Para ello, se sit\u00faa en correspondencia con algunos de los manifiestos arquitect\u00f3nicos m\u00e1s importantes de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, surgidos como resultado de afortunados an\u00e1lisis vertidos sobre lugares anta\u00f1o menospreciados. Las interpretaciones que Reyner Banham, Robert Venturi y Denise Scott Brown, Rem Koolhaas y el Atelier Bow-Wow realizaron sobre Los \u00c1ngeles, Las Vegas, Nueva York y Tokio, respectivamente, constituyen referentes indispensables para su desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35641\" title=\"Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg 620w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al igual que estas ciudades, las Cuencas se han visto sensiblemente alteradas en un breve periodo de tiempo. Sometidas a un fuerte proceso de industrializaci\u00f3n, han pasado, en pocas d\u00e9cadas, de ser unos valles naturales de estructuras econ\u00f3micas y sociales fundamentalmente rurales a incorporar en su seno pujantes aglomeraciones urbanas de inesperada densidad. Si bien no pueden competir en renombre con los anteriores ejemplos, su her\u00e9tica configuraci\u00f3n urbana tambi\u00e9n es consecuencia del impacto, en un espacio concreto y en un periodo de tiempo relativamente breve, de intereses econ\u00f3micos. En consecuencia, la coexistencia de los paisajes natural, rural, industrial y urbano no se produce en ellas de un modo regulado o planificado. Los l\u00edmites entre unos y otros est\u00e1n vagamente definidos, lo que impide precisar sus \u00e1reas de influencia. En conjunto, las Cuencas se perciben como un magma de identidades contrapuestas pero entremezcladas. Esto ha propiciado la aparici\u00f3n en su seno de modelos edificatorios profundamente heterodoxos que llevan inscrito en su c\u00f3digo gen\u00e9tico el conflicto sobre el que se levantan. Se trata de arquitecturas h\u00edbridas, <em>artefactos<\/em> <em>mutantes,<\/em> que, a pesar de la invisibilidad que les otorga su inevitable condici\u00f3n marginal, hoy en d\u00eda son capaces de ofrecer interesant\u00edsimas lecciones arquitect\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con su estudio se pretende ensayar nuevas \u00e1reas de oportunidad en el pensamiento arquitect\u00f3nico contempor\u00e1neo y reconvertir la imagen convencional que se tiene de las Cuencas, un lugar tradicionalmente denostado pero que, examinado desde una mirada desprejuiciada, conforma un entorno \u00fanico en la estructura urbana europea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la Sala de Exposiciones SabadellHerrero, <em>Artefactos de la memoria<\/em> ofrecen una muestra representativa de la labor de documentaci\u00f3n y catalogaci\u00f3n realizada durante el proceso investigador. Su contenido se desarrolla a partir del an\u00e1lisis de 40 de los<em> artefactos<\/em> m\u00e1s singulares identificados en este territorio. En LABoral Centro de Arte y Creaci\u00f3n Industrial la reflexi\u00f3n se extiende a modo de especulaci\u00f3n on\u00edrica a partir de los contenidos elaborados en la investigaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de tres apartados: <em>espectros, proyecciones y enso\u00f1aciones<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aprendiendo de las Cuencas<\/strong><br \/>\n29.09.13 &#8211; 23.02.14<br \/>\nLugar: Sala de Exposiciones SabadellHerrero, Oviedo y LABoral, Gij\u00f3n<br \/>\nEspa\u00f1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.laboralcentrodearte.org\/es\/exposiciones\/cuencas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">+ info<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:gl--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O proxecto de investigaci\u00f3n <em>Aprendiendo de las Cuencas<\/em> ten como obxectivo ofrecer unha nova mirada da paisaxe cultural das Concas Mineiras Centrais de Asturias. To this end, the project aligns itself with some of the key architectural manifestos of recent decades, arising as a result of seminal analyses of places which had once been overlooked. The interpretations made by Reyner Banham, Robert Venturi and Denise Scott Brown, Rem Koolhaas and Atelier Bow-Wow about Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York and Tokyo, respectively, are now considered key turning points in their subsequent evolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35641\" title=\"Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web.jpg 620w, https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Aprendiendo_Cuencas_web-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As happened with these cities, the Cuencas or mining areas have changed considerably over a brief period of time. After undergoing an intense process of industrialisation, in just a few decades what were once natural valleys with basically rural economic and social structures came to host busy urban agglomerations of unexpected density in their very heart. While it obviously cannot rival the reputation of the above-mentioned examples, this heretical urban configuration is equally the result of the impact of economic interests in a specific space and in a relatively short lapse of time. Consequently, the co-existence of natural, rural, industrial and urban landscapes came about in a totally uncontrolled and unplanned fashion. The fuzzy limits between the different landscapes foreclose the possibility of identifying their areas of influence. The Cuencas are perceived as a mesh of opposing yet interconnected identities. This has given rise to incredibly heterodox building patterns that contain the conflict on which they are erected embedded in their genetic code. These are hybrid architectures, <em>mutating artefacts<\/em> which, despite the invisibility of their inevitable marginality, can offer really interesting lessons in architecture today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In analysing them we endeavour to rehearse new windows of opportunity in contemporary architectural thought and to transform the conventional image of the Cuencas, a place which has been systematically overlooked yet which, when analysed from an unprejudiced point of view, represents a unique environment within Europe\u2019s urban structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The show <em>Los artefactos de la memoria <\/em>[Artefacts of Memory] at the SabadellHerrero exhibition hall showcases a cross-section of the documentation and cataloguing carried out during the research process. The exhibition content is based on a study of 40 of the most outstanding artefacts identified in this territory.
