Y para ello no se ha limitado a convocar a las m\u00e1s destacadas obras de arquitectura, o a los mejores trabajos de planeamiento, gesti\u00f3n o dise\u00f1o urbano de los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, sino que enuncia unos claros principios program\u00e1ticos para buscar obras que hayan dado respuesta eficaz, mesurada y hermosa a las necesidades a resolver; que respetan los valores de la arquitectura y la ciudad del pasado pero comprometidas con la creaci\u00f3n de nuestro tiempo; con criterios de sostenibilidad medioambiental y econ\u00f3mica. Actuaciones, en fin, que en l\u00ednea con los criterios demandados por nuestra sociedad, reutilizan de forma responsable la edificaci\u00f3n y los recursos existentes, atienden a su integraci\u00f3n en el paisaje natural y han supuesto una transformaci\u00f3n positiva del espacio y el paisaje urbano construidos. And for it it has not limited itself to calling to the most out-standing works of architecture, or to the best works of planning, management or urban design of last two years, but it enunciates a few clear programmatical beginning to look for works that have given effective, moderate and beautiful response to the needs to resolve; that respect the values of the architecture and the city of the past but compromised with the creation of our time; with criteria of environmental and economic sustainability.
