{"id":36678,"date":"2013-12-17T06:05:35","date_gmt":"2013-12-17T06:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/?p=36678"},"modified":"2019-12-27T16:49:40","modified_gmt":"2019-12-27T15:49:40","slug":"there-is-only-drawing-%c2%b7-pedro-calapez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/there-is-only-drawing-%c2%b7-pedro-calapez\/","title":{"rendered":"There is Only Drawing \u00b7 Pedro Calapez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomando como punto de partida una cita del escultor norteamericano Richard Serra, Pedro Calapez presenta en la Fundaci\u00f3n Luis Seoane varios de sus trabajos m\u00e1s recientes en los que, a trav\u00e9s de dibujo, profundiza en la relaci\u00f3n entre los l\u00edmites de la propia obra y el entorno, entre el espacio en el que se dispone la obra y lo que \u00e9se espacio contiene. Esta relaci\u00f3n se plasma en los trabajos que conforman esta muestra, especialmente en aquellos que, partiendo de una unidad (un dibujo, una pintura, un panel de aluminio) y mediante la multiplicaci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta hasta la constituci\u00f3n de un mural, difuminan los m\u00e1rgenes de la obra y transforman las salas en entornos que permiten primero al espectador percibir lo espec\u00edfico, un elemento determinado, para desviarse hacia lo general, hacia el conjunto de la obra, para finalizar centrando la mirada en cuestiones como el lugar que ocupa \u00e9sta con respecto a la arquitectura que la rodea.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_36679\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36679\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/182g.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-36679\" title=\"182g\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/182g.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/182g.jpg 620w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/182g-300x223.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-36679\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Pedro Calapez.
