Como la rosa del poema de la Stein, una casa no puede -no debe- evitar ser parte de lo que en origen todas las casas son: refugios; las cosas son lo que son -las casas son lo que son-, y una casa nace siempre, en su fuero interno, en su nuez, como refugio, como cobijo. La Roiba es as\u00ed, y en eso es pura y original.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El panorama de la llamada vivienda unifamiliar, t\u00e9rmino que detesto amable y educadamente -y otro d\u00eda dir\u00e9 el porqu\u00e9-, ha estado y estar\u00e1 plagado de cuasi infinitos ejemplos en los que consideraciones de car\u00e1cter secundario y espurias, priman sobre las b\u00e1sicas o trascendentes; as\u00ed, imagen, representatividad, ostentaci\u00f3n, vulgaridad, nader\u00edas insulsas o el muy gallego fe\u00edsmo -palabro interesante donde los haya-, y los ep\u00edtetos aplicables pueden ser innumerables y variados -las hay hasta <em>bonitas<\/em>-, inundan el panorama de nuestros suburbios y alrededores, haciendo que estas construcciones pierdan una parte importante de su esencia inicial, de su veracidad y de su inter\u00e9s. Bien cierto es que no todas las casas pueden ser iconos de la modernidad ni propuestas rompedoras, ni todas lo pretenden, pero parece que de un tiempo a esta parte muchas lo anhelan, y claro, se pierden en el intento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Roiba, en cambio, tiene todo eso muy claro y muy bien aprendido. Es una obra madura, <a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/tag\/ramon-vazquez-molezun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Molez\u00fan<\/a> contaba ya con 45 a\u00f1os cuando la proyecta y construye y una carrera ya sobradamente reconocida, nacional e internacional; por eso tiene muy claro su direcci\u00f3n, tiene claro el norte, el sur, el este y el oeste y los vientos que recibe y de los que cobijarse y tiene muy claro lo que una casa debe ser. La ubicaci\u00f3n, la disposici\u00f3n, las necesidades y la respuesta a todo ello encaja en su justa medida. La Roiba no da una respuesta fr\u00eda y racional a los condicionantes, es emotiva, directa y amable, acoge y recoge. La Roiba es la reducci\u00f3n a la pura esencia del hecho de habitar, m\u00ednimo y protector. Por ello crece de dentro hacia fuera, eman\u00e1ndose como la concha de las caracolas, protectora y acogedora, en la que se puede estar dentro pero en la que tambi\u00e9n se puede estar fuera, al exterior, al tiempo que unido a su interior. Y \u00e9ste es escueto, econ\u00f3mico de espacio, pero su exterior es extenso, abierto e infinito. Molez\u00fan lo era.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ram\u00f3n Molez\u00fan hizo gala de su desbordante capacidad creativa en toda su carrera. No era, y sigue hoy sin serlo, f\u00e1cilmente encasillable ni clasificable. Su obra era \u00e9l mismo y con \u00e9l se fue el genio, pero nos deja su construcci\u00f3n. La Roiba <strong>ES<\/strong> Ram\u00f3n Molez\u00fan y no es f\u00e1cil visitarla, verla, admirarla, recorrerla o usarla sin tenerlo a \u00e9l presente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Roiba es perfecta, responde bien a todo, desde el planteamiento, a la ubicaci\u00f3n y a su uso, y si me apur\u00e1is, tambi\u00e9n a su construcci\u00f3n, a pesar de lo que ahora aqu\u00ed nos trae. Es un ejemplo de arquitectura en letra min\u00fascula que se convierte, seguramente sin desearlo, en may\u00fascula. En may\u00fascula por sus m\u00e9ritos propios y tambi\u00e9n, in\u00fatil es negarlo, por el gran dem\u00e9rito con lo que pueda compararse. No es necesario leer mucho su planta para darse cuenta de que la casa se habita bien, casi sola; se deja, permite, ser habitada con la misma humildad y seguridad con la que ha sido pensada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Roiba vive en relaci\u00f3n directa e inseparable con su entorno, como debe ser, por eso la entiendo como a un ser sensible, consciente de si mismo, que se ofrece abierta a la vida de quienes la habitan. Por eso es lo que es, porque vive -se vive- a la vez con sus propietarios, con sus visitantes y con quien la observa y la entiende. Porque entender, como comprender, es un acto que requiere absorci\u00f3n y destilaci\u00f3n, y de ambas surge la esencia, la esencia de eso que casi no existe, de eso que llamamos Arquitectura. La Roiba es algo m\u00e1s que una construcci\u00f3n: es memoria construida de arquitectura y vida, que en el fondo son casi, casi, lo mismo. Certain good is that not all the houses can be neither icons of the modernity nor offers rompedoras, they all do not even claim it, but it seems that of a time to this part many people long it, and clearly, they get lost in the attempt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Roiba, on the other hand, has all that very clear and very well learned. It is a mature work, Molez\u00fan was counting already with 45 years when it projects and constructs it and an already too recognized, national and international career; because of it it has his direction very clear, has clear the north, the south, this and the west and the winds that it receives and of which to hide and has very clear what a house must be. The Roiba does not give a cold and rational response to the determining ones, is emotive, direct and nice, receives and gathers. It is not necessary to read very much his plant to realize that the house is lived well, almost alone; it is left, allows, to be lived by the same humility and safety by the one that has been thought.