Hoy nos acercamos hasta Oviedo, para conocer peque\u00f1aESCALA una\u00a0<\/em>iniciativa impulsada por Sof\u00eda L\u00f3pez, aparejadora de profesi\u00f3n, y Manuel L\u00f3pez, arquitecto y docente por vocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cUna profesi\u00f3n tan antigua y determinante en el dise\u00f1o e imagen de nuestras ciudades y nuestra forma de vivir que pasa casi inadvertida por los curr\u00edculos educativos oficiales.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de hoy son los hombres y mujeres del ma\u00f1ana<\/em>, por ello es absolutamente necesario formarlos como ciudadanos cr\u00edticos y educarles, con car\u00e1cter constructivo y sin pretensi\u00f3n de condicionar vocaciones, para que sean conscientes y responsables con su entorno.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed nace peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/a>, un proyecto que pretende acercar a los ni\u00f1os el mundo de la arquitectura y la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00abSo\u00f1ar, planear, explorar, investigar, pensar, imaginar, dibujar, calcular, medir, resolver, representar, trabajar en equipo, hablar en p\u00fablico, expresar ideas y, a veces, demoler para volver a construir\u00bb, <\/em>son s\u00f3lo algunos de las acciones que se desarrollan en los distintos talleres que organizan en peque\u00f1aESCALA.<\/p>\n

peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/strong><\/a> cuenta con un equipo multidisciplinar, formado por colaboradores provenientes de otros campos, como la psicolog\u00eda, la ingenier\u00eda y la construcci\u00f3n, representados por Ra\u00fal L\u00f3pez, Fernando L\u00f3pez y Cristina Imaz respectivamente.<\/p>\n

Os dejamos con la entrevista que nos han concedido para conocer de primera mano su proyecto y sus impresiones sobre temas de actualidad.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido vuestra formaci\u00f3n y trayectoria profesional previa a \u201cpeque\u00f1aESCALA\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Formaci\u00f3n en Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica y una trayectoria profesional de 10 a\u00f1os en Edificaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y de equipos humanos.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Arquitecto por la ETSAC y Master en educaci\u00f3n secundaria. Fundador de NODALMODE SLP. Actualmente colaborando con peque\u00f1a escala y SA31.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00bfQu\u00e9 os llev\u00f3 a abriros camino en la educaci\u00f3n?\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 principalmente con ni\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda<\/strong>: La idea de los talleres infantiles vinculados con el mundo de la Arquitectura y la Construcci\u00f3n surge como muchas ideas en estos tiempos, por una casi forzada evoluci\u00f3n profesional, que lleva a buscar caminos nuevos. Hace tres a\u00f1os me hablaron de Chiquitectos en Madrid, me puse en contacto con ellos y me transmitieron una idea que me entusiasm\u00f3. A partir de aqu\u00ed, quise emprender algo similar en Asturias. Creo que nuestro sector necesita acercarse a la sociedad de una forma nueva, sobre todo a los que ser\u00e1n los ciudadanos del futuro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Siempre estuvo ah\u00ed latente una vocaci\u00f3n de profesor, mis padres son profesores, y siempre estuve en contacto con este mundo. Al final no sabes cu\u00e1ndo dar un giro o un cambio de tercio y surgi\u00f3 esta oportunidad con Sof\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u00bfTen\u00edais alguna experiencia previa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sofia:<\/strong> En mi caso he tenido experiencias de formaci\u00f3n, pero s\u00f3lo con colectivos de adultos y enfocados a la Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales en la Construcci\u00f3n. Sembrar en el p\u00fablico infantil es infinitamente m\u00e1s gratificante.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> He colaborado con colegios ayudando a llevar a cabo peque\u00f1as actividades en el \u00e1rea de infantil.<\/p>\n

