Una ortofoto, u ortofotograf\u00eda<\/a>, es una fotograf\u00eda a\u00e9rea corregida geom\u00e9tricamente (ortorectificada). A diferencia de una imagen a\u00e9rea, una ortofoto puede ser utilizada para realizar mediciones reales ya que es una representaci\u00f3n precisa de la superficie terrestre, en la que se han corregido las distorsiones inherentes a las im\u00e1genes a\u00e9reas.<\/p>\n

Las ortofotos combinan las caracter\u00edsticas de detalle y cobertura temporal de las fotograf\u00edas a\u00e9reas y la escala uniforme y precisi\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica de los mapas. Esto permite a las ortofotos ser usadas en muchas ocasiones como fondo sobre el que se superponen los elementos de un mapa.<\/p>\n

Existe la creaci\u00f3n de Ortofotografr\u00edas a partir de otros m\u00e9todos, como levantamientos fotogr\u00e1ficos, referencias entre fotos a partir de puntos de concordancia. Esto se hace mediante la calibraci\u00f3n de c\u00e1mara y el uso de software especializado como por ejemplo Photomodeler.<\/p>\n

La virtud de este visor de ortofotos a\u00e9reas, adem\u00e1s de estar referido a Espa\u00f1a, es que podemos buscar y obtener las la evoluci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de las zonas que nos interesen gracias a las base de datos recopiladas existente durante las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n

Para ello simplemente tendr\u00e9is que acceder a la web mapas de bolsillo.<\/p>\n

An ortophoto, or ortophotography,<\/a> is an aerial photography corrected geometrically (ortorectified). Unlike an air image, an ortofoto can be used to realize royal measurements since it is a precise representation of the terrestrial surface, in which there have been corrected the distortions inherent in the air images.<\/p>\n

The ortophotos combine the characteristics of detail and temporary coverage of the aerial photographies and the uniform scale and geometric precision of the maps. This allows to the ortofotos to be used in many occasions as bottom on which the elements of a map are superposed.<\/p>\n
