Su follaje podr\u00e1 subir a voluntad.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Carta de Le Corbusier al Dr. Pedro Curutchet, 24 de mayo de 1949<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la obra de Le Corbusier, los elementos de la naturaleza establecen una referencia ineludible en sus proyectos sin distinci\u00f3n de programa, escala, sitio o per\u00edodo. Sus propuestas urban\u00edsticas fundan parte sustancial de sus tesis en la estructuraci\u00f3n de parques y bosques naturales como contenedores de sus edificios. Fue plantado por el Dr. Pedro Curutchet finalizada la obra en 1956, de acuerdo a la indicaci\u00f3n realizada por Le Corbusier en la correspondencia que se transcribe parcialmente al inicio del texto.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLo plantamos despu\u00e9s de hecha la casa. Yo cre\u00ed que iba a ser dif\u00edcil, pero Le Corbusier conoc\u00eda tanto la inclinaci\u00f3n de los rayos solares que la planta tuvo sol suficiente para desarrollarse desde el primer momento.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Pedro Curutchet a Daniel Casoy<\/em>, en \u201cArquitectura Bis\u201d, n\u00ba2. Barcelona. 1983<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos estudiosos de la obra de Le Corbusier consideran que la incorporaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbol constituye una extensi\u00f3n del parque ubicado frente a la parcela. Otros, que lo utiliza como un elemento que le permite ampliar y enriquecer el vocabulario formal. Aun concordando con ambas apreciaciones, creemos encontrar elementos suficientes para pensar en la existencia de otras motivaciones que concluyeron en la toma de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este aspecto, explorando el car\u00e1cter de la obra, el \u00e1rbol constituye un elemento de tensi\u00f3n. La tensi\u00f3n entre los componentes del dise\u00f1o es un concepto que Le Corbusier desarrolla con una ductilidad notable, tal como lo define en el texto publicado en L\u2019Espirit Nouveau:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLa obra de arte es un objeto artificial que permite situar al espectador en un estado buscado por el creador; la creaci\u00f3n de la obra de arte debe disponer, por lo tanto, de medios y resultados seguros. Hemos intentado crear, pues, una lengua que posea estos medios: Las formas y los colores primarios tiene propiedades ESTANDAR \u00a0-propiedades universales que permiten crear un lenguaje pl\u00e1stico transmisible. Pero la utilizaci\u00f3n de las fuerzas primarias no permite situar al espectador en el estado de orden matem\u00e1tico buscado. Esta divergencia de caracteres enfatiza las cualidades de ambas convenciones: destaca la rigidez de la trama estructural y delata lo impredecible de las formas de la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emplazado en el umbral de la rampa, el \u00e1rbol marca el inicio del paseo arquitect\u00f3nico. Pero adem\u00e1s lo enriquece de manera sustancial. En m\u00e9rito a su ubicaci\u00f3n, el \u00e1rbol se transforma en una referencia espacial durante todo el recorrido. La disoluci\u00f3n de luces en sombras propone un paisaje impredecible, cambiante de acuerdo a la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o debido a las variaciones estacionales, que dejan el \u00e1rbol sin follaje en oto\u00f1o y lo vuelven tupido en primavera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El modo en que el \u00e1rbol acent\u00faa la verticalidad del espacio existente entre los dos vol\u00famenes es otro valor a considerar. El programa de la casa Curutchet se distribuye en capas horizontales superpuestas, una estrategia que permite a la vivienda ocupar la cubierta del consultorio para compartir entre ambas fachadas el dominio visual sobre el bosque. En este contexto, el \u00e1rbol es el \u00fanico elemento de la casa que atraviesa en vertical la totalidad de los niveles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un mismo sentido, el \u00e1rbol constituye el elemento de integraci\u00f3n entre la vivienda y la consulta. En las dos viviendas que mencionamos anteriormente, donde el \u00e1rbol aparec\u00eda como elemento existente en la parcela, el edificio lo rodea en quiebres de su envolvente. En la casa Curutchet, el \u00e1rbol se transforma en elemento de uni\u00f3n, componedor de la unidad del conjunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concepto de transparencia fenomenal perfectamente puede aplicarse en este caso, sin dejar de lado las implicancias po\u00e9ticas que acarrea el hecho de incorporar un elemento vegetal a la obra. Others, which it it uses as an element that allows him to extend and to enrich the formal vocabulary. We have tried to create, so, a language that possesses these means: The forms and the primary colors it has properties STANDARD &#8211; universal properties that allow to create a plastic transmissible language. But the utilization of the primary forces does not allow to place the spectator in the condition of mathematical looked order. This difference of characters emphasizes the qualities of both conventions: stands out the inflexibility of the structural plot and betrays the unpredictable of the forms of the nature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Located on the verge of the ramp, the tree marks the beginning of the architectural walk. But in addition it enriches it in a substantial way. In merit to his location, the tree transforms in a spatial reference during the whole tour. Foi plantado polo Dr. Pedro Curutchet finalizada a obra en 1956, de acordo \u00e1 indicaci\u00f3n realizada por Le Corbusier na correspondencia que se transcribe parcialmente ao comezo do texto.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cPlant\u00e1molo logo de feita a casa. A\u00ednda concordando con ambas apreciaciones, creemos atopar elementos suficientes para pensar na existencia doutras motivaciones que conclu\u00edronna toma de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neste aspecto, explorando o car\u00e1cter da obra, a \u00e1rbore constit\u00fae un elemento de tensi\u00f3n. A tensi\u00f3n entre os compo\u00f1entes do dese\u00f1o \u00e9 un concepto que Le Corbusier desenvolve cunha ductilidad notable, tal como def\u00edneo no texto publicado no L\u2019Espirit Nouveau:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cA obra de arte \u00e9 un obxecto artificial que permite situar ao espectador nun estado buscado polo creador; a creaci\u00f3n da obra de arte debe dispo\u00f1er, polo tanto, de medios e resultados seguros. Intentamos crear, pois, unha lingua que pos\u00faa estes medios: As formas e as cores primarias ten propiedades ESTANDAR -propiedades universais que permiten crear unha linguaxe pl\u00e1stica transmisible. Pero a utilizaci\u00f3n das forzas primarias non permite situar ao espectador no estado de orde matem\u00e1tica buscado. Esta divergencia de car\u00e1cteres enfatiza as calidades de ambas convenciones: destaca a rixidez da trama estructural e delata o impredicible das formas da natureza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emplazado no limiar da rampa, a \u00e1rbore marca o inicio do paseo arquitect\u00f3nico. O programa da casa Curutchet distrib\u00faese en capas horizontales superpuestas, unha estratexia que permite \u00e1 vivenda ocupar a cuberta do consultorio para compartir entre ambas fachadas o dominio visual sobre o bosque. Neste contexto, a \u00e1rbore \u00e9 o \u00fanico elemento da casa que atravesa en vertical a totalidade dos niveis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun mesmo sentido, a \u00e1rbore constit\u00fae o elemento de integraci\u00f3n entre a vivenda e a consulta. Nas d\u00faas vivendas que mencionamos anteriormente, onde a \u00e1rbore aparec\u00eda como elemento existente na parcela, o edificio rod\u00e9ao en crebes do seu envolvente. Na casa Curutchet, a \u00e1rbore transf\u00f3rmase en elemento de uni\u00f3n, componedor da unidade do conxunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O concepto de transparencia fenomenal perfectamente pode aplicarse neste caso, sen deixar de lado as implicancias po\u00e9ticas que carrexa o feito de incorporar un elemento vegetal \u00e1 obra.
