Por\u00a0un lado, se le presenta un camino aparentemente f\u00e1cil, el del estatismo y\u00a0el populismo, la v\u00eda hispana al subdesarrollo seguida por Venezuela y por\u00a0Argentina, por la que Espa\u00f1a siempre se ha visto tentada. On the one hand, one presents a seemingly easy way, that of the statism and the populism, the Hispanic route to the underdevelopment followed by Venezuela and for Argentina, for which Spain always has met touched.
