Desde su primera edici\u00f3n la Bienal Espa\u00f1ola de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, ha ido integrando un conjunto de actividades espec\u00edficamente relacionadas con la Arquitectura, organizadas por las diversas instituciones colaboradoras, una exposici\u00f3n itinerante que recoge en cada una de sus ediciones aquellas obras que por sus cualidades han sido merecedoras de ser finalistas en la Bienal y los premios establecidos en cada una de sus categor\u00edas.<\/p>\n

El Ministerio de Fomento, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Arquitectura, Vivienda y Suelo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Consejo Superior de los Colegios de Arquitectos de Espa\u00f1a (CSCAE) y la Fundaci\u00f3n Caja de Arquitectos y la Uni\u00f3n de Agrupaciones de Arquitectos Urbanistas (UAAU), convoc\u00f3 a principios de 201 3 la XII Bienal Espa\u00f1ola de Arquitectura y Urbanismo correspondiente al bienio 2011-2012, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de los arquitectos Fuensanta Nieto y Enrique Sobejano.<\/p>\n

Los d\u00edas 9 y 10 de mayo de 2013 tuvieron lugar en Madrid las reuniones del Jurado de la XII Bienal Espa\u00f1ola de Arquitectura y Urbanismo. El Jurado estuvo compuesto por Javier Mart\u00edn, Subdirector General de Arquitectura en representaci\u00f3n de la Directora General de Arquitectura, Vivienda y Suelo del Ministerio de Fomento, Alfonso Toribio, Decano del Colegio de Arquitectos de Asturias en representaci\u00f3n del Presidente del CSCAE, Carlos G\u00f3mez Agust\u00ed, en representaci\u00f3n del Presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Caja de Arquitectos Fuensanta Nieto y Enrique Sobejano, Directores de la XII BIENAL ESPA\u00d1OLA, Andr\u00e9s Jaque, Arquitecto, fundador de la Oficina de Innovaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, Sebasti\u00e0 Jornet, Arquitecto, profesor de urbanismo en la ETSAB y miembro del equipo Jornet-Llop-Pastor ganador del Premio de Urbanismo de la XI Bienal, Sol Madridejos, Arquitecta, socia fundadora de Sancho-Madridejos Architecture Office (S-MAO), Profesora de Proyectos de la Universidad Europea UEM, Madrid, Rafael Aranda, Arquitecto, socio fundador de RCR Arquitectes, Olot, por acuerdo del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo en sustituci\u00f3n de Carmen Pigem, Matthias Sauerbruch, Arquitecto, socio fundador del estudio Sauerbruch Hutton, Profesor de la Universit\u00e4t der K\u00fcnste (UdK), Berl\u00edn, y Wilfried Wang, Arquitecto y Critico de Arquitectura, Socio fundador Hoidn Wang Partners, Profesor de la University of Texas at Austin (USA).<\/p>\n

En esta edici\u00f3n se recibieron 583 obras de arquitectura realizadas en el bienio 2011-2012. En la primera sesi\u00f3n de las reuniones del Jurado, 164 fueron consideradas como SELECCIONADAS. Finalmente el Jurado acord\u00f3 conceder 15 PREMIOS y se\u00f1alar 27 FINALISTAS.<\/p>\n

From his first edition the Biennial Spanish of Architecture and Urbanismo, has gone integrating a group of activities specifically related with the Architecture, organised by the diverse institutions collaborators, an itinerant exhibition that collects in each one of his editions those works that by his qualities have been merecedoras to be finalists in the Biennial and the prizes established in each one of his categories.<\/p>\n

The Ministry responsible for public works, through the General Direction of Architecture, House and Suelo, in collaboration with the Upper Council of the Schools of Architects of Spain (CSCAE) and the Foundation Box of Architects and the Union of Groupings of Architects Urbanistas (UAAU), summoned at the beginning of 201 3 the XII Biennial Spanish of Architecture and Urbanismo corresponding to the bienio 2011-2012, under the direction of the architects Fuensanta Grandson and Enrique Sobejano.<\/p>\n

The days 9 and 10 May 2013 took place in Madrid the meetings of the Jury of the XII Biennial Spanish of Architecture and Urbanismo. The Jury was composed by Javier Mart\u00edn, General Deputy director of Architecture in representation of the General Director of Architecture, House and Floor of the Ministry responsible for public works, Alfonso Toribio, Dean of the School of Architects of Asturias in representation of the President of the CSCAE, Carlos G\u00f3mez Agust\u00ed, in representation of the President of the Foundation Box of Architects Fuensanta Grandson and Enrique Sobejano, Directors of the XII BIENNIAL SPANISH, Andr\u00e9s Check, Architect, founder of the Office of Political Innovation, Sebasti\u00e0 Jornet, Architect, professor of urbanismo in the ETSAB and member of the team Jornet-Llop-winning Shepherd of the Prize of Urbanismo of the XI Biennial, Sol Madridejos, Architect, partner founder of Sancho-Madridejos Architecture Office (S-MAO), Professor of Projects of the European University UEM, Madrid, Rafael Aranda, Architect, partner founder of RCR Arquitectes, Olot, by agreement of the Executive Committee in replacement of Carmen Pigem, Matthias Sauerbruch, Architect, partner founder of the study Sauerbruch Hutton, Professor of the Universit\u00e4t der K\u00fcnste (UdK), Berlin, and Wilfried Wang, Architect and Criticise of Architecture, Partner founder Hoidn Wang Partners, Professor of the University of Texas at Austin (USE).<\/p>\n
