El pr\u00f3ximo martes 19 de Febrero, siguiendo con la programaci\u00f3n del ciclo de conferencias \u201cForos Esarq 2013: Atmospheres. The sense of the things\u201d<\/em> que organiza la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, ESARQ-UIC, Flores&Prats, impartir\u00e1n una ponencia bajo el t\u00edtulo \u201cConferencia de Bolsillo\u201d<\/em>. El acto, que ser\u00e1 abierto al p\u00fablico, tendr\u00e1 lugar a las 19:00 horas en el Aula Magna del Campus Barcelona de la UIC.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Flores & Prats plantean su conferencia como una cita para explicar y razonar sobre sus proyectos a partir del discurso que se genera en la cotidianeidad de la pr\u00e1ctica de la arquitectura. Entienden por conferencia de bolsillo, \u201cesa charla que llevas contigo y que, al abrirla, despliega un encadenado de im\u00e1genes, todo el mundo del estudio guardado en ese peque\u00f1o objeto, en tu bolsillo. Cada proyecto se liga al siguiente, y \u00e9ste al siguiente y al siguiente\u2026 \u201c<\/em> una memoria, unas experiencias, unos conocimientos que permiten una relectura casi c\u00edclica de su trayectoria profesional.<\/p>\n

El estudio Flores&Prats se ha dedicado a la confrontaci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica acad\u00e9mica con la actividad proyectual y constructiva. Sus fundadores, Eva Prats y Ricardo Flores son profesores de Proyectos en la ETSAB-UPC. Han formado parte del Directorio de la revista Wallpaper*, han sido invitados a dirigir talleres en diversas universidades de Estados Unidos, parte de Europa, Argentina y Australia, y han sido galardonados con varios premios de gran prestigio, como el Grand Award for the Best Work in Architecture de la Royal Academy of Arts de Londres en 2009.<\/p>\n

En la actualidad est\u00e1n terminando las obras del Centro Cultural Casal Balaguer de Palma de Mallorca, y en Barcelona, han ganado el concurso para la Nueva Sala Beckett-Obrador Internacional de Dramaturgia.<\/p>\n

Flores & Prats suscitan a s\u00faa conferencia como unha cita para explicar e razoar sobre os seus proxectos a partir do discurso que se xera na cotidianeidad da pr\u00e1ctica da arquitectura. Next Tuesday, the 19th of February, continuing with the programming of the cycle of conferences \u00bb Forums Esarq 2013: Atmospheres. Flores&Prats raise his conference as an appointment to explain and to reason on his projects from the speech that is generated in the ordinariness of the practice of the architecture. The Flores&Prats studyhas devoted itself to the confrontation of the theory and the academic practice with the activity proyectual and constructive. His founders, Eve Prats and Ricardo Flores are project teachers in the ETSAB-UPC. They have formed a part of the Directory of the magazine Wallpaper *, workshops have been invited to direct in diverse universities of The United States, Europa’s part, Argentina and Australia, and have been rewarded by several prizes of great prestige, as the Grand Award for the Best Work in Architecture de la Royal Academy of Arts of London in 2009.<\/p>\n

At present there are finishing the works of the Cultural Center Country house Balaguer of Palma, and in Barcelona, have gained the contest for the New Room International Beckett-workroom of Dramaturgy.<\/p>\n
