Ahora estamos transitando hacia otro.<\/p>\n \u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido tu formaci\u00f3n y trayectoria profesional previa a Arquicoach?<\/strong><\/p>\n Arquitecta<\/strong>\u00a0por\u00a0la Escuela T\u00e9cnica\u00a0Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla, fui\u00a06 a\u00f1os\u00a0docente<\/strong>\u00a0de programas de dibujo, c\u00e1lculo de estructuras y c\u00f3digo t\u00e9cnico entre otros. Trabaj\u00e9 en un estudio de arquitectura y en una promotora.<\/p>\n Sobre el 2007, estando a\u00fan en la promotora pens\u00e9 que ten\u00eda que haber otras formas de trabajar m\u00e1s efectivas y es cuando me form\u00e9 en un instituto empresarial como\u00a0Project Manager Inmobiliario<\/strong>\u00a0para la Direcci\u00f3n Integrada de Proyectos. M\u00e1s tarde, me form\u00e9 en\u00a0Habilidades y Competencias Directivas<\/strong>\u00a0en una consultora. Cierto d\u00eda, buscando en internet una web de DIP di con una de coaching ejecutivo et voil\u00e1<\/em>: vibr\u00e9 en sinton\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 te llev\u00f3 a abrirte camino en el coaching? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 para arquitectos?<\/strong><\/p>\n Aunque descubr\u00ed el coaching en 2007 no llegu\u00e9 a formarme como coach hasta el 2010, y mira que cuanto m\u00e1s descubr\u00eda, m\u00e1s me gustaba,<\/p>\n \u201cpero\u2026 eso era cosa de ejecutivos y yo era arquitecta\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Mi propia formaci\u00f3n como coach implic\u00f3 un grado de autoconocimiento bestial. Me descubr\u00ed haciendo cosas que ni pensaba pudiera hacer y deconstruyendo \u201cmis supuestos\u201d a diestro y siniestro.<\/p>\n Lo de arquitectos lleg\u00f3 m\u00e1s tarde. Pensaba que estaba enfadada con esta profesi\u00f3n y ciertos mecanismos autoritarios. Despu\u00e9s descubr\u00ed que estaba enfadada con ciertos arquitectos, y profundizando mucho m\u00e1s, y en honor a mi verdad, estaba enfadada conmigo misma por haber permitido ciertos comportamientos profesionales en mi persona.<\/p>\n As\u00ed que, eso lo limpi\u00e9 y me dije:<\/p>\n \u201cpuedo ayudar a mis compa\u00f1eros contribuyendo as\u00ed a la arquitectura\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \u00bfTe encontraste con muchas dificultades en su puesta en marcha?<\/strong><\/p>\n La dificultad la tuve con mi padre.<\/p>\n \u00bfConsideras que estudiar Arquitectura ha sido un pasaporte fundamental para haber llegado a tu trabajo actual?<\/strong><\/p>\n S\u00ed.<\/p>\n \u00bfEst\u00e1s contenta con los objetivos alcanzados?<\/strong><\/p>\n Me hace muy feliz sentir la propia felicidad de aquellas personas que se ven favorecidas por mis servicios. Me hacen muy feliz los e-mails que recibo de compa\u00f1eros que depositan su confianza en m\u00ed cont\u00e1ndome sus historias, sus inquietudes o d\u00e1ndome las gracias.<\/p>\n \u00bfAnimar\u00edas a otros arquitectos a seguir tus pasos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasos consideras que deber\u00edan dar? \u00bfC\u00f3mo completar sus estudios? \u00bfQu\u00e9 otros consejos les dar\u00edas?<\/strong><\/p>\n Animar\u00eda a que siguieran los suyos, y si en su camino est\u00e1 el coaching, adelante. Ya dijo el se\u00f1or \u00c1lvaro Siza que todos los cambios hablan de continuidad, aunque parezcan rupturas, ya que todo es resultado de experiencias personales anteriores. Mis pasos fueron una vuelta a mi origen, ya que siempre me interes\u00f3 el desarrollo personal.<\/p>\n Un autoconocimiento lo m\u00e1s veraz posible fuera de autoenga\u00f1os, una confrontaci\u00f3n y autoexploraci\u00f3n continua es lo que implica este camino. Soy espejo de mis clientes, si en tal espejo meto cosas m\u00edas no trabajadas, el reflejo que ofrezco se ver\u00eda enturbiado y el coaching que ofrezco perder\u00eda sentido.<\/p>\n \u00bfCrees que los arquitectos en Espa\u00f1a deber\u00edamos seguir abriendo nuevas v\u00edas de trabajo para salir de la casilla m\u00e1s \u00abtradicional\u00bb de proyectar dada la actual situaci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n en nuestro pa\u00eds?<\/strong><\/p>\n Mi creencia al respecto es un rotundo S\u00cd<\/strong>. El contexto actual ha sacado a flote una situaci\u00f3n de precariedad ya existente. Los arquitectos andan peleados con el dinero, el liderazgo, el trabajo en equipo (conocemos el trabajo en grupo) y la mentalidad empresarial. