Los espacios de intervenci\u00f3n propuestos se situaron en los Barrios de <em>La Perseverancia, La Macarena y Bosque izquierdo<\/em>, en la zona centro de la ciudad. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Perseverancia<\/strong><br \/>\nLa Perseverancia fue el primer barrio obrero de Bogot\u00e1. Clasificado como estrato socioecon\u00f3mico 2 (donde 1 es el estrato de ingresos m\u00e1s bajo y 6 el m\u00e1s alto) est\u00e1 en la actualidad rodeado de zonas de clase media acomodada. Su origen comunitario aun es visible en la tipolog\u00eda de micromanzanas, marcadas por la autoconstrucci\u00f3n de las casas y el espacio p\u00fablico, herencia de las relaciones sociales de producci\u00f3n y propiedad de la industrializaci\u00f3n en Colombia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el imaginario bogotano sobre el barrio y sus gentes se mezclan el fuerte sentimiento de pertenencia y la marginalidad, un estigma de peligrosidad y crimen que ha generado una barrera psicol\u00f3gica a la iniciativa individual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La historia de La Perseverancia es una historia de resistencia y lucha, ligada a la <em>Noche de las Antorchas<\/em> y a <em>Jorge Eli\u00e9cer Gait\u00e1n<\/em>, personalidad pol\u00edtica que intent\u00f3 dar voz a los excluidos, y s\u00edmbolo popular del barrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En La Perseverancia la chicha se fabrica a\u00fan al modo tradicional, como se fabricaba en las chicher\u00edas semiclandestinas de los a\u00f1os 30, que resistieron al intento de estigmatizaci\u00f3n de las expresiones culturales del pueblo ind\u00edgena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Macarena<\/strong><br \/>\nLa Macarena, conocido como <em>\u201cSoho Bogotano\u201d<\/em> es el barrio contiguo y en la actualidad se encuentra en un claro proceso de gentrificaci\u00f3n. Considerado durante mucho tiempo un barrio bohemio, alberga hoy una de las mayores ofertas gastron\u00f3micas, de ocio nocturno y cultural de la ciudad. Es actualmente un \u00e1rea de atracci\u00f3n de iniciativa privada y clase creativa en expansi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bosque Izquierdo<\/strong><br \/>\nPor \u00faltimo Bosque Izquierdo fue hace d\u00e9cadas el barrio arist\u00f3crata de Bogot\u00e1, d\u00f3nde posteriormente encontr\u00f3 espacio la \u00e9lite art\u00edstica, pol\u00edtica e intelectual de la ciudad. Declarado como Sector de Inter\u00e9s Cultural con Desarrollo Individual por su trazado original, fue planificado en los a\u00f1os 30 como parte de un proyecto de expulsi\u00f3n de las clases obreras de los cerros o zonas altas de la ciudad. La filmaci\u00f3n permanente de TELEnovelas Bosque Izquierdo es visto por sus habitantes como una invasi\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Otra, Bienal de Arte Contemporaneo<\/strong><br \/>\nCuriosamente, las fases de la gentrificaci\u00f3n coinciden espacialmente con la l\u00ednea que atraviesa los tres barrios de intervenci\u00f3n de <em>La Otra, Bienal de Arte Contemporaneo:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; La Perseverancia: <em>estigmatizaci\u00f3n\/abandono <\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; La Macarena: <em>revalorizaci\u00f3n <\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Bosque Izquierdo: <em>elitizaci\u00f3n\/exclusi\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Left Hand Rotation propone un proceso de reflexi\u00f3n colectiva con los participantes y p\u00fablico de la Bienal y los vecinos de los barrios de La Perseverancia y La Macarena:<strong> \u00bfPuede el proceso de gentrificaci\u00f3n en expansi\u00f3n de La Macarena afectar en el futuro a La Perseverancia? \u00bfSomos los artistas y p\u00fablico de la bienal la punta de lanza de este proceso?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fotonovela<\/strong><br \/>\nUna fotonovela o fotohistoria es una narraci\u00f3n en fotograf\u00edas, un di\u00e1logo entre el comic y el cine, que parte de una trama narrativa o gui\u00f3n y se desarrolla a trav\u00e9s de la secuencializaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, di\u00e1logos, y voz en off. Los argumentos de las TELEnovelas y FOTOnovelas giran en torno a cuestiones de clases sociales, lo que est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n en el centro mismo de las cuestiones asociadas a la gentrificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante las jornadas pr\u00e1cticas se propuso a los participantes del taller la creaci\u00f3n colectiva de una <strong>FOTONOVELA<\/strong> cuyo argumento facilitara la comprensi\u00f3n de las problem\u00e1ticas asociadas a los procesos de gentrificaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la ficci\u00f3n. Declarado