Pocos a\u00f1os antes, durante un corto periplo en Par\u00eds, hab\u00eda completado su primera obra de arquitectura. En palabras de John Allan, \u201csi Rusia fue su guarder\u00eda, Europa fue su instituto. El fermento de la Rusia revolucionaria le hab\u00eda implantado la visi\u00f3n del arte como instrumento de renovaci\u00f3n social; luego, en Europa, Lubetkin iba a aprender la historia del arte y el magisterio del dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico como una t\u00e9cnica artesanal\u201d. Wilhelm Worringer o Auguste Perret fueron algunas de sus influencias durante este periodo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1932, ya en Londres, estableci\u00f3 la oficina Tecton junto a Francis Skinner, Denys Lasdun, Godfrey Samuel y Lindsay Drake. A few years before, during a short tour in Paris, he had completed his first building. In John Allan\u2019s words, \u201cif Russia was Lubetkin\u2019s nursery, Europe was his high school. Russia\u2019s revolutionary ferment had implanted the vision of art as an instrument of social renewal; now, in Europe, Lubetkin was to learn the history of art and master architectural design as a technical craft.\u201d Wilhelm Worringer or Auguste Perret were some of his influences during this period.<em><\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 1932, already in London, he established the office Tecton with Francis Skinner, Denys Lasdun, Godfrey Samuel and Lindsay Drake. He also participated in the founding of the MARS Group with Morton Shand, Wells Coates or Maxwell Fry, and later in the leftist group ATO (Architects &#8216;and Technicians&#8217; Organization). With this background, Lubetkin is recognized as a key figure in the introduction of the modern movement in Britain. It is particularly appreciated his belief in architecture as a tool for social progress.
