{"id":55488,"date":"2015-07-22T06:24:58","date_gmt":"2015-07-22T04:24:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/?p=55488"},"modified":"2020-02-17T14:42:46","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T13:42:46","slug":"meeting-point-soma-arquitectura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/meeting-point-soma-arquitectura\/","title":{"rendered":"<!--:es-->Meeting point | soma arquitectura<!--:--><!--:en-->Meeting point | soma arquitectura<!--:--><!--:gl-->Meeting point | soma arquitectura<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos encontramos con una vivienda con cuatro espacios muy bien ordenados en fachada, separados del resto de estancias por un gran pasillo y que se encuentran de una manera un poco ca\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos quedamos con estos cuatro espacios y reordenamos el resto de usos intentando generar espacios de calidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/somaa_mp_01_int01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-55525\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/somaa_mp_01_int01.jpg\" alt=\"somaa_mp_01_int01\" width=\"625\" height=\"608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/somaa_mp_01_int01.jpg 822w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/somaa_mp_01_int01-300x292.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La vivienda se articula en torno a un espacio central, que ordena y distribuye la casa, diferenciando la zona de d\u00eda de la de noche, la parte privada de la p\u00fablica, y la habitaci\u00f3n principal de las secundarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea b\u00e1sica, inspirada por la arquitectura palaciega, se basa en la generaci\u00f3n de espacios a trav\u00e9s de estancias concatenadas, que nos gu\u00edan a trav\u00e9s del filtro formado por el despacho, desde el acceso a la vivienda hacia el espacio central, a partir del que crece el resto de la vivienda, despleg\u00e1ndose como si se tratara de un abanico. As\u00ed se genera un eje de circulaci\u00f3n entre los espacios de relaci\u00f3n de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El espacio central se materializa mediante un revestimiento en madera acanalada, creando un espacio diferenciado y diferencial, que nos permite acceder hacia el sal\u00f3n, la cocina y los pasos que dan servicio a las zonas m\u00e1s privadas de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, el pavimento marca un eje transversal de servicios, la zona central, la cocina, los aseos y los pasos, se revisten de microcemento, frente al resto de los paramentos de la casa, que se dispone en madera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los armarios y el almacenamiento, tambi\u00e9n suponen una parte importante de la reforma, ya que se adaptan a las necesidades de la vivienda, aprovechando al m\u00e1ximo el espacio disponible.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-55488 gallery-columns-4 of stays by a great corridor and that they are in an a bit chaotic way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We remain with these four spaces and reorder the rest of uses trying to generate qualit differentiating the zone by day of by night, the part deprived of the public one, and the principal room of the secondary ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The basic idea inspired by the palatial architecture, is based on the generation of spaces across concatenated stays, which they us guide across the filter formed by the office, from the access to the housing towards the central space, from which the rest of the housing grows, spreading out as if it was a question of a range. This way an axis of traffic is generated between the spaces of relation of the housing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The central space materializes by means of a coating in grooved wood, creating a differentiated and differential space, which it allows us to accede towards the lounge, the kitchen and the steps that give service to the zones most deprived of the housing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, the pavement marks a transverse axis of services, the central zone, the kitchen, the bathroom and the steps, they re-dress of microcement, opposite to the rest of the paraments of the house, which one arranges in wood.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cupboards and the storage, also they suppose an important part of the reform, since they de estanzas por un gran corredor e que se encontran dun xeito un pouco ca\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedamos con estes catro espazos e reordenamos o resto de usos intentando xerar espazos de calidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/somaa_mp_01_int01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" diferenciando a zona de d\u00eda da de noite, a parte privada da p\u00fablica, e o cuarto principal das secundarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A idea b\u00e1sica, inspirada pola arquitectura palaciana, bas\u00e9ase na xeraci\u00f3n de espazos a trav\u00e9s de estanzas concatenadas, que nos gu\u00edan a trav\u00e9s do filtro formado polo despacho, dende o acceso \u00e1 vivenda cara ao espazo central, a partir do que crece o resto da vivenda, despreg\u00e1ndose coma se se tratase dun abano. As\u00ed se xera un eixe de circulaci\u00f3n entre os espazos de relaci\u00f3n da vivenda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O espazo central material\u00edzase mediante un revestimento en madeira acanalada, creando un espazo diferenciado e diferencial, que nos permite acceder cara ao sal\u00f3n, a coci\u00f1a e os pasos que dan servizo \u00e1s zonas m\u00e1is privadas da vivenda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por outro lado, o pavimento marca un eixe transversal de servizos, a zona central, a coci\u00f1a, os aseos e os pasos, rev\u00edstense de microcemento, fronte ao resto dos paramentos da casa, que se disp\u00f3n en madeira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os armarios e o almacenamento, tam\u00e9n supo\u00f1en unha parte importante da reforma,
