Por ello se le llama roll inside out. En esta intervenci\u00f3n, se plante\u00f3 jugar con estos conceptos referidos al dentro y fuera INSIDEout], del edificio, de la ciudad, de los materiales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acero, un material que entra y sale del edificio, recubriendo fachadas, escaleras, cubierta, que se puede entender como un continuo, referencia a los trenes de laminaci\u00f3n en los que se produce, as\u00ed como al primer productor mundial de acero y a una ciudad, Avil\u00e9s, siempre referencia y con un incalculable patrimonio. Las partes met\u00e1licas de la intervenci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1n ser reutilizadas al 100% y un 70% de ellas provinieron de acero reciclado.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-56059 proyecto tiene dos l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n fundamentales: en primer lugar la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios, fachadas y funcionalidades del inmueble existente y en segundo lugar la construcci\u00f3n chapa de acero micro perforada<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fachada anterior, donde predominaba el ladrillo y el hormig\u00f3n, ha pasado a tener un nuevo rostro met\u00e1lico. Los colores que ahora predominan son los corporativos de ArcelorMittal: gris oscuro y naranja. Un segundo edificio, llamado Finger Lab, el cual dispone de un laboratorio de energ\u00eda, medio ambiente y simulaci\u00f3n de procesos, as\u00ed como una sala de reuniones y aseos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se rehabilit\u00f3 el aparcamiento ampliando el n\u00famero de plazas, acondicionando las zonas verdes, planteando una nueva forma de Aviles, located in this building, to have more workspace. This is why it is referred to as an inside-out roll. In this project, the vision was to play with these concepts with reference to the inside and outside of the building, the city and the materials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Steel, a material that enters and exits the building, cladding facades, stairs, the roof, which can be understood to be continuous, in reference to the rolling-mills in which it is produced, as well as to the world\u2019s leading steel producer and to a city, Aviles, always a focal point and with a priceless industrial heritage. The metal parts of the intervention, can be 100% reused and 70% of them came from recycled steel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project has two fundamental lines of action: firstly, the restoration of spaces, facades and functionalities in the existing building and secondly, the construction of two new buildings..<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Cladding of the Aviles Technology Development Centre building with perforated steel plate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The front facade, where brick and concrete predominated, has acquired a new metal fascia. ArcelorMittal\u2019s corporate colors, dark grey and orange, now predominate. Internally, the lobby has already been renovated to vertically connect the building\u2019s three floors through the new Atrio, the new entrance of the building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Construction of two low-rise buildings alongside the Technology Development Centre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first one, named Open Office contains two meeting rooms, toilets and a rest area [bar]. The second one is the Finger Lab, has an energy, environment and process simulation laboratory, as well as meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistasingles\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, the car park was refurbished, increasing the number of spaces and the green areas were rehabilitated, creating a new way of parking, more dynamic and consistent with the operation of the situado en devandito inmueble, de contar con m\u00e1is espazos de traballo. Por iso ch\u00e1maselle roll inside out. Nesta intervenci\u00f3n, suscitouse xogar con estes conceptos referidos ao dentro e fose INSIDEout], do edificio, da cidade, dos materiais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">O aceiro, un material que entra e sae do edificio, recubrindo fachadas, escaleiras, cuberta, que se pode entender como un continuo, referencia aos trens de laminaci\u00f3n nos que se produce, as\u00ed como ao primeiro productor mundial de aceiro e a unha cidade, Avil\u00e9s, sempre referencia e cun incalculable patrimonio. As partes met\u00e1licas da intervenci\u00f3n, poder\u00e1n ser reutilizadas ao 100% e un 70% delas provi\u00f1eron de aceiro reciclado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">O proxecto ten d\u00faas li\u00f1as de acci\u00f3n fundamentais: en primeiro lugar a recuperaci\u00f3n de espazos, fachadas e funcionalidades do inmueble existente e en segundo lugar a construci\u00f3n de dous novos edificios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Revestimiento do edificio do Centro de Desenvolvemento Tecnol\u00f3xico con chapa de aceiro micro perforada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafolistas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fachada anterior, onde predominaba o ladrillo e o hormig\u00f3n, pasou a ter un novo rostro met\u00e1lico. As cores que agora predominan son os corporativos de ArcelorMittal: gris escuro e laranxa.
