Arquitecto<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vamos a relatar, en unas pocas palabras, tan breves que casi no usamos m\u00e1s que las propias pedidas a su arquitecto, Pablo Tom\u00e9, la calidad y la experiencia arquitect\u00f3nica de la obra de la galer\u00eda de arte contempor\u00e1neo Trinta en r\u00faa Virxe da Cerca 24, Santiago de Compostela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosotros s\u00f3lo queremos referir con unas breves notas la actitud del autor de la obra, un arquitecto de clara vocaci\u00f3n silenciosa, que decidi\u00f3 hace muchos a\u00f1os no querer ser visto. Contradecimos, en este planteamiento de hacer p\u00fablico con palabras el valor de su trabajo, la actitud \u00a0de Tom\u00e9 de no querer ser y aparecer, y lo hacemos porque desde hace bastante tiempo le seguimos a \u00e9l (y a unos pocos m\u00e1s) para reconocer que esa forma de actuar es en parte el argumento que nos impulsa a seguir haciendo arquitectura a diario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pablo Tom\u00e9 es sin duda, podr\u00edamos decir, uno de los <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bartleby,_el_escribiente\">Bartlebys<\/a> m\u00e1s importantes del panorama arquitect\u00f3nico gallego, pues hace ya casi veinte a\u00f1os, decidi\u00f3 trabajar veladamente en docenas de proyectos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n de la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela, desde la oficina t\u00e9cnica del Consorcio de la Ciudad Hist\u00f3rica, sin dejar rastro\u2026 Esa manera de no querer estar, esa actitud de lo velado, se produjo siempre sin tener por objetivo buscar refugio en la tranquilidad del no ser visto, sino por el contrario, arriesgando y luchando por lo casi invisible en proyectos de apariencia menor para la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios comerciales de cota cero y de clara vinculaci\u00f3n semip\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paradoja <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/G._K._Chesterton\">Chestertoniana<\/a> la de Pablo Tom\u00e9, que al mismo tiempo que su pudor y modestia le impiden preocuparse por su proyecci\u00f3n personal, no ceja un instante en la continua demanda de la importancia de los dem\u00e1s, que son la ciudadan\u00eda, los propietarios de estas arquitecturas y los visitantes diarios de estos espacios. Siempre le ha obsesionado, s\u00f3lo hay que repasar sus cuadernos de dibujo expuestos en innumerables ocasiones, sus videos y exposiciones sobre la ciudad, la naturaleza de lo que suced\u00eda con y en esos comercios, restaurantes, talleres artesanales y galer\u00edas en los que la conexi\u00f3n entre la cota cero de los edificios y el espacio p\u00fablico inmediato era el \u201clugar\u201d de la otra gente, los ciudadanos, que no eran \u00e9l. Una preocupaci\u00f3n por estos espacios semip\u00fablicos que tiene la mirada afilada de un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=plf3KIKDVOY\">Lars Arrhenius<\/a> para traer y transparentar a lo p\u00fablico la importancia del interior del espacio encerrado de la calle que son los locales comerciales de la ciudad, unos ojos que atraviesan las paredes de la fachada para conseguir el mismo respeto por la arquitectura en el interior de esos lugares que por la inmediata escena urbana de una ciudad patrimonio de la humanidad.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_37838\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-37838\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/30luis_07.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-37838\" title=\"30luis_07\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/30luis_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"827\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/30luis_07.jpg 600w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/30luis_07-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-37838\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Detalle de la galer\u00eda Trinta en Virxe da Cerca, Santiago de Compostela. Arquitecto<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De su obra de 1999 para la Galer\u00eda Trinta, como dec\u00edamos, no hay que relatar mucho m\u00e1s que lo que \u00e9l cuenta en su sucinta memoria, pero tambi\u00e9n nada menos, para terminar, que esta actitud constructiva, limpia y sincera, activ\u00f3 e introdujo en la Galicia de aquel momento, una forma de entender los espacios expositivos privados de las galer\u00edas, que demostraba una radicalidad equilibrada y una neutralidad tensa, de una importancia y significado arquitect\u00f3nico parecido al que pocos a\u00f1os antes hab\u00eda planteado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/187699\/interview-tony-fretton-by-hugo-oliveira\/\">Tony Fretton<\/a> con las obras de la Lisson Gallery en Londres, obteniendo de circunstancias y escenas muy poco favorables artefactos culturales de gran riqueza.