o proceso de lectura arquitect\u00f3nica do edificio \u00e9 aparentemente sinxelo, se se quere, pois se trata dunha rehabilitaci\u00f3n sen vaidade formal algunha, algo moi pouco habitual na rehabilitaci\u00f3n desta tipolox\u00eda de construci\u00f3ns. Para n\u00f3s ao contrario, debido ao previo contacto coa ru\u00edna orixinal e o seu peso no conxunto da paisaxe, esta sinxeleza abstracta que se reco\u00f1ece no exercicio proposto, foi moi dificultosa de interpretar ao abordar con certo xu\u00edzo cr\u00edtico o proxecto terminado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nese tempo, que leva da ru\u00edna \u00e1 obra acabada, algunhas inquietantes preguntas acompa\u00f1\u00e1ronnos, tanto, que son a orixe destas palabras, entendendo a definici\u00f3n de inquietante como a dificultade de aprehensi\u00f3n dalg\u00fans dos sentidos que o proxecto de Juan Navarro Baldeweg pode expor ou transmitir. Asalt\u00e1banos sobre todo unha d\u00fabida que resultou fundamental librar para achegarse ao interior do proxecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-61896\" src=\"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-02\" width=\"640\" height=\"856\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02.jpg 640w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-02-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por que a proposta de rehabilitaci\u00f3n desta construci\u00f3n dom\u00e9stica <em>pacega<\/em> non presentaba cuberta? Queremos dicir que non presentaba cuberta no sentido en que a formulaci\u00f3n do proxecto non restit\u00fae ao edificio a orixinal de tella, sendo substitu\u00edda esta por unha de zinc que evita a representaci\u00f3n dun volume de termino e a visi\u00f3n dunha masa de remate superior \u00e1 cornixa. \u00c9 dicir produciuse a substituci\u00f3n da cuberta de remate tradicional, por unha cuberta \u201causente\u201d pois na atmosfera visual de contorno- entre a n\u00e9boa e a auga continua que prop\u00f3n gran parte do ano a climatolox\u00eda da comarca de Tabeir\u00f3s-Terra de Montes en que se sit\u00faa a casa- o zinc pasa absolutamente desapercibido, a\u00ednda m\u00e1is pola supresi\u00f3n de elementos complementarios de recollida de pluviais, canl\u00f3ns e bajantes, que af\u00e1n marcar fisicamente o discorrer xeom\u00e9trico da auga na recollida e evacuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A desaparici\u00f3n da cuberta, diciamos, inquiet\u00e1banos, porque quen co\u00f1ecese o conxunto previo \u00e1 intervenci\u00f3n, baleirado e s\u00f3 cos muros de per\u00edmetro, e compar\u00e1seo coa actual obra rematada, non ver\u00eda entre ambos os estados un cambio substancial na relaci\u00f3n visual co dominio e implantaci\u00f3n na paisaxe circundante (unha lectura que recolle e analiza tam\u00e9n de forma precisa a obra do artista pl\u00e1stico <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alvaronegro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00c1lvaro Negro<\/a> en relaci\u00f3n a outra poderosa presencia-ausencia, o das esculturas do escultor <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ulrich_R%C3%BCckriem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ulrich R\u00fckriem<\/a> localizadas no parque-bosque que circunda \u00e1 casa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed que o edificio parece persistir como ru\u00edna na xeograf\u00eda a pesar de que obviamente se encheu cun novo, sucinto e contempor\u00e1neo programa. A d\u00fabida v\u00e1isenos resolvendo ao pensar ent\u00f3n que a proposta de Juan Navarro Baldeweg \u00e9 a de facer permanecer a ru\u00edna en relaci\u00f3n ao seu emprazamento e non recompo\u00f1er a forma orixinal, pois o edificio a trav\u00e9s dun novo programa e tipo de uso ser\u00e1 outro, que aprende do anterior pero sen rescatalo dunha historia que xa non existe. Con todo, a pesar da s\u00faa tranquila respiraci\u00f3n interior, a orde horizontal da s\u00faa estrutura en d\u00faas plantas vese tensionado pola colocaci\u00f3n dunha burbulla galer\u00eda que arma o espazo de repartici\u00f3n central de comunicaci\u00f3ns vertical e tam\u00e9n pola inserci\u00f3n dun cravo de luz -outra acci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica de presenza-ausencia, \u00e1 maneira do mellor <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kazuo_Shinohara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sinohara<\/a>&#8211; que cruza e contradi a horizontalidad da estrutura de repartici\u00f3n de estancias, atravesando a secci\u00f3n dos dous pisos, desde os dormitorios na planta alta ata a zona do fogar ou lareira na baixa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicimos ausencia-presencia porque mentres a carga e peso construtivo destas intervenci\u00f3ns son case inexistentes, a alteraci\u00f3n da espacialidad \u00e9 profunda, tanto, que levan tensi\u00f3n pict\u00f3rica a tan sinxela ordenaci\u00f3n de programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-61898\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04.jpg\" alt=\"el-pazo-de-monteagudo-la-ruina-que-permanece-luis-gil-04\" width=\"640\" height=\"872\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04.jpg 640w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/El-pazo-de-Monteagudo.-La-ruina-que-permanece-Luis-Gil-04-220x300.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parecese existir ademais unha correspondencia inversamente proporcional entre a lixeireza que prop\u00f3n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201ca ausencia de cuberta\u201d,<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a levedade introducida pola burbulla e o cravo de luz, fronte ao peso e densidade das esculturas de Rukriem no dominio da leira que envolve \u00e1 casa.