como Sector de Interese Cultural con Desenvolvemento Individual polo seu trazado orixinal, foi planificado nos anos 30 como parte dun proxecto de expulsi\u00f3n das clases obreiras dos outeiros ou zonas altas da cidade. The spaces of intervention proposed placed in the Neighborhoods of <em>The Perseverancia, The Pertaining to La Macarena<\/em> one and left Forest, in the zone downtown<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Perseverancia<\/strong><br \/>\nLa Perseverancia was the first working neighborhood of Bogota. Classified as socioeconomic stratum 2 (where 1 is the stratum of income more down and 6 the highest) it is surrounded at present with zones of well-off middle class. His community origin even is visible in the typology of microapples, marked by the autoconstruction of the houses and the public space, inheritance of the social relations of production and property of the industrialization in Colombia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the imaginary of Bogot\u00e1 one on the neighborhood and his peoples there is mixed the strong feeling of belonging and the marginality, a stigma of dangerousness and crime that has generated a psychological barrier to the individual initiative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The history of The Perseverance is a history of resistance and fight, tied to the Night of the Torches and to Jorge Eli\u00e9cer Gait\u00e1n, political personality that tried to give voice to the excluded ones, and popular symbol of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of La Perseverancia the alcoholic maize drink is made still to the traditional way, since it was made of the semiclandestine chicher\u00edas of the 30s, which they resisted to the attempt of estigmatizaci\u00f3n of the cultural expressions of the indigenous people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Macarena<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Pertaining to La Macarena one, acquaintance like <em>\u00abBogot\u00e1 Soho\u00bb<\/em> is the contiguous neighborhood and at present he is in a clear process of gentrificaci\u00f3n. Considered for a long time a Bohemian neighborhood, it shelters today one of the major gastronomic offers, of night and cultural leisure of the city. It is nowadays an area of attraction of private initiative and creative class in expansion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bosque Izquierdo<\/strong><br \/>\nFinally Left Forest was decades ago the neighborhood aristocrat of Bogota, where later he found I spread the artistic, political and intellectual elite of the city. Declared as Sector of Cultural Interest with Individual Development for his original tracing, it was planned in the 30s as part of a project of expulsion of the working classes of the hills or high zones of the city. The permanent filming of Soap operas Left Forest is seen by his inhabitants as an invasion of the public space<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Otra, Bienal de Arte Contemporaneo<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Curiously, the phases of the gentrificaci\u00f3n coincide spatially with the line that it crosses three neighborhoods of intervention of Other one, Biennial show of Contemporary Art:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; La Perseverancia: <em>stigmatization\/abandon<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; La Macarena:\u00a0<em>revaluation <\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Bosque Izquierdo: <em>elite\/exclusion<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Left Hand Rotation proposes a process of collective reflection with the participants and public of the Biennial show and the neighbors of the neighborhoods of The Perseverance and The Pertaining to La Macarena one: can process of gentrificaci\u00f3n in expansion of The Pertaining to La Macarena one concern in the future The Perseverance? Are we the artists and public of the biennial show the top of lance of this process?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Photonovel<\/strong><br \/>\nA photonovel or photohistory is a story in photographies, a dialog between the comic and the cinema, which departs from a narrative plot or script and develops across the secuencializaci\u00f3n of images, dialogs, and voice in off. The arguments of the Soap operas and Photonovels turn concerning questions of social classes, which is also in the center itself of the questions associated with the gentrificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the practical days one proposed to the participants of the workshop the collective creation of a PHOTONOVEL which argument was facilitating the comprehension of the problematic ones associated with the processes of gentrificaci\u00f3n across the fiction.
