La percepci\u00f3n del territorio rural de Galicia como un espacio social, construido, se hace patente para cualquiera que lo haya mirado con algo de atenci\u00f3n alguna vez. Esa construcci\u00f3n de lo natural, que se hace mod\u00e9lica en la materialidad de la arquitectura tradicional, en la unidad entre la casa y las labores agr\u00edcolas o en la concepci\u00f3n de los espacios de comunidad, los campos de fiesta o las carballeiras, no ha hecho sino sufrir una expansi\u00f3n tan brutal como descontrolada en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Esa transformaci\u00f3n de gran parte del territorio en una especie de ciudad jard\u00edn dispersa, continua y a gran escala corre paralela al abandono paulatino de la l\u00f3gica tradicional casa-agro-aldea sobre la que se estructuraba la forma de vida en la sociedad rural.<\/p>\n

A esa nueva ocupaci\u00f3n del territorio, reconocida tantas veces en el llamado \u201cfeismo\u201d, responde el planeamiento general con normas que la intentan restringir, muchas veces de forma acr\u00edtica, con una preocupaci\u00f3n excesiva por el mantenimiento de las formas, apariencias y materiales mal llamados tradicionales y con una insistente regulaci\u00f3n del qu\u00e9 (se puede hacer) que no deja lugar a pensar sobre el c\u00f3mo (hacerlo).<\/p>\n

Para pensar sobre la globalidad de ese territorio social, y sobre aspectos parciales del mismo que de los que ha de ocuparse la arquitectura como la escala, la actividad, el planeamiento, el paisaje, el espacio p\u00fablico, la movilidad, la energ\u00eda, la casa, etc. surge este encuentro de \u201carquitectura y territorio rural\u201d <\/strong>. Lo hace adem\u00e1s desde dentro de ese territorio, en la aldea de Callobre, en A Estrada, para conformarse como un lugar desde que emplazar a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o, durante el verano, en una idea tambi\u00e9n de fiesta y comunidad, a la reflexi\u00f3n, a la interpretaci\u00f3n de todo ese mundo, abierto a quien tenga algo que decir y a quien tenga tiempo tambi\u00e9n para escuchar y ver lo que otros, dentro y fuera de Galicia, dentro y fuera de la arquitectura, puedan contarnos.<\/p>\n

Para pensar sobre a globalidad dese territorio social, e sobre aspectos parciais do mesmo que dos que ha de ocuparse a arquitectura como a escala, a actividade, a achaiadura, a paisaxe, o espazo p\u00fablico, a movilidad, a enerx\u00eda, a casa, etc. xorde este encontro de \u201carquitectura e territorio rural\u201d . Faio ademais desde dentro dese territorio, na aldea de Callobre, na Estrada, para conformarse como un lugar desde que emplazar ano a ano, durante o ver\u00e1n, nunha idea tam\u00e9n de festa e comunidade, \u00e1 reflexi\u00f3n, \u00e1 interpretaci\u00f3n de todo ese mundo, aberto a quen te\u00f1a algo que dicir e a quen te\u00f1a tempo tam\u00e9n para escoitar e ver o que outros, dentro e f\u00f3ra de Galicia, dentro e f\u00f3ra da arquitectura, poidan contarnos.<\/p>\n

The perception of the rural territory of Galicia as a social, constructed space, becomes clear for anyone that has looked at it with something of attention at some time. This construction of the natural thing, which is done mod\u00e9lica in the materiality of the traditional architecture, in the unit between the house and the agricultural labors or in the conception of the spaces of community, the fields of holiday or the carballeiras, has not made but suffer an expansion so brutal as over-excited in the second half of the XXth century. This transformation of great part of the territory in a species of city garden disperses, continues and to great scale it runs parallel to the gradual abandon of the traditional logic marries – agro-aldea on that the form of life was constructed in the rural society.<\/p>\n

To this new occupation of the territory, recognized so often in the so called \u00abfeismo\u00bb, it answers the general planning with procedure that try to restrict it, often of form acr\u00edtica, with an excessive worry for the maintenance of the forms, appearances and materials badly so called traditional and with an insistent regulation of what (it is possible to do) that does not leave place to thinking about how (to do it).<\/p>\n

To think about the globalidad of this social territory, and on partial aspects of the same one that with that the architecture has to deal as the scale, the activity, the planning, the landscape, the public space, the mobility, the energy, the house, etc. This meeting arises of \u00bb architecture and rural territory \u00ab. It does it besides from inside this territory, in Callobre’s village, in To Highway, to conform as a place since to locate year a year, during the summer, in an idea also of holiday and community, to the reflection, to the interpretation of all this world, opened the one who has something that to say and whom it has time also to listen and to see what others, inside and out of Galicia, inside and out of the architecture, they could tell us.<\/p>\n