\u00bfOs encontrasteis con muchas dificultades?\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron las m\u00e1s problem\u00e1ticas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Lo m\u00e1s problem\u00e1tico es encontrar ayuda econ\u00f3mica para sacar adelante algo como esto. S\u00e9 que es lo de siempre… pero es verdad, con un m\u00ednimo apoyo todo ser\u00eda un poquito m\u00e1s sencillo. Despu\u00e9s a la hora de trabajar, los ni\u00f1os son personas s\u00faper receptivas y es muy gratificante.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Transmitir el valor que nosotros le damos a lo que puede aportar peque\u00f1aESCALA es lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. Hacer comprender que no buscamos reconducir vocaciones, sino valores c\u00edvicos, como el trabajo en equipo o el respeto por el entorno. De los ni\u00f1os que van a f\u00fatbol, s\u00f3lo uno o dos llega a destacar en edad adulta, con las clases de ballet suele pasar lo mismo o con el tenis. Sin embargo invertimos en estas actividades para nuestros hijos, porque sabemos que aportan otros valores.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEst\u00e1is contentos con los objetivos alcanzados?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> A\u00fan estamos en la l\u00ednea de salida y en momento de sembrar. Estamos contentos con la acogida entre compa\u00f1eros y padres y despu\u00e9s de un taller, siempre salimos con buenas sensaciones y animados a seguir.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Como dice Sof\u00eda, estamos aun empezando, las sensaciones son muy buenas y la ilusi\u00f3n est\u00e1 a tope.<\/p>\n

\u00bfConsider\u00e1is que estudiar Arquitectura ha sido un pasaporte fundamental para haber llegado a vuestro trabajo actual?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> No s\u00e9 cu\u00e1l es mi trabajo actual\u2026 estudiar Arquitectura te hace tener muchas y diferentes perspectivas de otros campos, los talleres siempre los enfocamos con un punto de conexi\u00f3n a nuestras carreras. Actualmente se valora poco\u00a0 el trabajo de un aparejador o de un arquitecto. No se conoce la profesi\u00f3n y se juzga injustamente, porque arrastramos una fama de otra \u00e9poca. Con los talleres tratamos de acercar y de dar a conocer aspectos de nuestra profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> En mi caso, como aparejadora, creo que ha sido m\u00e1s determinante coordinar obras de gran volumen, que los estudios en s\u00ed mismos. En ocasiones se parecen mucho a una guarder\u00eda, hay que estar con mil ojos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 expectativas y proyectos de futuro ten\u00e9is para \u201cpeque\u00f1a ESCALA\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Yo me he dado un plazo de dos a\u00f1os para desarrollar del todo la idea. Tenemos siempre en mente\u00a0 algo parecido a una Escuela, con un espacio propio y con una programaci\u00f3n anual. A corto plazo el objetivo es compaginar la experiencia, con ganarse unas lentejas. No hablar\u00eda de expectativas a muy largo plazo.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Dif\u00edcil de pronosticar, queremos disfrutar de la experiencia e intentar llegar cada vez a m\u00e1s gente, tenemos que ir poco a poco pero la intenci\u00f3n es poder desarrollar estos talleres y convertirlos en algo m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCompagin\u00e1is o complement\u00e1is esta actividad con otras labores o en otros campos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Siempre se colabora con compa\u00f1eros y tratas de mantenerte activo en la profesi\u00f3n pero cada vez apetece m\u00e1s volcarse en este tipo de actividades e iniciativas, poco a poco peque\u00f1aESCALA gana terreno.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> En mi caso peque\u00f1aESCALA es un complemento a la actividad profesional, pero cada vez invierto m\u00e1s tiempo en desarrollar el proyecto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfSon rentables este tipo de iniciativas?\u00bfOs sent\u00eds bien remunerados por la labor que realiz\u00e1is?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Rentables econ\u00f3micamente, de momento, no\u2026 pero no buscamos un beneficio econ\u00f3mico, si llega mejor\u2026 es casi un obligaci\u00f3n hacer este tipo de cosas, el mundo de la arquitectura pasa desapercibida en los colegios e institutos, intentamos aportar una pincelada de algo que consideramos fundamental, pensamiento cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Si hubi\u00e9ramos comenzado a realizar estos talleres por un motivo econ\u00f3mico, no estar\u00edamos embarcados en esto. Hay \u00e1mbitos donde la rentabilidad es muy dif\u00edcil de calibrar. La educaci\u00f3n y la cultura tiene esa etiqueta de todo gratis en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u00bfAnimar\u00edas a otros arquitectos a seguir vuestros pasos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasos consider\u00e1is que deber\u00edan dar? \u00bfC\u00f3mo completar sus estudios? \u00bfQu\u00e9 otros consejos les dar\u00edas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Tengo la sensaci\u00f3n de que doy pasos inestables, no me veo para dar consejos, la verdad, pero la frase que m\u00e1s repito cada vez que hablo con compa\u00f1eros es \u00ab\u00e1nimo, hay que seguir\u00bb. Seguir form\u00e1ndose o como sea. Lo que si me gustar\u00eda es que tanto los arquitectos como los arquitectos t\u00e9cnicos pele\u00e1ramos m\u00e1s por cambiar la visi\u00f3n que se tiene de nuestra profesi\u00f3n. Es dif\u00edcil, pero a peor ya no se puede ir.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> El mejor consejo que he recibido desde que termin\u00e9 los estudios hace 13 a\u00f1os ha sido el de un compa\u00f1ero y gran profesional: \u201cHaciendo y Aprendiendo\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00bfCre\u00e9is que los arquitectos en Espa\u00f1a deber\u00edamos seguir abriendo nuevas v\u00edas de trabajo para\u00a0 salir de la casilla m\u00e1s \u00abtradicional\u00bb de proyectar dada la actual situaci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n en nuestro\u00a0 pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Lo que s\u00ed aconsejo, por la forma en que ha cambiado el mercado, es completar la formaci\u00f3n con idiomas, marketing on-line, legislaci\u00f3n internacional. Ya no podemos pensar en proyectos locales o nacionales.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Por supuesto, eso es importante pero en este pa\u00eds nos falla la base, lo que falta es educaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica, la burbuja, el fe\u00edsmo, el uso que le damos a las ciudades, c\u00f3mo las vivimos\u2026 es por falta de educaci\u00f3n. Creo que por ah\u00ed hay v\u00edas en las que trabajar.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 opin\u00e1is de los que se han ido a trabajar al extranjero?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Si las circunstancias personales y familiares lo permiten, irse a determinados pa\u00edses es una muy buena decisi\u00f3n. Nada es f\u00e1cil en estos tiempos, ni quedarse ni irse. Pero pienso que salir de nuestra zona de confort, siempre trae experiencias vitales enriquecedoras.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Es una salida tan v\u00e1lida como la de quedarse y trabajar de otra cosa. Como dice Sof\u00eda, depende mucho de las circunstancias personales, hay que buscar la felicidad y tranquilidad c\u00f3mo y d\u00f3nde sea.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo veis el futuro de la profesi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Debemos reinventarnos, pero sobre todo confiar en la uni\u00f3n, en los Colegios Oficiales y en los colectivos. La colaboraci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s necesaria que nunca.<\/p>\n

