A\u00fan a pesar de los permanentes cambios de direcci\u00f3n de su relato, siempre es posible reconocer el trazo que hace de sus dise\u00f1os el sost\u00e9n de un acontecimiento \u00fanico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este proceso, una de las evoluciones m\u00e1s significativas se produjo en momentos incipientes de su carrera, en el dise\u00f1o de las dos casas en el barrio de Auteuil. Esta obra expresa un desarrollo arquitect\u00f3nico evolutivo, el m\u00e1s significativo de sus primeros a\u00f1os. El proyecto exhibe la misma depuraci\u00f3n de lenguaje expresado en sus primitivos trabajos puristas, pero su contextura muta a relaciones muchas m\u00e1s complejas, inducidas por operaciones de dise\u00f1o que ser\u00e1n aplicadas de manera sistem\u00e1tica o aleatoria en trabajos posteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea de trascender el cubismo en una matriz tridimensional que exprese la est\u00e9tica maquinista, en la Maison La Roche resulta acrecentada por la capacidad de articular nuevas resoluciones volum\u00e9tricas. Le Corbusier agrupa el programa con una l\u00f3gica org\u00e1nica, donde cada local adquiere su forma y se agrupa con el correspondiente necesario, para alcanzar un proceso de funcionalidad l\u00f3gico. Los ambientes tienen libertad para trascender la geometr\u00eda de la casa, produciendo salientes en la l\u00ednea de fachada que son ordenados por un trazado regulador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la casa La Roche, la sucesi\u00f3n vincular de espacios se construye bajo el concepto de <em>promenade<\/em>, una estrategia de recorrido que permite revelar las diferentes cualidades espaciales de la casa. Este paseo se inicia en el vest\u00edbulo de acceso donde descubre relaciones funcionales novedosas, circulaciones que cruzan el espacio y balcones que asoman en diferentes niveles. Contin\u00faa en ascenso sobre la rampa de la sala de pinturas, que reproduce la curvatura del muro curvo mientras concede im\u00e1genes cambiantes dominadas por la luz que ingresa desde la ventana superior. El paseo culmina en la terraza jard\u00edn, para alcanzar vistas hacia la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En octubre de 1923, momentos en que avanzaba en el dise\u00f1o de las dos viviendas, Le Corbusier visita la galer\u00eda L\u2019Effort Moderne donde se realiza una exposici\u00f3n de trabajos del grupo De Stijl. El descubrimiento de las maquetas de Van Doesburg y Van Eesteren le produjo un influjo decisivo que se traslad\u00f3 al proyecto. Modific\u00f3 los peque\u00f1os vanos de ventana que hab\u00eda proyectado en aberturas continuas, convirtiendo la envolvente en una disposici\u00f3n de planos opacos y transparentes. El proyecto no s\u00f3lo mantuvo los \u00e1rboles existentes en el terreno, adem\u00e1s enfrento la puerta de acceso a la casa La Roche a uno de ellos, haciendo que trascienda el momento de paso entre la calle y la casa. Still in spite of the permanent way changes of his statement, always it is possible to recognize the outline that does of his designs the support of the only event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this process, one of the most significant evolutions took place in incipient moments of his career, in the design of both houses in Auteuil&#8217;s neighborhood. This work expresses the architectural evolutionary, most significant development of his first years. The project exhibits the same purification of language expressed in his primitive purist works, but his contextura mutates to more complex great relations induced by operations of design that will be applied in a systematic or random way in later works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The idea of coming out the cubism in a three-dimensional counterfoil that expresses the technical aesthetics, in the Maison La Roche turns out to be increased by the aptitude to articulate new volumetric resolutions. Le Corbusier groups the program with an organic logic, where every place acquires his form and is grouped by the necessary correspondent, to reach a logical process of functionality. The environments have freedom to come out the geometry of the house, producing projections in the line of front that they are arranged by a regulatory tracing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the house La Roche, the succession to link of spaces is constructed under the concept of <em>promenade<\/em>, a strategy of tour that allows to reveal the different spatial qualities of the house. This walk begins in the foyer of access where it discovers functional new relations, traffics that cross the space and balconies that begin to show in different levels. It continues in ascent on the ramp of the room of paintings, which reproduces the curvature of the curved wall while it grants changeable images dominated by the light that enters from the top window. The project not only supported the existing trees in the area, in addition I face the door of access to the house The Roche to one of them, doing that comes out the moment of step between the street and the house. O proxecto exhibe a mesma depuraci\u00f3n de linguaxe expresada nos seus primitivos traballos puristas, pero o seu contextura muta a relaci\u00f3ns moitas m\u00e1is complexas, inducidas por operaci\u00f3ns de dese\u00f1o que ser\u00e1n aplicadas de maneira sistem\u00e1tica ou aleatoria en traballos posteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A idea de transcender o cubismo nunha matriz tridimensional que exprese a est\u00e9tica maquinista, na Maison A Roche resulta acrecentada pola capacidade de articular novas resoluci\u00f3ns volum\u00e9tricas. Le Corbusier agrupa o programa cunha l\u00f3xica org\u00e1nica, onde cada local adquire a s\u00faa forma e agr\u00fapase co correspondente necesario, para alcanzar un proceso de funcionalidade l\u00f3xico. Os ambientes te\u00f1en liberdade para transcender a xeometr\u00eda da casa, producindo sa\u00edntes na li\u00f1a de fachada que son ordenados por un trazado regulador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na casa A Roche, a sucesi\u00f3n vincular de espazos constr\u00faese baixo o concepto de <em>promenade<\/em>, unha estratexia de percorrido que permite revelar as diferentes calidades espaciais da casa. Este paseo in\u00edciase no vest\u00edbulo de acceso onde descobre relaci\u00f3ns funcionais novas, circulaci\u00f3ns que cruzan o espazo e balc\u00f3ns que asoman en diferentes niveis. Contin\u00faa en ascenso sobre a rampla da sala de pinturas, que reproduce a curvatura do muro curvo mentres concede imaxes cambiantes dominadas pola luz que ingresa desde a xanela superior. O paseo culmina na terraza xard\u00edn, para alcanzar vistas cara \u00e1 cidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En outubro de 1923, momentos en que avanzaba no dese\u00f1o das d\u00faas vivendas, Le Corbusier visita a galer\u00eda L\u00b4Effort Moderne onde se realiza unha exposici\u00f3n de traballos do grupo De Stijl. O descubrimento das maquetas de Van Doesburg e Van Eesteren produciulle un influxo decisivo que se trasladou ao proxecto. Modificou os pequenos vans de xanela que proxectara en aberturas continuas, convertendo a envolvente nunha disposici\u00f3n de planos opacos e transparentes. O proxecto non s\u00f3 mantivo as \u00e1rbores existentes no terreo, ademais enfronto a porta de acceso \u00e1 casa A Roche a un deles, facendo que transcenda o momento de paso entre a r\u00faa e a casa.