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Roiba lives in direct and inseparable relation with his environment, since it must be, because of it I her understand like to a sensitive, conscious being of if same, that it offers opened the life those who live it. A Roiba \u00e9 as\u00ed, e niso \u00e9 pura e orixinal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O panorama da chamada vivenda unifamiliar, termo que detesto amable e educadamente -e outro d\u00eda direi o porqu\u00e9-, estivo e estar\u00e1 enchido de cuasi infinitos exemplos nos que consideraci\u00f3ns de car\u00e1cter secundario e espurias, priman sobre as b\u00e1sicas ou transcendentes; as\u00ed, imaxe, representatividade, ostentaci\u00f3n, vulgaridade, lilainas insulsas ou o moi galego fe\u00edsmo -palabro interesante onde os haxa-, e os ep\u00edtetos aplicables poden ser innumerables e variados -hai as ata <em>bonitas<\/em>-, inundan o panorama dos nosos suburbios e arredores, facendo que estas construci\u00f3ns perdan unha parte importante da s\u00faa esencia inicial, da s\u00faa veracidade e do seu interese. Ben certo \u00e9 que non todas as casas poden ser iconas da modernidade nin propostas rompedoras, nin todas o pretenden, pero parece que dun tempo a esta parte moitas o anhelan, e claro, p\u00e9rdense no intento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Roiba, en cambio, ten todo iso moi claro e moi ben aprendido. \u00c9 unha obra madura, Molez\u00fan contaba xa con 45 anos cando a proxecta e constr\u00fae e unha carreira xa sobradamente reco\u00f1ecida, nacional e internacional; por iso ten moi claro a s\u00faa direcci\u00f3n, ten claro o norte, o sur, o leste e o oeste e os ventos que recibe e dos que abeirarse e ten moi claro o que unha casa debe ser. A situaci\u00f3n, a disposici\u00f3n, as necesidades e a resposta a todo iso encaixa na s\u00faa xusta medida. A Roiba non d\u00e1 unha resposta fr\u00eda e racional aos condicionantes, \u00e9 emotiva, directa e amable, acolle e recolle. A Roiba \u00e9 a reduci\u00f3n \u00e1 pura esencia do feito de habitar, m\u00ednimo e protector. Por iso crece de dentro cara a fose, eman\u00e1ndose como a cuncha das bucinas, protectora e acolledora, na que se pode estar dentro pero na que tam\u00e9n se pode estar f\u00f3ra, ao exterior, ao tempo que unido ao seu interior. E este \u00e9 conciso, econ\u00f3mico de espazo, pero o seu exterior \u00e9 extenso, aberto e infinito. Molez\u00fan \u00e9rao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ram\u00f3n Molez\u00fan fixo gala da s\u00faa desbordante capacidade creativa en toda a s\u00faa carreira. Non era, e segue hoxe sen selo, doadamente encasillable nin clasificable. A s\u00faa obra era el mesmo e con el foise o xenio, pero d\u00e9ixanos a s\u00faa construci\u00f3n. A Roiba <strong>\u00c9<\/strong> Ram\u00f3n Molez\u00fan e non \u00e9 doado visitala, vela, admirala, percorrela ou usala sen telo a el presente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Roiba \u00e9 perfecta, responde ben a todo, dende a formulaci\u00f3n, \u00e1 situaci\u00f3n e ao seu uso, e se me apurades, tam\u00e9n \u00e1 s\u00faa construci\u00f3n, a pesar do que agora aqu\u00ed nos trae. \u00c9 un exemplo de arquitectura en letra min\u00fascula que se converte, seguramente sen desexalo, en mai\u00fascula. En mai\u00fascula polos seus m\u00e9ritos propios e tam\u00e9n, in\u00fatil \u00e9 negalo, polo gran dem\u00e9rito co que poida compararse. Non \u00e9 necesario ler moito a s\u00faa planta para decatarse de que a casa se habita ben, case soa; d\u00e9ixase, permite, ser habitada coa mesma humildade e seguridade coa que foi pensada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Roiba vive en relaci\u00f3n directa e inseparable co seu \u00e1mbito, como debe ser, por iso ent\u00e9ndoa como a un ser sensible, consciente de se mesmo, que se ofrece aberta \u00e1 vida dos que a habitan. Por iso \u00e9 o que \u00e9, porque vive -v\u00edvese- \u00e1 vez cos seus propietarios, cos seus visitantes e con quen a observa e a entende. Porque entender, como comprender, \u00e9 un acto que require absorci\u00f3n e destilaci\u00f3n, e de ambas as d\u00faas xorde a esencia, a esencia diso que case non existe, diso que chamamos Arquitectura.