Today we approach up to Oviedo, to know a small<\/em> initiative stimulated by Sof\u00eda L\u00f3pez, aparejadora of profession, and Manuel L\u00f3pez, architect and teacher for vocation.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cSuch an ancient and determinant profession in the design and image of our cities and our way of living that it slips by for the educational official curricula.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The children and today girls are the men and women of the tomorrow,<\/em> for it it is absolutely necessary to form them as critical citizens and to educate them, with constructive character and without pretension to determine vocations, in order that they are conscious and responsible with his environment.<\/p>\n

This way it is born peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/a>, a project that tries to bring over to the children the world of the architecture and the construction.<\/p>\n

\u00abTo dream, to glide, to explore, to investigate, to think, to imagine, to draw, to calculate, to measure, to resolve, to represent, to be employed at equipment, to speak publicly, to express ideas and, sometimes, to demolish to return to construct\u00bb,<\/em> they are only some of the actions that develop in the different workshops that they organize in peque\u00f1aESCALA.<\/p>\n

peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/strong><\/a> possesses a multidisciplinary equipment formed by collaborators from other fields, as the psychology, the engineering and the construction, represented by Ra\u00fal Lopez, Fernando Lopez and Cristina Imaz respectively.<\/p>\n

Which has been your formation and professional previous path to \u201cpeque\u00f1a ESCALA\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Formation in Technical Architecture and a path 10-year-old professional in Building in economic management and of human equipments.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Architect for the ETSAC and Master in secondary education. Founder of NODALMODE SLP. Nowadays collaborating with small scale and SA31.<\/p>\n

