El artista multidisciplinar Guillermo Charl\u00edn<\/strong> a lo largo de su biograf\u00eda, ha pasado por la pintura, arquitectura, escultura, el dise\u00f1o industrial y la iluminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Charl\u00edn, comenz\u00f3, sus primeras andaduras, hace 25 a\u00f1os,\u00a0 en un estudio de arquitectura en Vilagarc\u00eda de Arosa, trabajo que combinaba con la pintura. Posteriormente se traslad\u00f3 a Santiago para cofundar Tokonoma, empresa de iluminaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1adores industriales. Su trayectoria profesional y su pasi\u00f3n por la pintura y escultura lo han llevado a estudiar los procesos donde interact\u00faan todas estas disciplinas art\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n

Con este proyecto y despu\u00e9s de investigar profundamente en la iluminaci\u00f3n, como integradora de los espacios y creadora de vol\u00famenes, el artista, ha aunado todas estas disciplinas por las que ha pasado, dando como resultado el nacimiento de estos objetos, arquitecturas con luz<\/em>, esculturas arquitect\u00f3nicas<\/em>. Cuyos vac\u00edos o huecos nos desvelan su color particular que emana de una fuente de luz tan sutil como una pincelada.<\/p>\n

Se trata de una serie de piezas de escala intimista, realizadas en diversos materiales, en la mayor\u00eda de ellas se combinan, maderas y metal. Todas ellas con incorporaci\u00f3n de luz a trav\u00e9s de led, para aportar el color (azul, rojo, blanco c\u00e1lido), d\u00e1ndole a las esculturas un tratamiento pict\u00f3rico a trav\u00e9s de las fuentes lum\u00ednicas.<\/p>\n

La relaci\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n entre escultura, arquitectura y pintura se hace notoria en la creaci\u00f3n de estos objetos, una lucha persistente en el trabajo de este artista.<\/p>\n

Se plantea la capacidad para desarrollar elementos considerados \u201carte \u00fatil\u201d.<\/p>\n

Le interesa manifestar al artista esa relaci\u00f3n espacial entre el espectador, la escultura, la arquitectura y su entorno, jugando con las escalas.<\/p>\n

La ilusi\u00f3n de la luz moldea el interior o vac\u00edo y define el espacio escult\u00f3rico-arquitect\u00f3nico que se ti\u00f1e de color para participar la pintura de la creaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Concilia varios ingredientes de las disciplinas art\u00edsticas (escultura, arquitectura, pintura) en el mismo contenedor o volumen y su hilo conductor es la luz.<\/p>\n

La colecci\u00f3n la ha llamado Vagalume<\/strong> (Luci\u00e9rnaga), por todo su simbolismo.<\/p>\n

Las luci\u00e9rnagas brillan en la oscuridad y por ello destacan, siendo presa de sus depredadores s\u00f3lo por el hecho de brillar.<\/p>\n

La luci\u00e9rnaga representa el laberinto de los pensamientos en los que una persona busca transformar todas sus ideas en una idea concreta.<\/p>\n

Con el \u201centorno\u201d, la luci\u00e9rnaga representa la palabra \u201cinvestigaci\u00f3n\u201d igual a b\u00fasqueda, hasta hallar el objetivo o motivo.<\/p>\n

The multidisciplinary artist Guillermo Charl\u00edn<\/strong> along his biography, has happened for the painting, architecture, sculpture, the industrial design and the lighting.<\/p>\n

Charl\u00edn, began, his first gaits, 25 years ago, in a study of architecture in Vilagarc\u00eda de Arosa, work that it was combining with the painting. Later there moved to Santiago for cofundar Tokonoma, company of lighting and promotion of industrial designers. His professional path and his passion for the painting and sculpture have led it to studying the processes where all these artistic disciplines interact.<\/p>\n

With this project and after investigating deeply in the lighting, since of integration of the spaces and creative of volumes, the artist, it has united all these disciplines for which it has happened, giving like proved the birth of these objects, architectures with light, architectural sculptures<\/em>. Whose emptinesses or hollows us reveal his particular color that comes from a light source as subtle as a brushstroke.<\/p>\n

Intimist one treats himself about a series of pieces on a large scale, realized in diverse materials, in the majority of they they combine, wood and metal. All of them with incorporation of light across led, to contribute the color (blue, red, hot white), giving him to the sculptures a pictorial treatment across the light sources.<\/p>\n

The relation and connection between sculpture, architecture and painting becomes well-known in the creation of these objects, a persistent fight in the work of this artist.<\/p>\n

There appears the aptitude to develop considered elements \u201cuseful art\u201d.<\/p>\n

He is interested in demonstrating to the artist this spatial relation between the spectator, the sculpture, the architecture and his environment, playing with the scales.<\/p>\n

The illusion of the light molds the interior or emptiness and defines the sculptural – architectural space that dyes of color to inform the painting of the creation.<\/p>\n

It harmonizes several ingredients of the artistic disciplines (sculpture, architecture, painting) in the same container or volume and his conductive thread it is the light.<\/p>\n

Tr\u00e1tase dunha serie de pezas de escala intimista, realizadas en diversos materiais, na maior\u00eda delas comb\u00ednanse, madeiras e metal. Todas elas con incorporaci\u00f3n de luz a trav\u00e9s de led, para achegar a cor (azul, vermello, branco c\u00e1lido), d\u00e1ndolle as esculturas un tratamento pict\u00f3rico a trav\u00e9s das fontes lum\u00ednicas.<\/p>\n