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 medida se ense\u00f1a en las escuelas los precios reales de un c\u00e1lculo de estructuras o instalaciones o simplemente a baremar honorarios dignos? Hay una creencia limitante soterrada que viene a decir que la arquitectura se identifica con la vocaci\u00f3n y hablar de dinero lo ensucia. Pues bien, la vocaci\u00f3n es un valor o supercreencia, y el dinero, tambi\u00e9n. Mientras el primero es una llamada a la contribuci\u00f3n, el segundo es una llamada a la supervivencia. Y en la arquitectura, y el arquitecto, confluyen muchos valores que han de estar presentes para que florezca, como la defensa, la honestidad y la integridad. El dumping, adem\u00e1s de ser ilegal, ya no es opci\u00f3n si es que queremos preservar la evoluci\u00f3n de esta profesi\u00f3n y no caer en su involuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 opinas de los que se han ido a trabajar al extranjero?<\/strong><\/p>\n Es una opci\u00f3n. Cada movimiento espacial actualmente implica motivaciones intr\u00ednsecas de las personas que as\u00ed han decidido salir o quedarse. Ambos extremos se encuentran con par\u00e1metros y variables diversas que se han de confrontar. Pareciera como si fuera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil confrontarlo si nos quedamos aqu\u00ed, pero si nos fijamos bien, cuando realizamos un traslado de ciudad, las costumbres, los dejes, la gastronom\u00eda y las formas de relacionarse tienen su propia personalidad, hasta nos podemos encontrar con un cambio de idioma en el mismo pa\u00eds. Esto mismo sucede, en el caso de otros pa\u00edses. Y te lo puedes tomar desde dos puntos de vista antag\u00f3nicos: un enriquecimiento porque algo ganas o un empobrecimiento porque algo pierdes. A la postre tiene que ver con expectativas no alcanzadas, en c\u00f3mo has sido educado para gestionar los cambios y en el grado de desarrollo de nuestras inteligencias emocional y social. La familia y en c\u00f3mo se decidir\u00e1 desarrollar la relaci\u00f3n familiar tiene un gran peso en el poder decisorio.<\/p>\n \u00bfC\u00f3mo ves el futuro de la profesi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n Opino que se trata del futuro del profesional de la arquitectura<\/strong>, ya que somos los agentes que construimos el futuro de la profesi\u00f3n. No hacer nada o \u201chacer como si nada<\/em>\u201d, tambi\u00e9n lo construye, ojo. En este sentido, y como toda senda que comienza, es un camino personal de exploraci\u00f3n. It develops the human potential in order that you throw at your step old ways of thinking, and to operate, obsolete and\/or retrograde that prevent you from advancing.<\/p>\n In Arquicoach what one supposes that he is or is not an architect, stops making sense, because the information takes, as information and trends in a specific frame of temporary and sociocultural reference. Now we are travelling towards other one.<\/p>\n Which has been your formation and professional path before Arquicoach?<\/strong><\/p>\n Architect<\/strong> for the Technical Top School of Architecture of Seville, I was 6 years teacher<\/strong> of programs of drawing, calculation of structures and technical code between others. I was employed at a study of architecture and at a promoter.<\/p>\n On 2007, being still in the promoter I thought that there had to be other ways of working more effective and it is when I was formed in a managerial institute as Real-estate Project Manager<\/strong> for the Integrated Direction of Projects. Later, I was formed in Skills and Managerial Competitions<\/strong> in the consulting one. Certain day, looking in Internet for DIP’s web I met one of coaching executive et voil\u00e1<\/em>: I vibrated in tuning in.<\/strong><\/p>\n What did you lead <\/strong>to opening way you in the coaching? Why for architects?<\/strong><\/p>\n Though I discovered the coaching in 2007 I did not manage to be formed like coach until 2010, and gun-sight that the more it was discovering, the more I liked it, \u201cbut \u2026 it was an executives’ thing and I was arquitecta\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n My own formation since coach implied a degree of beastly self-knowledge. I revealed myself doing things that he was not even thinking it could do and deconstruyendo \u201cmy suppositions\u201d to matador and disaster.<\/p>\n It from architects it came later. He was thinking that it was angry with this profession and certain authoritarian mechanisms. Later I discovered that it was angry with certain architects, and penetrating much more, and in honor to my truth, it was angered by me itself for having allowed certain professional behaviors in my person. So, I cleaned it and said to myself: \u201cI can help my companions contributing this way to the architecture\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n Did you meet many difficulties in his putting in march?