What did lead you to opening way you in the education? Why principally with children?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda<\/strong>: The idea of the infantile workshops linked with the world of the Architecture and the Construction arises as many ideas in these times, for an almost forced professional evolution, which leads to looking for new ways. Three years ago spoke to me about Chiquitectos in Madrid, I put in touch with them and they transmitted an idea that filled with enthusiasm me. From here, I wanted to undertake something similar in Asturias. I believe that our sector needs to approach the company of a new form, especially to those who will be the citizens of the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Always a vocation of teacher was there latent, my parents are teachers, and always I was in touch with this world. Ultimately you do not know when to give a draft or a change of third and this opportunity arose with Sofia.<\/p>\n

Had you some previous experience?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sofia:<\/strong> In my case I have had experiences of formation, but only with groups of adults and focused on the Prevention of Labor Risks in the Construction. To sow in the infantile public is infinitely more gratifying.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> I have collaborated with colleges helping to carry out small activities in the area of infantile.<\/p>\n

Did you meet many difficulties? Which were the most problematic?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> The most problematic thing is to find economic aid to extract forward something as this. I know that it is it of always ….. but it is true, with a minimal support everything would be a bit simpler. Later at the moment of working, the children are super receptive persons and it is very gratifying.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> The value transmits that we give him to what can reach peque\u00f1aESCALA it is the most difficult thing. To make understand that we do not seek to re-lead vocations, but civic values, as the teamwork or the respect for the environment. Of the children who go to football, only one or two it manages to stand out in adult age, with the ballet classes it is in the habit of spending the same thing or with the tennis. Nevertheless we invest in these activities for our children, because we know that they contribute other values.<\/p>\n

Are you satisfied with the reached aims?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Still we are in the line of exit and in moment to sow. We are satisfied with the reception between companions and parents and after a workshop, always we go out with good sensations and encouraged to continue.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> As he says Sofia, we are beginning even, the sensations are very good and the illusion is to ceiling.<\/p>\n

Do you think that to study Architecture has been a fundamental passport to have come to your current work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Do not be which is my current work \u2026 to study Architecture it makes you have many and different perspectives of other fields, the workshops always we focus them with a point of connection on our careers. Nowadays there is valued little the work of a rigger or of an architect. The profession is not known and is judged unjustly, because we drag a reputation of another epoch. With the workshops we try to bring over and to announce aspects of our profession.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> In my case, as Aparejadora, I believe that it has been more determinant to coordinate Works of great volume, that the studies in yes same. In occasions they look like greatly a day-care center, it is necessary to be with thousand eyes.<\/p>\n

What expectations and projects of future have you for \u00abpeque\u00f1aESCALA\u00bb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> I have given me a term of two years to develop completely the idea. We have always in mind something similar to a School, with an own space and with an annual programming. In the short term the aim is to arrange the experience, in spite of a few lentils be gaining. He would not speak about expectations to very long term.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Difficult to predict, we want to enjoy the experience and to try to come every time to more people, have to go little by little but the intention is to be able to develop these workshops and turn them into something more.<\/p>\n

Do you arrange or complement this activity with other labors or in other fields?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Always one collaborates with companions and you try yourself to be kept assets in the profession but every time it likes to overturn more in this type of activities and initiatives, little by little peque\u00f1aESCALA gains area.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> In my case peque\u00f1aESCALA is a complement to the professional activity, but every time I invest more time in developing the project.<\/p>\n

Are this type of initiatives profitable? Do you feel remunerated well by the labor that you realize?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Profitable economically, at the moment, Not \u2026 but we do not look for an economic benefit, if it comes better \u2026 it is an almost an obligaci\u00f3n to do this type of things, the world of the Architecture happens unnoticed in the colleges and institutes, we try to contribute a brushstroke of something that we consider to be fundamental, a critical thought.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> If we had begun to realize these workshops for an economic motive, we would not be embarked in this. There are areas where the profitability is very difficult to calibrate. The education and the culture has this label of everything free in our country.<\/p>\n

Would you encourage other architects to follow your steps? What steps do you consider that they should give? How to complete his studies? What other advices would you give them?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> I have the sensation that I give unstable steps, do not meet to give advices, the truth, but the phrase that more I repeat whenever I speak with companions is \u00bb spirit, is necessary to continue \u00bb .Seguir being formed or since be. What if I would like it is that both the architects and the technical architects we were fighting more for changing the vision that is had of our profession. It is difficult, but to worse already it is not possible to go.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> The best advice that I have received since I finished the studies 13 years ago has been that of a companion and great professional: \u201cDoing and Learning\u201d.<\/p>\n

