Esta publicaci\u00f3n adapta las diferentes teor\u00edas de negocio actuales y la generaci\u00f3n de nuevas ideas para dise\u00f1ar una herramienta adecuada para la generaci\u00f3n de modelos de negocio de las ESPA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este objetivo se describe, en primer lugar (1) c\u00f3mo trabajar el lienzo de modelos de negocio y (2) los patrones existentes. Despu\u00e9s se centra en la generaci\u00f3n de la propuesta de valor, donde debe producirse la conexi\u00f3n entre el <a href=\"http:\/\/fundacion.arquia.es\/es\/ediciones\/publicaciones\/Colecciones\/DetallePublicacion\/129?coleccion=14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cliente y el arquitecto<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"titulo2\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Javier Quintana Saldise.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"1473175521589813002\" class=\"bloque_texto_ficha\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experto en gesti\u00f3n empresarial, cambio estrat\u00e9gico, pr\u00e1ctica comercial, emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n en el sector de la arquitectura y, en particular, en las empresas de servicios profesionales de arquitectura en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arquitecto por la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Navarro (ETSAUN) 1990.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras terminar la carrera abri\u00f3 su estudio profesional, en el que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 las funciones de socio-director y, en los primeros a\u00f1os construy\u00f3 un importante volumen de viviendas. En 1995 fund\u00f3 Vronze, empresa de promoci\u00f3n inmobiliaria desde la que se han promovido numerosos proyectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2008 curs\u00f3 el programa de Alta Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas (PADE-A-08) en el IESE Business School de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2009, tras el cese de la actividad inmobiliaria debido a la crisis, funda <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bsarethinkingarchitecture.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bsA (Rethinking architecture),<\/a> empresa de consultor\u00eda especializada en arquitectura. En la actualidad compagina la consultor\u00eda y la docencia con el desarrollo de negocio de varias empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es formador, autor de varios cursos de contenido empresarial para arquitectos, donde analiza y presenta varios casos de estudio. Ha sido invitado regularmente como conferenciante en varias escuelas e instituciones. Ha contribuido al emprendimiento y al cambio estrat\u00e9gico en m\u00e1s de treinta despachos profesionales, identificando las claves de su negocio y adecuando su modelo al mercado. He has been a guest regularly as lecturer in several schools and institutions. He has contributed to the emprendimiento and to the strategic change in more than thirty professional offices, identifying the keys of his business and adapting his model to the market.
