La orientaci\u00f3n oeste coincide con las vistas sobre el mar en la lejan\u00eda, y es adem\u00e1s por el oeste por donde se produce el acceso a la parcela, lo que nos ofrec\u00eda grandes posibilidades…pero la mejor de estas posibilidades fue, sin duda, la ofrecida por los clientes: una pareja joven que lleg\u00f3 a nosotros porque quer\u00edan una \u00abcasa c\u00fabica\u00bb<\/strong> y que resultaron ser unos clientes abiertos y muy sinceros en todos los aspectos, sus necesidades, su econom\u00eda, sus deseos… fundamentales herramientas de trabajo para el arquitecto.<\/p>\n La integraci\u00f3n en el contexto era primordial, queriendo que este enriqueciese la vida cotidiana de los usuarios y que fuese parte imprescindible del disfrute de la vivienda, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la casa y su programa. La armon\u00eda entre lo construido y lo existente nos preocupaba en gran medida.<\/p>\n Nuestras prioridades estaban claras: por un lado ofrecer el mejor servicio y soluci\u00f3n a las demandas del cliente y por otro ofrecer el mejor servicio y soluci\u00f3n a las demandas del lugar.<\/p>\n Atendiendo a la topograf\u00eda les propusimos una casa \u00absemi-enterrada\u00bb que se aprovechar\u00eda de la orientaci\u00f3n y el privilegiado entorno.<\/strong><\/p>\n La idea de vivienda enterrada es primigenia, realizar un hueco en el que cobijarse. Ten\u00edamos que conseguir, adem\u00e1s, trabajar con la luz, garantizando \u00e9sta en todas las estancias, de ah\u00ed la aparici\u00f3n de patios traseros que permiten adem\u00e1s ver la roca en la que se enclava. La cubierta volver\u00eda a ser naturaleza en la que crezca la vegetaci\u00f3n, haciendo que el volumen desapareciese desde la parte alta de la parcela.<\/p>\n A modo de roca clavada en el terreno, la tosquedad de una s\u00f3lida estructura de hormig\u00f3n abujardado contrasta con los espacios interiores luminosos, los patios para las ardillas y la calidez de sus materiales, pretendiendo de la futura piscina que sea el elemento de mayor presencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Materialmente la primera decisi\u00f3n fue utilizar elementos duros al uso y amables al trato, que adem\u00e1s nos permitiesen aprovechar las posibilidades de inercia, as\u00ed como el potencial del acabado, o sus diferentes acabados, acomodando siempre estos a un presupuesto ajustado. El uso del hormig\u00f3n nos permite que el mismo material sea estructura, contenci\u00f3n o acabado en sus diferentes texturas. Decidimos utilizarlo abujardado al exterior, de un modo m\u00e1s rudo y sin este tratamiento en los espacios exteriores cubiertos.<\/p>\n Poco que mostrar y mucho que vivir…<\/p>\n Obra: Vivienda en Reboira [:en]<\/p>\n We knew the zone, Reboira, in which the housing would be located. As fermosas vistas sobre a r\u00eda, a tranquilidade do emprazamento e o arboledo boscoso que rodea a parcela por tres laterais, o seu pendente, a cota elevada sobre o viario e o estra\u00f1o plan.<\/p>\n A orientaci\u00f3n oeste coincide coas vistas sobre o mar ao lonxe, e \u00e9 ademais polo oeste por onde se produce o acceso \u00e1 parcela, o que nos ofrec\u00eda grandes posibilidades…pero a mellor destas posibilidades foi, sen d\u00fabida, a ofrecida polos clientes: unha parella nova que chegou a n\u00f3s porque quer\u00edan unha \u00abcasa c\u00fabica\u00bb<\/strong> e que resultaron ser uns clientes abertos e moi sinceros en todos os aspectos, as s\u00faas necesidades, a s\u00faa econom\u00eda, os seus desexos… fundamentais ferramentas de traballo para o arquitecto.<\/p>\n A integraci\u00f3n no contexto era primordial, querendo que este enriquecese a vida coti\u00e1 dos usuarios e que fose parte imprescindible do goce da vivenda, m\u00e1is al\u00f3 da casa e o seu programa.
