As\u00ed lo defiende Celestino Garc\u00eda Bra\u00f1a, decano del Colegio de Arquitectos de Galicia. Seg\u00fan su razonamiento, la historia va incorporando como patrimonio cultural las construcciones que realiza el hombre \u00aby desde ese punto de vista, las factor\u00edas dise\u00f1adas en el siglo XX presentan una singularidad de su tiempo tal y como las catedrales hicieron antes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/mario-rojas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3305\" title=\"COLEGIO DE ARQUITECTOS MR 02.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/veredes.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/mario-rojas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a> <span style=\"color: #888888;\">El decano de los arquitectos asturianos, \u00c1ngel Noriega, y el de los gallegos, Celestino Garc\u00eda, ayer en Oviedo | mario rojas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta convicci\u00f3n es la que est\u00e1 movilizando a un grupo de arquitectos de todo el pa\u00eds para reunirse en Asturias, \u00abuna regi\u00f3n valorada a nivel internacional por su arquitectura del carb\u00f3n, de la siderurgia, y las hidroel\u00e9ctricas\u00bb, respald\u00f3 el decano asturiano, \u00c1ngel Noriega. La cita tendr\u00e1 forma de congreso y pretende reivindicar un tipo de bienes que \u00abest\u00e1n amenazados porque no tienen suficiente reconocimiento como patrimonio cultural\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la regi\u00f3n \u00abya hemos asistido a algunas demoliciones\u00bb, se\u00f1ala Noriega, quien pone el ejemplo de la central t\u00e9rmica de Avil\u00e9s, levantada en 1957 bajo los dise\u00f1os de Juan Manuel C\u00e1rdenas Rodr\u00edguez y Francisco Goicoechea Agust\u00ed y destruida 50 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde. El Icomos, organismo que asesora a la Unesco, particip\u00f3 de una defensa numantina de este edificio pero al final \u00absu presencia era incompatible con los usos que se le quer\u00edan dar a la zona y ese es precisamente el punto d\u00e9bil de estos edificios: que a veces no se les busca una integraci\u00f3n, un nuevo uso que prolongue su vida\u00bb, indica el decano de los arquitectos asturianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La regi\u00f3n est\u00e1 sembrada de edificios levantados por un m\u00f3vil productivo que ya los ha deshabitado. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer ahora? A medio y largo plazo la pregunta se plantear\u00e1 \u00aben Oviedo, con la F\u00e1brica de Gas y la de armas\u00bb, adelanta Noriega. Para acertar en esa y otras decisiones el congreso \u00abtraer\u00e1 a varios expertos de otros pa\u00edses porque queremos ver ejemplos de actuaciones que nos puedan servir tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un alcance mayor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Asturias ya existen algunas intervenciones que permiten calibrar hasta d\u00f3nde pueden llegar estas reconversiones arquitect\u00f3nicas. Ah\u00ed est\u00e1 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la antigua azucarera de Pravia, edificio de ladrillo impulsado por un fallido y breve proyecto empresarial de principios del siglo XX y que ahora est\u00e1 en rehabilitaci\u00f3n para acoger un centro polivalente con juzgados, empresas, biblioteca, bar y una casa para la mujer. Otras actuaciones, propuestos por Noriega, son \u00abValnal\u00f3n a nivel industrial o las que est\u00e1n en proceso en los pozos de Santa B\u00e1rbara y San Luis\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, el aprovechamiento de naves y pozos da para una transformaci\u00f3n mayor en la regi\u00f3n.
