{"id":37776,"date":"2014-01-31T06:30:21","date_gmt":"2014-01-31T06:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/?p=37776"},"modified":"2016-08-23T11:24:43","modified_gmt":"2016-08-23T09:24:43","slug":"casalata-%c2%b7-vivienda-social-educacion-urbana-y-ambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/casalata-%c2%b7-vivienda-social-educacion-urbana-y-ambiental\/","title":{"rendered":"Casalata \u00b7 Vivienda social, educaci\u00f3n urbana y ambiental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ilusi\u00f3n de encontrar una vida mejor en las ciudades consolidadas lleva a las personas a que se desplacen hacia ellas, pero el sue\u00f1o r\u00e1pidamente se desmorona y la falta de oportunidades empuja familias enteras a los aglomerados de lata que se desarrollan d\u00eda tras d\u00eda en el paisaje de Cabo Verde. El problema de la falta de viviendas no se resuelve de un d\u00eda para otro. Las familias alojadas en las casas de lata continuar\u00e1n viviendo en condiciones infrahumanas por tiempo indeterminado aunque todos los esfuerzos gubernamentales se concentren en esta problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proyecto tiene como objetivo primordial mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad de las familias m\u00e1s desfavorecidas y a su vez una mejora en la planificaci\u00f3n urbana, capaz de facilitar una vida m\u00e1s digna. La realizaci\u00f3n del corto nos proporcion\u00f3 un contacto profundo con la dura realidad a la que se enfrentan los habitantes de las casas de lata. Las condiciones infrahumanas encontradas en estos espacios, intensificadas por la marginalidad sentida por quien no tiene otra opci\u00f3n y vive en la ilegalidad, llev\u00f3 a estructurar una l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n dividida en tres momentos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u00b7 En un primer momento, el objetivo es efectuar un levantamiento de los m\u00e9todos constructivos y de la organizaci\u00f3n social de este proceso urbano, enumerar los aspectos positivos encontrados y reutilizarlos como una herramienta v\u00e1lida en la evoluci\u00f3n del proyecto de habitaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u00b7 En un segundo momento, despu\u00e9s del levantamiento realizado, sugerir peque\u00f1as intervenciones econ\u00f3micas que asegurar\u00e1n mejores condiciones de vida a las familias. Cuestiones como el confort t\u00e9rmico, ventilaci\u00f3n de los compartimentos e iluminaci\u00f3n de los mismos pueden ser significativamente m\u00e1s eficaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u00b7 En el tercer momento, desarrollar un proyecto de habitaci\u00f3n social sostenido por el conocimiento adquirido al largo de este camino.
