De las muchas torpezas que los arquitectos promovemos con frecuencia, el hecho de dibujar la naturaleza constituye, quiz\u00e1, la m\u00e1s hermosa. En nuestros planos aparecen representados de alguna manera \u00e1rboles y plantas, r\u00edos y mares, oc\u00e9anos desprovistos del azul celeste de los mapas. Pero \u00bfacaso es posible condensar las mareas o los paisajes en un pedazo de papel? \u201cLas bellezas desaparecer\u00e1n en mi pluma como asesinatos reiterados<\/em>\u201d, escribe el propio Le Corbusier consciente de las limitaciones del dibujo cuando se trata de abordar la Naturaleza1<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, y parad\u00f3jicamente al mismo tiempo, la naturaleza forma parte indisoluble de cualquier documento gr\u00e1fico relacionado con la arquitectura. La se\u00f1al necesaria del norte giratorio<\/em>, el gran Norte de la planta, nos hermana con el sol y las estrellas; los niveles saltarines<\/em> de la secci\u00f3n, reivindican arrogantes su lugar sobre la cota cero del nivel del mar (siempre el Mar); el terreno seccionado muestra el espesor de la Tierra bajo el vapor de agua contenido en el aire que respiramos. La naturaleza contempla la arquitectura incluso cuando nosotros no la contemplamos.<\/p>\n

Dibujar la naturaleza supone el primer y m\u00e1s importante acto de reconocimiento:<\/p>\n

\n

\u201ctodo lo que se mueve o se balancea, todo lo que tiembla o se estremece, ha reconocido ante s\u00ed a un ser semejante. [\u2026] Haz que se muevan (los \u00e1rboles dibujados) como nosotros nos movemos\u201d 2<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La pr\u00e1ctica consistir\u00eda entonces no en dibujar el cuerpo s\u00f3lido<\/em> de la naturaleza, sino su vocaci\u00f3n oscilante, su agitaci\u00f3n como ser vivo y, por lo tanto, vacilante; como la representaci\u00f3n del agua en Fallingwater3<\/sup><\/sup>. Si se observa con la suficiente calma, se puede observar el movimiento de la corriente del r\u00edo bajo la casa, adivinar (como hacen los pescadores) la velocidad y profundidad del cauce antes y despu\u00e9s de la cascada. El agua derramada fluye hacia los extremos, se extiende, se arremolina y vuelve al centro, se detiene y avanza de nuevo hacia las rocas de la orilla liberando remansos y recovecos. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 est\u00e1 el mar, no importa la distancia ni las fuerzas que se interpongan. No hace falta dibujarlo.<\/p>\n

Of many infamies that the architects we promote often, the fact of drawing the nature constitutes, probably, the most beautiful. In our planes there turn out to be represented somehow trees and plants, rivers and seas, oceans devoid of the sky blue one of the maps. But perhaps is it possible to condense the tides or the landscapes in a piece of paper? \u201cThe beauties will disappear in my pen as repeated murders<\/em>\u201d, there writes the own Le Corbusier conscious of the limitations of the drawing when he tries to approach the Nature1<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, and paradoxically at the same time, the nature forms a part indissolubly of any graphical document related to the architecture. The necessary sign of the gyratory<\/em> north, the great North of the plant, relates us with the Sun and the stars; the levels dancers<\/em> of the section, claim arrogant his place on the level zero of the level of the sea (always the Sea); the cut area shows the thickness of the Earth under the water steam contained in the air that we breathe. The nature contemplates the architecture even when we do not contemplate it.<\/p>\n

Drawing the nature supposes the first one and more important act of recognition:<\/p>\n

The wasteful water flows towards the ends, spreads, whirls and returns to the center, stops and advances again towards the rocks of the shore liberating backwaters and turns. Nos nosos planos aparecen representados dalg\u00fan xeito \u00e1rbores e plantas, r\u00edos e mares, oc\u00e9anos desprovistos do azul celeste dos mapas. Pero acaso \u00e9 posible condensar as mareas ou as paisaxes nun anaco de papel? \u201cAs belezas desaparecer\u00e1n na mi\u00f1a pluma como asasinatos reiterados<\/em>\u201d, escribe o propio Le Corbusier consciente das limitaci\u00f3ns do debuxo cando se trata de abordar a Naturaleza1<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Non obstante, e paradoxalmente ao mesmo tempo, a natureza forma parte indisoluble de calquera documento gr\u00e1fico relacionado coa arquitectura. O sinal necesario do norte xiratorio<\/em>, o gran Norte da planta, irm\u00e1ndanos co sol e as estrelas; os niveis saltarins<\/em> da secci\u00f3n, reivindican arrogantes o seu lugar sobre a cota cero do nivel do mar (sempre o Mar); o terreo seccionado mostra o espesor da Terra baixo o vapor de auga contido no aire que respiramos. A natureza considera a arquitectura mesmo cando n\u00f3s non a contemplamos.<\/p>\n

Debuxar a natureza sup\u00f3n o primeiro e m\u00e1is importante acto de reco\u00f1ecemento:<\/p>\n

\u201ctodo o que se move ou se balancea, todo o que treme ou se estremece, reco\u00f1eceu ante si un ser semellante. […] Feixe que se movan (as \u00e1rbores debuxadas) como n\u00f3s nos movemos\u201d 2<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A pr\u00e1ctica consistir\u00eda ent\u00f3n non en debuxar o corpo s\u00f3lido da natureza, sen\u00f3n a s\u00faa vocaci\u00f3n oscilante, a s\u00faa axitaci\u00f3n como ser vivo e, polo tanto, vacilante; como a representaci\u00f3n da auga en\u00a0Fallingwater3<\/sup><\/sup>. Se se observa coa suficiente calma, p\u00f3dese observar o movemento da corrente do r\u00edo baixo a casa, adivi\u00f1ar (como fan os pescadores) a velocidade e profundidade da canle antes e despois da fervenza. A auga derramada fl\u00fae cara aos extremos, est\u00e9ndese, arremu\u00ed\u00f1ase e volve ao centro, detense e avanza de novo cara \u00e1s rochas da beira liberando remansos e revoltas. M\u00e1is al\u00e1 est\u00e1 o mar, non importa a distancia nin as forzas que se interpo\u00f1an. Non fai falta debuxalo.<\/p>\n
