Los arquitectos hemos presumido de conocer, incluso mejor que los propios usuarios, aquello que ellos precisamente necesitan, haciendo de la \u201creinterpretaci\u00f3n\u201d del programa una de nuestras m\u00e1s valiosas aportaciones al encargo. Sin embargo, el tiempo nos suele arrebatar la raz\u00f3n y el uso que habitualmente vinculamos a un espacio a menudo es superado de alguna manera por <em>las mareas de la vida<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfNo se desplegar\u00e1n sobre cada proyecto m\u00faltiples configuraciones de uso generadas ante la diversidad y las necesidades cambiantes de los propios usuarios? \u00bfSe podr\u00eda entonces proyectar lo impredecible?<\/strong> Veamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin duda, una de las cualidades fenomenol\u00f3gicas del entorno actual es su car\u00e1cter impredecible. Hace pocos d\u00edas una ola de fr\u00edo polar sin precedentes paralizaba Estados Unidos hasta el punto de que algunos presos, felizmente fugados, regresaban voluntariamente a sus celdas de castigo: la naturaleza a\u00fan guarda secretos que la libertad desconoce. Cualquier an\u00e1lisis que realicemos sobre el mundo actual acabar\u00e1 arrojando una densa niebla sobre el futuro, y tal vez \u00e9sta sea una constante presente en cada momento de la historia del ser humano:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab<em>Mientras la historia fluye, no es historia para nosotros. Nos lleva hacia un pa\u00eds desconocido, y rara vez podemos lograr un destello de lo que tenemos delante\u00bb.<\/em><sup><sup>1<\/sup><\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una mirada hacia el pasado nos ense\u00f1a que la historia se construye como una secuencia ininterrumpida de sorpresas, una monta\u00f1a rusa que nos lleva de la admiraci\u00f3n al pasmo ante el discurrir ordinario de la cosas. Sin embargo, la gesti\u00f3n de lo impredecible puede constituir no solo una valiosa herramienta en el proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico, sino una referencia imprescindible para la construcci\u00f3n de la ciudad <em>adhocr\u00e1tica<\/em><sup><sup>2<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuenta Kazuhiro Kojima c\u00f3mo el Gobierno de China le propuso la idea de proyectar un edificio de oficinas para las Olimpiadas de Beijing (2008) cuyo uso posterior se defin\u00eda como <em>impredecible<\/em><sup><sup>3<\/sup><\/sup>. Esta situaci\u00f3n, aceptada para las <em>ceremonias<\/em> deportivas globales y exposiciones universales varias, se puede extrapolar al conjunto de la producci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica. El caso de la vivienda resulta paradigm\u00e1tico, el hecho de habitar exprime las m\u00e1s rec\u00f3nditas variables de lo impredecible: crecimiento o desintegraci\u00f3n familiar, rejuvenecimiento o envejecimiento, permanencia o itinerancia, fortuna o bancarrota<sup><sup>4<\/sup><\/sup>. El uso que hacemos de la arquitectura siempre es <em>impredecible<\/em>. M\u00e1s a\u00fan el edificio p\u00fablico, financiado con el patrimonio com\u00fan, que debe responder con la m\u00e1xima eficacia y responsabilidad ante su destino incierto, ligado de manera indisoluble a la din\u00e1mica del cambio: \u00bfqui\u00e9n iba a decir a Don Antonio Palacios que su \u201cPalacio de Comunicaciones de Madrid\u201d (1919) iba a quedar obsoleto ante el declive del uso del correo postal? \u00bfQui\u00e9n iba a pensar entonces que un alcalde, con una idea bastante \u201cclara\u201d de lo que significa la representaci\u00f3n del Poder, iba a instalar all\u00ed la sede del Ayuntamiento de Madrid?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alejandro de la Sota contaba con iron\u00eda c\u00f3mo su proyecto para el Museo Provincial de Le\u00f3n se instalaba sobre el antiguo edificio del Obispado, que se hab\u00eda mudado al imponente edificio hist\u00f3rico de Correos al mudarse \u00e9stos a su vez a su conocido \u201ccontainer\u201d de chapa color Le\u00f3n<sup><sup>5<\/sup><\/sup>. Como en un ejercicio de aut\u00e9ntico <em>trilero<\/em>, los programas cambiaban de vaso ante la mirada socarrona de Don Alejandro: la arquitectura como un baile desenfrenado en el que la \u00fanica regla (no escrita) ser\u00e1 el placentero, por aleatorio, intercambio de parejas. La idea viene de lejos y el mism\u00edsimo Frank Lloyd Wright en 1939 se atrevi\u00f3 a definir como inmutable\u00a0esta apasionante condici\u00f3n \u201cpromiscua\u201d de la arquitectura:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLa ley del cambio es una ley inmutable y es la \u00fanica ley que no hemos tomado en cuenta. Hemos tratado de detener y contener las mareas de la vida. [\u2026]En el momento en que tenemos cualquier inter\u00e9s establecido o sentimental, creemos que debemos protegerlo, cuidarlo, defenderlo de los enemigos, reteni\u00e9ndolo intacto. Nuestro pensamiento, nuestra filosof\u00eda, todo lo que tenemos, se resume en \u2018tener y guardar\u2019. The architects we have presumed to know, even better than the own users, that one that they precisely need, doing of the \u201creintepretation\u201d of the program one of our more valuable contributions to the order. Let&#8217;s see.