Un puente puede, adem\u00e1s, proporcionar cobijo, protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mar%C3%ADa_Moliner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mar\u00eda Moliner<\/a> dice:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abConstrucci\u00f3n de cualquier clase, fija, provisional, desmontable, etc., hecha sobre un r\u00edo o un corte del terreno para pasar de una orilla o de un lado a otro. <\/em>M\u00e1s adelante el diccionario dice: <em>Lo que sirve para acercar a personas o cosas; particularmente a personas, si existe entre ellas tirantez o enemistad. <\/em>De all\u00ed la expresi\u00f3n <em>Tender un<strong> puente:<\/strong> Hacer una persona por su parte una tentativa de aproximaci\u00f3n para que cese la tirantez de relaciones o la enemistad entre ella y otra. Reconciliarse.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Praga, 1357: empieza la construcci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prague-bridge.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Karl\u016fv most,<\/a> el puente m\u00e1s conocido de Praga, una estructura que pasa sobre el r\u00edo Moldava, llevando a las personas de la ciudad antigua, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disfrutapraga.com\/stare-mesto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Star\u00e9 M\u011bsto<\/a>, a la orilla del castillo, Mal\u00e1 Strana. Dise\u00f1ado por el arquitecto <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Peter_Parler\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Petr Parl\u00e9r<\/a> y construido por centenares de manos an\u00f3nimas, en el siglo XV era la arteria central para el paso de personas y mercanc\u00edas, siendo el \u00fanico puente que conectaba las dos partes de la ciudad divididas por las aguas del r\u00edo, amigas y enemigas, fuente del agua potable de la ciudad y peligro en caso de inundaci\u00f3n. Otra funci\u00f3n no planeada del puente era dar cobijo a multitudes de mendigos, deudores, errantes. Mendigos, deudores, errantes que pod\u00edan entender el puente, la raz\u00f3n de su construcci\u00f3n y encontrar protecci\u00f3n. Cinco siglos despu\u00e9s del Karl\u016fv most, representa la transposici\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n del puente a la \u00e9poca del tren, medio de transporte colectivo que facilita la comunicaci\u00f3n entre las dos partes de la ciudad y entre la ciudad y el territorio colindante. Un elemento que resulta fundamental para entender la funci\u00f3n y naturaleza de un puente y determinar su relaci\u00f3n con el entorno es la posici\u00f3n de la estructura en la ciudad. La posici\u00f3n del Karl\u016fv most y del puente de ferrocarril de Vy\u0161ehrad no es sustancialmente distinta, ya que repite el esquema de los primeros puentes que remontan a la \u00e9poca prehist\u00f3rica &#8211; como por ejemplo el primer puente sobre el r\u00edo T\u00e1mesis en Londres (1750 AC) &#8211; as\u00ed como el de los puentes etruscos, romanos, rom\u00e1nicos, renacentistas: una estructura para permitir al hombre cruzar un r\u00edo o una barrera, una construcci\u00f3n que acerca a personas y cosas, una obra que hace habitable un lugar, un puente tendido hacia lo otro. A los extremos del valle: por un lado la meseta de Pankr\u00e1c &#8211; que recibe su nombre de la iglesia de Pankr\u00e1c, pero que en realidad es hoy un lugar conocido por la c\u00e1rcel hom\u00f3nima &#8211; por el otro el centro de Praga. <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Josef_Havl%C3%AD%C4%8Dek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Josef Havl\u00ed\u010dek<\/a> es el arquitecto funcionalista que present\u00f3 una propuesta, en el concurso de 1927, para la construcci\u00f3n del puente sobre el valle Nusle: una estructura de hormig\u00f3n que se apoya en una serie de rascacielos. El viaducto se yergue encima de las casas cortando el valle, yendo hacia la c\u00e1rcel Pankr\u00e1c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta no fue realizada, el sue\u00f1o de los ingenieros se qued\u00f3 suspendido. Algo nuevo ha nacido en el uso de la t\u00e9cnica, que siempre ha tenido un posible efecto adverso, pero ahora el equilibrio entre positividad y negatividad ha sido perdido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Praga, 1967: 40 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del concurso de 1927 para la construcci\u00f3n del puente &#8211; entre 1967 y 1970 &#8211; el viaducto sobre el valle Nusle (el Nuselsk\u00fd most) fue construido, siguiendo un proyecto distinto del presentado por Josef Havl\u00ed\u010dek, pero en realidad no muy diferente. Una idea, una l\u00ednea recta trazada