Do you believe that the architects in Spain we should continue opening new routes of work to go out of the \u00abmost \u00abtraditional\u00bb cabin of projecting given the current situation of the construction in our country?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> What yes I advise, for the form into which it has changed the market, is to complete the formation with languages, on-line marketing, international legislation. Already we cannot think about local or national projects.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Certainly, it is important but in this country the base trumps us, which is absent is an architectural education, the bubble, the fe\u00edsmo, the use that we give him to the cities, how we live through them etc \u2026 it is for lack of education. I believe that thereabouts there are routes at which to be employed.<\/p>\n

What do you think of those that they have been going to work abroad?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> If the personal and familiar circumstances allow it, to go away to certain countries is a very good decision. Nothing is easy in these times, neither to remain to go. But fodder that to go out of our zone of comfort, always brings vital wealth-producing experiences.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> It is an exit as valid as her of staying and working of another thing. As he says Sofia, much depends on the personal circumstances, it is necessary to look for the happiness and tranquility how and where it is.<\/p>\n

How do you see the future of the profession?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hoxe acheg\u00e1monos ata Oviedo, para co\u00f1ecer unha pequena<\/em> iniciativa impulsada por Sof\u00eda L\u00f3pez, aparelladora de profesi\u00f3n, e Manuel L\u00f3pez, arquitecto e docente por vocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnha profesi\u00f3n tan antiga e determinante no dese\u00f1o e imaxe das nosas cidades e a nosa forma de vivir que pasa case inadvertida polos curr\u00edculos educativos oficiais.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Os nenos e nenas de hoxe son os homes e mulleres do ma\u00f1\u00e1,<\/em> por iso \u00e9 absolutamente necesario formalos como cidad\u00e1ns cr\u00edticos e educalos, con car\u00e1cter construtivo e sen pretensi\u00f3n de condicionar vocaci\u00f3ns, para que sexan conscientes e responsables co seu \u00e1mbito.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed nace peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/a>, un proxecto, que pretende achegar aos nenos o mundo da arquitectura e a construci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00abSo\u00f1ar, planear, explorar, investigar, pensar, imaxinar, debuxar, calcular, medir, resolver, representar, traballar en equipo, falar en p\u00fablico, expresar ideas e, \u00e1s veces, demoler para volver constru\u00edr\u00bb,<\/em> son s\u00f3 alg\u00fans das acci\u00f3ns que se desenvolven nos distintos talleres que organizan en peque\u00f1aESCALA.<\/p>\n

peque\u00f1aESCALA<\/strong><\/a> conta cun equipo multidisciplinar, formado por colaboradores provenientes doutros campos, como a psicolox\u00eda, a enxe\u00f1ar\u00eda e a construci\u00f3n, representados por Ra\u00fal L\u00f3pez, Fernando L\u00f3pez e Cristina Imaz respectivamente.<\/p>\n