\u00a0La memoria \u00a0referida del proyecto \u00a0dice que:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abLas obras a que se refiere este expediente (B00-375) se proyectan en el local comercial sito en la planta baja del n\u00famero 24 de la R\u00faa Virxe da Cerca, Ayuntamiento de Santiago de Compostela; dicho local se encuentra en este momento sin actividad y se destinar\u00e1 a galer\u00eda de arte.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>MARCEL DUCHAMP\u00a0<\/strong> es el inicio del arte contempor\u00e1neo. El momento en que nos encontramos.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>El tiempo entra a formar parte del arte. Las artes pl\u00e1sticas ya tienen m\u00e1s dimensiones que tres.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Conscientemente se emplean materiales que antes no se utilizaban. Materiales sobre los que el tiempo act\u00faa. Materiales org\u00e1nicos como la grasa, o materiales no visuales como los olores y\u00a0 sonidos o la m\u00fasica.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Minerales, vegetales, animales, o alguna parte de estos, son vistos con otro cerebro por el artista contempor\u00e1neo.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Dise\u00f1ar una galer\u00eda para este mundo nos obliga, tambi\u00e9n, a revisar la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea, que nacida a principios de siglo, se mantiene viva.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>LA NUEVA GALER\u00cdA<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>La galer\u00eda, objeto de este proyecto, se sit\u00faa en el bajo del n\u00ba 24 de la R\u00faa Virxe da cerca. Se compone de un peque\u00f1o local, al que se accede directamente desde la calle y de un semis\u00f3tano. El peque\u00f1o bajo de 30m2 que est\u00e1 50cm por encima de la cota de la calle tiene una ventana. El resto del local es un semis\u00f3tano de 170 m2 con ventana a la fachada trasera.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>El espacio principal de la nueva galer\u00eda es la sala de exposiciones que ocupa el espacio de entrada y gran parte del semis\u00f3tano. Este plano, 2,50m por debajo de la entrada, se comunica con el plano de acceso por una escalera de un tramo y ancha.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>En este nivel se sit\u00faan el despacho, el oficio, el aseo y el gran almac\u00e9n.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ser\u00e1 el primer uso de esta parte del edificio, que construido a principios de siglo, fue operado hace 13 a\u00f1os de forma radical demoli\u00e9ndolo todo excepto la fachada.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>La estructura es de pilares y j\u00e1cenas de hormig\u00f3n armado.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>El concepto formal de la galer\u00eda es de m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n y m\u00e1xima econom\u00eda. Contradicimos, nesta formulaci\u00f3n de facer p\u00fablico con palabras o valor do seu traballo, a actitude de Tom\u00e9 de non querer ser e aparecer, e fac\u00e9molo porque dende hai bastante tempo lle seguimos a el (e a uns poucos m\u00e1is) para reco\u00f1ecer que esa forma de actuar \u00e9 en parte o argumento que nos impulsa a seguir facendo arquitectura a diario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pablo Tom\u00e9\u00a0\u00e9 sen d\u00fabida, poderiamos dicir, un dos <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bartleby,_el_escribiente\">Bartlebys<\/a> m\u00e1is importantes do panorama arquitect\u00f3nico galego, pois fai xa case vinte anos, decidiu traballar veladamente en ducias de proxectos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n e adecuaci\u00f3n da cidade de Santiago de Compostela, dende a oficina t\u00e9cnica do Consorcio da Cidade Hist\u00f3rica, sen deixar rastro&#8230; Esa xeito de non querer estar, esa actitude do velado, produciuse sempre sen ter por obxectivo buscar refuxio na tranquilidade do non ser visto, sen\u00f3n pola contra, arriscando e loitando polo case invisible en proxectos de aparencia menor para a recuperaci\u00f3n de espazos comerciais de cota cero e de clara vinculaci\u00f3n semip\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paradoxo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/G._K._Chesterton\">Chestertoniana<\/a> a de Pablo Tom\u00e9,\u00a0que ao mesmo tempo que o seu pudor e modestia lle impiden preocuparse pola s\u00faa proxecci\u00f3n persoal, non cella un instante na continua demanda da importancia dos demais, que son a cidadan\u00eda, os propietarios destas arquitecturas e os visitantes diarios destes espazos. Sempre lle obsesionou, s\u00f3 hai que repasar os seus cadernos de debuxo expostos en innumerables ocasi\u00f3ns, os seus videos e exposici\u00f3ns sobre a cidade, a natureza do que suced\u00eda