<\/strong><\/p>\n I had the difficulty with my father.<\/p>\n Do you think that to study Architecture has been a fundamental passport to have come to your current work?<\/strong><\/p>\n Yes.<\/p>\n Are you satisfied with the reached aims?<\/strong><\/p>\n It makes me very happy to feel the own happiness of those persons who meet favored by my services. What steps do you consider that they should give? How to complete his studies? What other advices would you give them?<\/strong><\/p>\n It would encourage that were continuing theirs, and if in his way the coaching is, forward. Already said the gentleman \u00c1lvaro Siza that all the changes speak about continuity, though they look like breaks, since everything is a result of previous personal experiences. My steps were a return to my origin, since always I was interested in the personal development.<\/p>\n An as veracious as possible self-knowledge out of autodeceptions, a confrontation and constant autoexploration is what implies this way. I am a mirror of my clients, if in such a mirror I put my not worn out things, the reflection that I offer would meet muddied and the coaching that I offer would lose sense.<\/p>\n Do you believe that the architects in Spain we should continue opening new routes of work to go out of the \u00abmost \u00abtraditional\u00bb cabin of projecting given the current situation of the construction in our country?<\/strong><\/p>\n My belief in the matter is the round one YES. The current context has extracted afloat a situation of already existing precariousness. The architects walk fought with the money, the leadership, the teamwork (we know the work in group) and the managerial mentality. In what measure there are taught in the schools the royal prices of a calculation of structures or facilities or simply to baremar worthy fees? There is a bounding buried belief that it comes to say that the architecture is identified by the vocation and to speak about money it in dirty. Well then, the vocation is a value or superbelief, and the money, also. While the first one is a call to the contribution, the second one is a call to the survival. And in the architecture, and the architect, there come together many values that have to be present in order that it blooms, as the defense, the honesty and the integrity. The dumping, beside being illegal, already is not an option if it is that we want to preserve the evolution of this profession and not to fall down in his regression.<\/p>\n What do you think of those that they have been going to work abroad?<\/strong><\/p>\n It is an option. Every spatial movement nowadays implies intrinsic motivations of the persons who like that have decided to go out or to remain. Both ends meet parameters and diverse variables that have to confront. It seemed as if it was easier it to confront if we remain here, but if we notice well, when we realize a movement of city, the customs, the after-tastes, the gastronomy and the ways of relating have his own personality, even we can meet a change of language in the same country. This itself happens, in case of other countries. And you can think it from two antagonistic points of view: an enrichment because some kind of desire or an impoverishment because you lose something. At last it has to see with not reached expectations, in how you have been educated to manage the changes and in the degree of emotional and social development of our intelligences. The family and in how it will be decided to develop the familiar relation it has a great weight in the decision-making power.<\/p>\n How do you see the future of the profession?<\/strong><\/p>\n I think that it is a question of the future of the professional of the architecture<\/strong>, since we are the agents that we construct the future of the profession. Descubrinme facendo cousas que nin pensaba puidera facer e deconstruyendo \u201cos meus supostos\u201d a destro e sinistro.<\/p>\n Mi propia formaci\u00f3n como coach implic\u00f3 un grado de autoconocimiento bestial. Me descubr\u00ed haciendo cosas que ni pensaba pudiera hacer y deconstruyendo \u201cmis supuestos\u201d a diestro y siniestro.<\/p>\n O de arquitectos chegou m\u00e1is tarde. Pensaba que estaba enfadada con esta profesi\u00f3n e certos mecanismos autoritarios. Despois descubr\u00edn que estaba enfadada con certos arquitectos, e afondando moito m\u00e1is, e en honor \u00e1 mi\u00f1a verdade, estaba enfadada comigo mesma por permitir certos comportamentos profesionais na mi\u00f1a persoa.
