ampliaci\u00f3n\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a la familia de Ram\u00f3n V\u00e1zquez Molez\u00fan podemos leer la memoria redactada por el propio arquitecto:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abAprovechando unas construcciones de la antigua f\u00e1brica de salaz\u00f3n de la \u201cRoiba\u201d se proyecta hacer un refugio de verano con almac\u00e9n para embarcaciones y \u00fatiles de pesca.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La construcci\u00f3n, de unos 100 metros cuadrados de planta, tiene como programa el siguiente: un cuarto de estar con terraza, un dormitorio de padres, dos dormitorios para hijos e hijas, una cocina comedor, un cuarto dormitorio posiblemente para servicio, unos aseos generales, un aseo de servicio, un gran almac\u00e9n accesible desde el interior y exterior, fosa s\u00e9ptica, aljibe para almacenamiento de agua de lluvia, unos dep\u00f3sitos elevados para servicio, espacios para aparcamiento y patio de servicio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Los dormitorios, dado el destino de la construcci\u00f3n, tienen una superficie m\u00ednima para darle un car\u00e1cter marinero, que se ha de cuidar en todo momento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La estructura as\u00ed como los forjados y muros, ser\u00e1 de hormig\u00f3n armado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Se conserva todo lo posible los muros de mamposter\u00eda existente, diferenciando as\u00ed la antigua construcci\u00f3n de la actual.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La cubierta es plana para poder recoger f\u00e1cilmente las agua de lluvia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Las ventanas ser\u00e1n de madera vista, con lunas correderas tipo Pearson.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Existen chimeneas hogar en el estar y dormitorio principal, existiendo posibilidad de situar otras en el almac\u00e9n inferior, y en la terraza exterior.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Toda la construcci\u00f3n es muy cerrada al norte, abierta discretamente al este y oeste, y muy abierta al sur, donde si sit\u00faa la terraza.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Los aseos y, por lo tanto, toda la distribuci\u00f3n de aguas, est\u00e1 reunida en un solo bloque, debajo del cual est\u00e1 la fosa s\u00e9ptica y encima del mismo si sit\u00faan los dep\u00f3sitos elevados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Toda la construcci\u00f3n se eleva sobre el nivel del camino solamente unos dos metros, exceptuando el torre\u00f3n que forman los dep\u00f3sitos de agua.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>El pavimento interior ser\u00e1 de lin\u00f3leum y la construcci\u00f3n de primera calidad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Las obras se ejecutar\u00e1n bajo mi direcci\u00f3n facultativa.\u00bb \u201cRoiba\u201d prox\u00e9ctase facer un refuxio de ver\u00e1n con almac\u00e9n para embarcaci\u00f3ns e \u00fatiles de pesca.<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>A construci\u00f3n, duns 100 metros cadrados de planta, ten como programa o seguinte: un cuarto de estar con terraza, un dormitorio de pais, dous dormitorios para fillos e fillas, unha coci\u00f1a comedor, un cuarto dormitorio posiblemente para servizo, uns aseos xerais, un aseo de servizo, un grande almac\u00e9n accesible dende o interior e exterior, foxa s\u00e9ptica, alxibe para almacenamento de auga de chuvia, uns dep\u00f3sitos elevados para servizo, espazos para aparcadoiro e patio de servizo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Os dormitorios, dado o destino da construci\u00f3n, te\u00f1en unha superficie m\u00ednima para darlle un car\u00e1cter mari\u00f1eiro, que se ha de coidar en todo momento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>A estrutura as\u00ed como os forxados e muros, ser\u00e1 de formig\u00f3n armado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Cons\u00e9rvase todo o posible os muros de cachotar\u00eda existente, diferenciando as\u00ed a antiga construci\u00f3n da actual.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>A cuberta \u00e9 plana para poder recoller doadamente as auga de chuvia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>As vent\u00e1s ser\u00e1n de madeira vista, con l\u00faas corredizas tipo Pearson.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Existen chemineas fogar no estar e dormitorio principal, existindo posibilidade de situar outras no almac\u00e9n inferior, e na terraza exterior.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Toda a construci\u00f3n \u00e9 moi pechada ao norte, aberta discretamente ao leste e oeste, e moi aberta ao sur, onde se sit\u00faa a terraza.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Os aseos e polo tanto, toda a distribuci\u00f3n de augas, est\u00e1 reunida nun s\u00f3 bloque, debaixo do cal est\u00e1 a foxa s\u00e9ptica e enriba deste se sit\u00faan os dep\u00f3sitos elevados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p