con e neses comercios, restaurantes, talleres artesanais e galer\u00edas nos que a conexi\u00f3n entre a cota cero dos edificios e o espazo p\u00fablico inmediato era o \u00ablugar\u00bb da outra xente, os cidad\u00e1ns, que non eran el. Arquitecto<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da s\u00faa obra de 1999 para a Galer\u00eda Trinta, como diciamos, non hai que relatar moito m\u00e1is que o que el conta na s\u00faa sucinta memoria, pero tam\u00e9n nada menos, para rematar, que esta actitude construtiva, limpa e sincera, activou e introduciu na Galicia daquel momento, unha forma de entender os espazos expositivos privados das galer\u00edas, que demostraba un radicalismo equilibrado e unha neutralidade tensa, dunha importancia e significado arquitect\u00f3nico parecido ao que poucos anos antes formulara\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/187699\/interview-tony-fretton-by-hugo-oliveira\/\">Tony Fretton<\/a> coas obras da Lisson Gallery en Londres, obtendo de circunstancias e escenas moi pouco favorables artefactos culturais de gran riqueza. A memoria referida do proxecto di que:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00ab<\/em><em>As obras a que se refire este expediente (B00-375) prox\u00e9ctanse no local comercial sito na planta baixa do n\u00famero 24 da R\u00faa Virxe d\u00e1 Cerca, Concello de Santiago de Compostela; o devandito local enc\u00f3ntrase neste momento sen actividade e destinarase a galer\u00eda de arte.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>MARCEL DUCHAMP<\/strong> \u00e9 o inicio da arte contempor\u00e1nea. O momento en que nos encontramos.<\/p>\n<p>O tempo entra a formar parte da arte. As artes pl\u00e1sticas xa te\u00f1en m\u00e1is dimensi\u00f3ns que tres.<\/p>\n<p>Conscientemente empr\u00e9ganse materiais que antes non se utilizaban. Materiais sobre os que o tempo act\u00faa. Materiais org\u00e1nicos como a graxa, ou materiais non visuais como os olores e sons ou a m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p>Minerais, vexetais, animais, ou algunha parte destes, son vistos con outro cerebro polo artista contempor\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n<p>Dese\u00f1ar unha galer\u00eda para este mundo obr\u00edganos, tam\u00e9n, a revisar a arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea, que nacida a principios de s\u00e9culo, se mant\u00e9n viva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A NOVA GALER\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A galer\u00eda, obxecto deste proxecto, sit\u00faase no baixo do n.\u00ba 24 da R\u00faa Virxe d\u00e1 preto. Componse dun pequeno local, ao que se accede directamente dende a r\u00faa e dun semisoto. O pequeno baixo de 30 m\u00b2 que est\u00e1 50 cm por enriba da cota da r\u00faa ten unha vent\u00e1. O resto do local \u00e9 un semisoto de 170 m2 con vent\u00e1 \u00e1 fachada traseira.<\/p>\n<p>O espazo principal da nova galer\u00eda \u00e9 a sala de exposici\u00f3ns que ocupa o espazo de entrada e gran parte do semisoto. Este plano, 2,50m por debaixo da entrada, comun\u00edcase co plano de acceso por unha escaleira dun tramo e ancha.<\/p>\n<p>Neste nivel sit\u00faanse o despacho, o oficio, o aseo e o grande almac\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 o primeiro uso desta parte do edificio, que constru\u00eddo a principios de s\u00e9culo, foi operado hai 13 anos de forma radical demol\u00e9ndoo todo ag\u00e1s a fachada.<\/p>\n<p>A estrutura \u00e9 de piares e x\u00e1ceas de formig\u00f3n armado.<\/p>\n<p>O concepto formal da galer\u00eda \u00e9 de m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n e m\u00e1xima econom\u00eda. Organic materials as the fat, or not visual materials like the smells and sounds or the music.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Minerals, vegetables, animals, or someone departs from these, they are seen by another brain by the contemporary artist.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To design a gallery for this world forces us to check, also, the contemporary architecture, which born at the beginning of century, is kept alive.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>THE NEW GALLERY<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The gallery, object of this project, places in under of n \u00ba 24 of theR\u00faa Virxe da Cerca. Se compone de un peque\u00f1o local, al que se accede directamente desde la calle y de un semis\u00f3tano.<\/em> <em>It consists of a small place, to which one accedes directly from the street and of a semibasement. Small under of 30m2 that is 50cm over the level of the street has a window. The rest of the place is a semibasement of 170 m2 with window to the back front.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> The principal space of the new gallery is the room of exhibitions that occupies the space of entry and great part of the semibasement.