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Undoubtedly, one of the qualities fenomenol\u00f3gicas of the current environment is his unpredictable character. A few days ago a polar cold spell without precedents was paralyzing The United States up to the point from which some prisoners, happily escaped, were returning voluntarily to his cells of punishment: the nature still guards secrets that the freedom does not know. Any analysis that we realize on the current world will end up by throwing a dense fog on the future, and maybe this one is a present constant in every moment of the history of the human being: &#8216;<em> While the history flows, it is not a history for us. Nevertheless, the management of the unpredictable thing can constitute not only a valuable tool in the architectural project, but an indispensable reference to the construction of the <em>city<\/em> <em>adhocr\u00e1tica<\/em><sup><sup>2<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kazuhiro Kojima counts how the Government of China proposed him the idea of projecting an office block for the Olympics of Beijing (2008) whose later use was defined like <em>unpredictable<\/em><sup><sup>3<\/sup><\/sup>. This situation accepted for the sports global <em>ceremonies<\/em> and universal different exhibitions, can be extrapolated to the set of the architectural production. Vexamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sen d\u00fabida, unha das calidades fenomenol\u00f3xicas do \u00e1mbito actual \u00e9 o seu car\u00e1cter impredicible. Hai poucos d\u00edas unha onda de fr\u00edo polar sen precedentes paralizaba Estados Unidos ata o punto de que alg\u00fans presos, felizmente fuxidos, regresaban voluntariamente \u00e1s s\u00faas celas de castigo: a natureza a\u00ednda garda segredos que a liberdade desco\u00f1ece. Calquera an\u00e1lise que realicemos sobre o mundo actual acabar\u00e1 botando unha densa n\u00e9boa sobre o futuro, e talvez esta sexa unha constante presente en cada momento da historia do ser humano: <em>&#8216;Mentres a historia fl\u00fae, non \u00e9 historia para n\u00f3s. L\u00e9vanos cara a un pa\u00eds desco\u00f1ecido, e rara vez podemos lograr un fulgor do que temos delante&#8217;<\/em><sup><sup>1<\/sup><\/sup>. Unha mirada cara ao pasado ens\u00ednanos que a historia se constr\u00fae como unha secuencia ininterrompida de sorpresas, unha monta\u00f1a rusa que nos leva da admiraci\u00f3n ao pasmo ante o discorrer ordinario da cousas. Non obstante, a xesti\u00f3n do impredicible pode constitu\u00edr non s\u00f3 unha valiosa ferramenta no proxecto arquitect\u00f3nico, sen\u00f3n unha referencia imprescindible para a construci\u00f3n da <em>cidade adhocr\u00e1tica<\/em><sup><sup style=\"text-align: justify;\">2<\/sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conta Kazuhiro Kojima como o Goberno de China lle propuxo a idea de proxectar un edificio de oficinas para as Olimp\u00edadas de Beijing (2008) cuxo uso posterior se defin\u00eda como impredecible3. Esta situaci\u00f3n, aceptada para as <em>cerimonias<\/em> deportivas globais e exposici\u00f3ns universais varias, p\u00f3dese extrapolar ao conxunto da produci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica. O caso da vivenda resulta paradigm\u00e1tico, o feito de habitar espreme as m\u00e1is rec\u00f3nditas variables do impredicible: crecemento ou desintegraci\u00f3n familiar, rexuvenecemento ou envellecemento, permanencia ou itinerancia, fortuna ou bancarrota<sup><sup>4<\/sup><\/sup>. O uso que facemos da arquitectura sempre \u00e9 <em>impredicible<\/em>. M\u00e1is a\u00ednda o edificio p\u00fablico, financiado co patrimonio com\u00fan, que debe responder coa m\u00e1xima eficacia e responsabilidade ante o seu destino incerto, ligado de xeito indisoluble \u00e1 din\u00e1mica do cambio: \u00bfquen \u00eda dicir a Don Antonio Palacios que o seu \u201cPazo de Comunicaci\u00f3ns de Madrid\u201d (1919) \u00eda quedar obsoleto ante o declive do uso do correo postal? \u00bfQuen \u00eda pensar ent\u00f3n que un alcalde, cunha idea bastante \u00abclara\u00bb do que significa a representaci\u00f3n do Poder, \u00eda instalar al\u00ed a sede do Concello de Madrid?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alejandro de la Sota contaba con iron\u00eda como o seu proxecto para o Museo Provincial de Le\u00f3n se instalaba sobre o antigo edificio do Bispado, que se mudara ao impo\u00f1ente edificio hist\u00f3rico de Correos ao mudarse estes \u00e1 s\u00faa vez ao seu co\u00f1ecido \u201ccontainer\u201d de chapa cor Le\u00f3n<sup><sup>5<\/sup><\/sup>. Como nun exercicio de aut\u00e9ntico trilero, os programas cambiaban de vaso ante a mirada retranqueira de Don Alejandro: a arquitectura como un baile desenfreado no que a \u00fanica regra (non escrita) ser\u00e1 o pracenteiro, por aleatorio, intercambio de parellas. A idea v\u00e9n de lonxe e o mesmo Frank Lloyd Wright en 1939 se atreveu a definir como inmutable esta apaixonante condici\u00f3n \u201cpromiscua\u201d da arquitectura:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cA lei do cambio \u00e9 unha lei inmutable e \u00e9 a \u00fanica lei que non tomamos en conta. Tratamos de deter e conter as mareas da vida.