Deix\u00e1mosvos coa entrevista que nos concederon para co\u00f1ecer de primeira man o seu proxecto e as s\u00faas impresi\u00f3ns sobre temas de actualidade.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCal foi a vosa formaci\u00f3n e traxectoria profesional previa a \u201cpeque\u00f1a ESCALA\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Formaci\u00f3n en Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica e unha traxectoria profesional de 10 anos en Edificaci\u00f3n en xesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica e de equipos humanos.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Arquitecto pola ETSAC e M\u00e1ster en educaci\u00f3n secundaria. Fundador de NODALMODE SLP. Actualmente colaborando con pequena escala e SA31.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQue vos levou a abrirvos cami\u00f1o na educaci\u00f3n? \u00bfPor que principalmente con nenos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda<\/strong>: A idea dos talleres infant\u00eds vinculados co mundo da Arquitectura e a Construci\u00f3n xorde como moitas ideas nestes tempos, por unha case forzada evoluci\u00f3n profesional, que leva a buscar cami\u00f1os novos. Hai tres anos fal\u00e1ronme de Chiquitectos en Madrid, p\u00faxenme en contacto con eles e transmit\u00edronme unha idea que me entusiasmou. A partir de aqu\u00ed, quixen emprender algo similar en Asturias. Creo que o noso sector necesita achegarse \u00e1 sociedade dunha forma nova, sobre todo aos que ser\u00e1n os cidad\u00e1ns do futuro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Sempre estivo a\u00ed latente unha vocaci\u00f3n de profesor, os meus pais son profesores, e sempre estiven en contacto con este mundo. Ao final non sabes cando dar un xiro ou un cambio de terzo e xurdiu esta oportunidade con Sof\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u00bfTi\u00f1ades algunha experiencia previa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sofia:<\/strong> No meu caso tiven experiencias de formaci\u00f3n, pero s\u00f3 con colectivos de adultos e enfocados \u00e1 Prevenci\u00f3n de Riscos Laborais na Construci\u00f3n. Sementar no p\u00fablico infantil \u00e9 infinitamente m\u00e1is gratificante.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Colaborei con colexios axudando a levar a cabo pequenas actividades na \u00e1rea de infantil.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEncontr\u00e1stesvos con moitas dificultades?\u00bfCales foron as m\u00e1is problem\u00e1ticas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> O m\u00e1is problem\u00e1tico \u00e9 encontrar axuda econ\u00f3mica para sacar adiante algo como isto. S\u00e9 que \u00e9 o de siempre…..pero \u00e9 verdade, cun m\u00ednimo apoio todo ser\u00eda un pouqui\u00f1o m\u00e1is sinxelo. Despois \u00e1 hora de traballar, os nenos son persoas super receptivas e \u00e9 moi gratificante.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Transmitir o valor que n\u00f3s lle damos ao que pode achegar peque\u00f1aESCALA \u00e9 o m\u00e1is dif\u00edcil. Facer comprender que non buscamos reconducir vocaci\u00f3ns, sen\u00f3n valores c\u00edvicos, como o traballo en equipo ou o respecto polo \u00e1mbito. Dos nenos que van a f\u00fatbol, s\u00f3 un ou dous chega a destacar en idade adulta, coas clases de ballet adoita pasar o mesmo ou co tenis. Non obstante investimos nestas actividades para os nosos fillos, porque sabemos que achegan outros valores.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEstades contentos cos obxectivos alcanzados?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> A\u00ednda estamos na li\u00f1a de sa\u00edda e en momento de sementar. Estamos contentos coa acollida entre compa\u00f1eiros e pais e despois dun taller, sempre sa\u00edmos con boas sensaci\u00f3ns e animados a seguir.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Como di Sof\u00eda, estamos a\u00ednda a empezar, as sensaci\u00f3ns son moi boas e a ilusi\u00f3n est\u00e1 a tope.<\/p>\n