en un plano, abstracta, se materializa en un viaducto gigantesco que lacera el espacio, como un Goliat moderno. Pero otra imagen es la representaci\u00f3n perfecta de la relaci\u00f3n entre uso moderno de la t\u00e9cnica, guerra, (intento de) destrucci\u00f3n de la persona y la ciudad y conquista de la naturaleza (por parte de los ingenieros y los bur\u00f3cratas): el uso de tanques sovi\u00e9ticos para realizar las pruebas de carga durante la construcci\u00f3n del puente, en 1970. No ser\u00eda completamente insensato ver los saltos como el deseo de retorno al sentido de las cosas, saltos desde los tanques hacia los \u00e1rboles y las casas, saltos como desesperaci\u00f3n por todos los puentes no tendidos hacia otra posibilidad, saltos como rechazos, como tentativas imposibles de reconciliaci\u00f3n con el mundo frente a la insensatez de la historia. Como el intento de suicidio de Jaroslav Ha\u0161ek en 1911 desde el Karl\u016fv most, gesto dada\u00edsta <em>ante litteram <\/em>de rechazo de la insensatez de las acciones humanas, resumido en las aventuras de su valiente soldado \u0160vejk durante la guerra mundial. Historia que habr\u00eda que volver a construir a partir de los relatos an\u00f3nimos de los rechazados, ya que, como dice <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pier_Paolo_Pasolini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pasolini<\/a><sup>1<\/sup>,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00aben los desechos del mundo nace un nuevo mundo: nacen leyes nuevas all\u00ed donde ya no hay ley; nace un nuevo honor donde honor es el deshonor. Aos extremos do val: por unha banda a meseta de Pankr\u00e1c &#8211; que recibe o seu nome da igrexa de Pankr\u00e1c, pero que en realidade \u00e9 hoxe un lugar co\u00f1ecido polo c\u00e1rcere hom\u00f3nima &#8211; polo outro o centro de Praga. <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Josef_Havl%C3%AD%C4%8Dek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Josef Havl\u00ed\u010dek<\/a> \u00e9 o arquitecto funcionalista que presentou unha proposta, no concurso de 1927, para a construci\u00f3n da ponte sobre o val Nusle: unha estrutura de hormig\u00f3n que se apoia nunha serie de rascacielos. O viaducto \u00e9rguese encima das casas cortando o val, indo cara ao c\u00e1rcere Pankr\u00e1c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A proposta non foi realizada, o so\u00f1o dos enxe\u00f1eiros quedouse suspendido. Algo novo naceu no uso da t\u00e9cnica, que sempre ha ter un posible efecto adverso, pero agora o equilibrio entre positividad e negatividad foi perdido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Praga, 1967: 40 anos despois do concurso de 1927 para a construci\u00f3n da ponte &#8211; entre 1967 e 1970 &#8211; o viaducto sobre o val Nusle (o Nuselsk\u00fd most) foi constru\u00eddo, seguindo un proxecto distinto do presentado por Josef Havl\u00ed\u010dek, pero en realidade non moi diferente. Unha idea, unha li\u00f1a recta trazada nun plano, abstracta, material\u00edzase nun viaducto xigantesco que lacera o espazo, como un Goliat moderno. Pero outra imaxe \u00e9 a representaci\u00f3n perfecta da relaci\u00f3n entre uso moderno da t\u00e9cnica, guerra, (intento de) destruci\u00f3n da persoa e a cidade e conquista da natureza (por parte dos enxe\u00f1eiros e os bur\u00f3cratas): o uso de tanques sovi\u00e9ticos para realizar as probas de carga durante a construci\u00f3n da ponte, en 1970. The viaduct yergue on the houses cutting the valley, going towards the jail Pankr\u00e1c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The offer was not realized, the dream of the engineers remained suspended. Something new has born in the use of the technology, which always has had a possible adverse effect, but now the balance between positividad and negatividad has been lost by it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prague, 1967: 40 years after the contest of 1927 for the construction of the bridge &#8211; between 1967 and 1970 &#8211; the viaduct on the valley Nusle (the Nuselsk \u00fd most) was constructed, following a project different from the presented one for Josef Havl\u00ed\u010dek, but actually not very differently. An idea, a straight line planned in a plane, abstract, materializes in a gigantic viaduct that spoils the space, as a modern Goliat. But another image is the perfect representation of the relation between modern use of the technology, war, (I try of) destruction of the person and the city and conquest of the nature (on the part of the engineers and the bureaucrats): the use of Soviet tanks to realize the tests of load during the construction of the bridge, in 1970.
