El festival de arquitectura Eme3, que tuvo lugar del 27 al 30 de junio de junio en el recinto Fabra i Coats de Barcelona, acoge hasta el 31 de julio la exposici\u00f3n Share-it<\/em><\/strong>, que re\u00fane 40 propuestas de 17 nacionalidades sobre nuevas formas de arquitectura y urbanismo.<\/p>\n

Bajo el tema \u201cTopias, utopias becoming real\u201d, el paso de las utop\u00edas a la realidad, los diferentes proyectos analizan \u00e1mbitos como: los nuevos usos del espacio p\u00fablico (la autogesti\u00f3n, el empoderamiento y los procesos colaborativos); la vivienda en situaciones de crisis; y el espacio de trabajo en evoluci\u00f3n, con ejemplos como el co-working como nuevo modelo de espacio.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpanish Dream\u201d de Cadelas verdes (Espa\u00f1a)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Entre los proyectos que se exhiben, destacan los ganadores del Premio Eme3 Fundaci\u00f3n Jes\u00fas Serra: \u201cSembrando semillas de paisajes latentes\u201d de Living Devices Lab + Jan Westerink, \u201cPlan n’UNDO\u201d de n’UNDO (Espa\u00f1a), \u201cLa Casa de Marcello\u201d de Ctrl+Z y NoSoloPaja (Espa\u00f1a) y \u201cSpanish Dream\u201d de Cadelas verdes (Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n

\u201cSembrando semillas de paisajes latentes\u201d<\/strong> ha convertido en realidad algo que parec\u00eda una utop\u00eda, poner al alcance de todos la posibilidad de sembrar y cultivar especies vegetales en riesgo de extinci\u00f3n, en un contexto fluvial completamente explotado por el crecimiento urbano, la agricultura intensiva y la industrializaci\u00f3n. El proyecto es un intento por rescatar la floresta de planicie y los humedales que tiempo atr\u00e1s se extend\u00edan a lo largo del r\u00edo Po, cuyo cauce hidrogr\u00e1fico coincide con la regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s industrializada, contaminada y poblada de Italia.<\/p>\n

Living Devices y Jan Westerink han dise\u00f1ado y creado el \u201cFlying Seeds Sieve\u201d<\/strong>, un tamiz volador que contiene en su interior una selecci\u00f3n de semillas de floresta, y las \u201cSeeds Spreading Islands\u201d, micro-praderas de floras acu\u00e1ticas flotantes plantadas en el soporte poroso de materiales pl\u00e1sticos reciclados, con el objetivo de que pudieran acoger y proteger un valioso componente biol\u00f3gico en su interior.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlan n\u2019UNDO\u201d<\/strong> est\u00e1 aplicado al distrito de Sant Andreu de Barcelona y surge como una manera de hacer re-arquitectura, interviniendo en el territorio y la ciudad desde la no construcci\u00f3n, la minimizaci\u00f3n, la reutilizaci\u00f3n y el desmantelamiento. Se propone una metodolog\u00eda que detecta problemas y propone mejoras en colaboraci\u00f3n con el vecindario, las instituciones, organizaciones y agentes implicados.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa Casa de Marcello\u201d <\/strong>toma como punto de partida las comunidades ut\u00f3picas de los a\u00f1os 60 y 70 que usaban recursos urbanos en desuso. Ctrl+Z y NoSoloPaja se fijaron en los pal\u00e9s que llegan y se quedan en los escenarios de emergencia en acciones humanitarias para crear una casa de f\u00e1cil construcci\u00f3n y que pueda ser realizada por personas no especializadas.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpanish Dream\u201d <\/strong>propone una reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica sobre la crisis econ\u00f3mica y sus consecuencias y, sobre todo, de la burbuja inmobiliaria que afecta Espa\u00f1a. El proyecto recrea escenas familiares en obras sin terminar provocando la reflexi\u00f3n sobre una sociedad que, arrastrada por el af\u00e1n de convertirse en propietarios, olvid\u00f3 el verdadero sentido del habitar.<\/p>\n

Under the subject \u201cTopias, utopias becoming real\u201d, the step of the utopias to the reality, the different projects analyse fields eat: the new uses of the public space (the autogesti\u00f3n, the empoderamiento and the processes colaborativos); the house in situations of crisis; and the space of work in evolution, with examples like the co-working as new model of space.<\/p>\n

Between the projects that exhibit , stand out the winners of the Prize Eme3 Foundation Jes\u00fas Serra: \u201cSeeding seeds of latent landscapes\u201d of Living Devices Lab + Jan Westerink, \u201cPlan n’UNDO\u201d of n’UNDO (Spain), \u201cThe House of Marcello\u201d of Ctrl+Z and NoSoloPaja (Spain) and \u201cSpanish Dream\u201d of Cadelas green (Spain).<\/p>\n

\u201cSeeding seeds of latent landscapes\u201d<\/strong> has turned into reality something that seemed an utopia, put near at hand of all the possibility to seed and cultivate vegetal species in risk of extinction, in a fluvial context entirely exploded by the urban growth, the intensive agriculture and the industrialisation. The project is an attempt for rescuing the floresta of planicie and the humedales that time backwards extended\u00a0 along the river Po, whose hydrographic course coincides with the most industrialised region, contaminated and populated of Italy.<\/p>\n

Living Devices And Jan Westerink have designed and created the \u201cFlying Seeds Sieve\u201d<\/strong>, a sieve volador that contains in his interior a selection of seeds of floresta, and the \u201cSeeds Spreading Islands\u201d, micro-meadows of floating aquatic floras planted in the porous support of plastic materials recycled, with the aim that they could receive and protect a valuable biological component in his interior.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlan n’UNDO\u201d<\/strong> is applied to the district of Sant Andreu of Barcelona and arises like a way to do re-architecture, taking part in the territory and the city from the no construction, the minimisation, the reuse and the dismantlement. It proposes\u00a0 a methodology that detects problems and proposes improvements in collaboration with the vecindario, the institutions, organisations and agents involved.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe House of Marcello\u201d<\/strong> takes like starting point the utopian communities of the years 60 and 70 that used urban resources into disuse. Ctrl+Z And NoSoloPaja fixed\u00a0 in the pal\u00e9s that arrive and remain\u00a0 in the stages of emergency in humanitarian actions to create a house of easy construction and that it can be realised by people no skilled.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpanish Dream\u201d<\/strong> Proposes a critical reflection on the economic crisis and his consequences and, especially, of the bubble real estate that affects Spain. The project re-creates familiar scenes in works without finishing causing the reflection on a society that, dragged by the af\u00e1n to turn into\u00a0 proprietary, forgot the true sense of the inhabit.<\/p>\n