\u00bfConsiderades que estudar Arquitectura foi un pasaporte fundamental para chegar ao voso traballo actual?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Non sei cal \u00e9 o meu traballo actual…estudiar Arquitectura faite ter moitas e diferentes perspectivas doutros campos, os talleres sempre os enfocamos cun punto de conexi\u00f3n \u00e1s nosas carreiras. Actualmente val\u00f3rase pouco o traballo dun aparellador ou dun arquitecto. Non se co\u00f1ece a profesi\u00f3n e x\u00falgase inxustamente, porque arrastramos unha fama doutra \u00e9poca. Cos talleres tratamos de achegar e de dar a co\u00f1ecer aspectos da nosa profesi\u00f3n<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> No meu caso, como Aparejadora, creo que foi m\u00e1is determinante coordinar Obras de gran volume, que os estudos en si mesmos. En ocasi\u00f3ns par\u00e9cense moito a unha gardar\u00eda, hai que estar con mil ollos.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQue expectativas e proxectos de futuro tedes para \u201cpeque\u00f1a ESCALA\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Eu deime un prazo de dous anos para desenvolver de todo a idea. Temos sempre en mente algo parecido a unha Escola, cun espazo propio e cunha programaci\u00f3n anual. A curto prazo o obxectivo \u00e9 compaxinar a experiencia, con ga\u00f1ar unhas lentellas. Non falar\u00eda de expectativas a moi longo prazo.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Dif\u00edcil de prognosticar, queremos gozar da experiencia e intentar chegar cada vez a m\u00e1is xente, temos que ir pouco a pouco pero a intenci\u00f3n \u00e9 poder desenvolver estes talleres e convertelos en algo m\u00e1is.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCompagin\u00e1is o complement\u00e1is esta actividad con otras labores o en otros campos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Sempre se colabora con compa\u00f1eiros e tratas de manterche activo na profesi\u00f3n pero cada vez apetece m\u00e1is envorcarse neste tipo de actividades e iniciativas, pouco a pouco peque\u00f1aESCALA ga\u00f1a terreo.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> No meu caso peque\u00f1aESCALA \u00e9 un complemento \u00e1 actividade profesional, pero cada vez invisto m\u00e1is tempo en desenvolver o proxecto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfSon rendibles este tipo de iniciativas?\u00bfSentidesvos ben remunerados pola labor que realizades?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Rendibles economicamente, de momento, No… pero non buscamos un beneficio econ\u00f3mico, se chega mellor… \u00e9 case un obriga facer este tipo de cousas, o mundo da Arquitectura pasa desapercibida nos colexios e institutos, intentamos achegar unha pincelada de algo que consideramos fundamental, pensamento cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Se tiv\u00e9semos comezado a realizar estes talleres por un motivo econ\u00f3mico, non estariamos embarcados nisto. Hai \u00e1mbitos onde a rendibilidade \u00e9 moi dif\u00edcil de calibrar. A educaci\u00f3n e a cultura ten esa etiqueta de todo gratis no noso pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u00bfAnimar\u00edas outros arquitectos a seguir os vosos pasos? \u00bfQue pasos considerades que deber\u00edan dar? \u00bfComo completar os seus estudos? \u00bfQue outros consellos lles dar\u00edas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Te\u00f1o a sensaci\u00f3n de que dou pasos inestables, non me vexo para dar consellos, a verdade, pero a frase que m\u00e1is repito cada vez que falo con compa\u00f1eiros \u00e9 \u00ab\u00e1nimo, hai que seguir\u00bb. Seguir form\u00e1ndose ou como sexa. O que se me gustar\u00eda \u00e9 que tanto os arquitectos coma os arquitectos t\u00e9cnicos pelex\u00e1semos m\u00e1is por cambiar a visi\u00f3n que se ten da nosa profesi\u00f3n. \u00c9 dif\u00edcil, pero a peor xa non se pode ir.<\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong>\u00a0O mellor consello que recib\u00edn dende que rematei os estudos hai 13 anos foi o dun compa\u00f1eiro e gran profesional : \u201cFaciendo e Aprendendo\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00bfCredes que os arquitectos en Espa\u00f1a deberiamos seguir abrindo novas v\u00edas de traballo para sa\u00edr da casa m\u00e1is \u00abtradicional\u00bb de proxectar dada a actual situaci\u00f3n da construci\u00f3n no noso pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> O que si aconsello, pola forma en que cambiou o mercado, \u00e9 completar a formaci\u00f3n con idiomas, mercadotecnia on-line, lexislaci\u00f3n internacional. Xa non podemos pensar en proxectos locais ou nacionais.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> Por suposto, iso \u00e9 importante pero neste pa\u00eds f\u00e1llanos a base, o que falta \u00e9 educaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica, a burbulla, o fe\u00edsmo, o uso que lle damos \u00e1s cidades, como as vivimos etc… \u00e9 por falta de educaci\u00f3n. Creo que por a\u00ed hai v\u00edas nas que traballar.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQue opinades dos que se foron a traballar ao estranxeiro?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Se as circunstancias persoais e familiares o permiten, irse a determinados pa\u00edses \u00e9 unha moi boa decisi\u00f3n. Nada \u00e9 doado nestes tempos, nin quedar nin se ir. Pero penso que sa\u00edr da nosa zona de confort, sempre trae experiencias vitais enriquecedoras.<\/p>\n

Manuel:<\/strong> \u00c9 unha sa\u00edda tan v\u00e1lida como a de quedarse e traballar doutra cousa. Como di Sof\u00eda, depende moito das circunstancias persoais, hai que buscar a felicidade e tranquilidade como e onde sexa.<\/p>\n

\u00bfComo vedes o futuro da profesi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda:<\/strong> Debemos reinventarnos, pero sobre todo confiar na uni\u00f3n, nos Colexios Oficiais e nos colectivos. A colaboraci\u00f3n \u00e9 m\u00e1is necesaria que nunca.<\/p>\n
