Prescinde de formular an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3ricos, porque considera que las f\u00e1bulas perduran mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que las ideolog\u00edas. De esta forma, liberado de cualquier condicionante acad\u00e9mica, se permite trazar nuevos m\u00e9todos de existencia buscando superar los anteriores bajo una meta claramente definida: formular un pacto de reconciliaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica basado en armonizar la naturaleza artificial creada por el hombre con la naturaleza org\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La f\u00f3rmula que elige Ambasz para hacer realidad el pacto se basa en colocar verde sobre gris, un sistema de blando sobre duro que persigue los dictados que el sitio propone,\u00a0 evitando imponer una forma predeterminada. Su prop\u00f3sito es recuperar la noci\u00f3n de refugio y el m\u00e9todo que emplea le permite apartar toda carga cultural que act\u00fae como condicionante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma<em>, cuando se satisfacen todas las necesidades funcionales, la arquitectura comienza.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta formulaci\u00f3n de Ambasz, controvertida y audaz, propone evocar la arquitectura como un valor agregado a las resoluciones t\u00e9cnicas y utilitarias, confiriendo po\u00e9tica a lo pragm\u00e1tico. En este escenario, la Casa de Retiro en C\u00f3rdoba puede definirse como una <em>f\u00e1bula de verde sobre gris en tierras Andaluzas. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obra no debe ser considerada una ontogenia arquitect\u00f3nica. La imagen que desarrolla Ambasz es resultado de una reformulaci\u00f3n singular de la casa Andaluza, gestada con una concepci\u00f3n po\u00e9tica cercana al surrealismo. Una presencia donde sobreviene secuencialmente la m\u00e1scara, el mirador, la gradiente descendiente hacia el vac\u00edo organizador, la explosi\u00f3n de luz en ese vac\u00edo, la graduaci\u00f3n de la iluminaci\u00f3n en las aberturas sobre la naturaleza y el rumor del agua sumado al sentido de arquitectura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo esa disposici\u00f3n se desarrolla la casa. Una fachada formada por dos muros revestidos en estuco blanco colocados en un \u00e1ngulo de 90\u00b0, marcan el punto de ingreso y establecen la \u00fanica referencia visual desde el exterior. En la parte superior del v\u00e9rtice que forman ambos muros, Ambasz se permite otra evocaci\u00f3n, instalando un balc\u00f3n artesanal al que se llega por medio de dos escaleras en voladizo adosadas en la parte interior de ambos planos, una dise\u00f1ada para estimular el ascenso y otra el descenso. El mirador instituye un distintivo de los atalayas de observaci\u00f3n andaluces utilizados siglos atr\u00e1s para controlar el movimiento de las tropas invasoras, pero adem\u00e1s proporciona una imagen vibrante del paisaje. Una galer\u00eda recorre el patio estableciendo el punto de transici\u00f3n entre interior y exterior. Las \u00e1reas se limitan por huecos abiertos en la naturaleza para ba\u00f1ar de luz propia diferentes sectores de sal\u00f3n. Pisos y paredes cubiertos con azulejos de cristal cambian su car\u00e1cter de acuerdo a la intensidad de la luz que los cubre. Un patio informal de convenciones curvil\u00edneas se abre por detr\u00e1s, permitiendo la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada en todo el interior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La po\u00e9tica de Ambasz no prescinde de la tradici\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, por el contario, la casa se construy\u00f3 seg\u00fan las t\u00e9cnicas locales empleando hormig\u00f3n armado y muros dobles de ladrillo, con delgadas columnas utilizadas para sostener las b\u00f3vedas que dan al patio y ayudar a conformar los espacios en el interior. El suelo fue excavado para levantar los muros, luego contenidos con arena compactada. Un revestimiento a base de fibra de vidrio fundido en las costuras, envuelve los tabiques enterrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La operaci\u00f3n de Ambasz diluye en la naturaleza todo hecho instituido por la arquitectura para establecer una convenci\u00f3n inseparable, pero la evoca en la met\u00e1fora del muro y el mirador. Una definici\u00f3n que no est\u00e1 sometida a un impulso formal, sino propuesto como un elemento de la casa con vida propia, como parte de la po\u00e9tica de su arquitectura. It disregards of formulating theoretical analyses, because he thinks that the fables last far beyond that the ideologies. Of this form, liberated of any determining academician, it is allowed plan new methods of existence seeking to overcome the previous ones under a clearly definite goal: to formulate an agreement of architectural reconciliation based in harmonizing the artificial nature created by the man with the organic nature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The formula that Ambasz chooses to make real the agreement is based in placing green on grey, a system of I swing on hard that chases the dictations that the site proposes, avoiding to impose a predetermined form. His intention is to recover the notion of refuge and the method that it uses allows him to separate any cultural load that acts like determining.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of this form,<em> when all the functional needs are satisfied, the architecture begins.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Ambasz&#8217;s, controversial and bold formulation, proposes to evoke the architecture as a value added to the technical and utilitarian resolutions, confiriendo poetics to the pragmatic thing. In this scene, the House of Retirement in Cordova can be defined<em> as a fable of green on grey in Andalusian lands.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The work must not be considered to be an architectural ontogenia. The image that Ambasz develops is a result of a singular reformulation of the Andalusian house, prepared with a poetical conception near to the surrealism. He attends one where the mask, the viewing-point strikes sequentially, the gradiente descendant towards the organizing emptiness, the explosion of light in this emptiness, the graduation of the lighting in the openings on the nature and the rumor of the water added to the sense of architecture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under this disposition the house develops. A front formed by two walls re-dressed in white stucco placed in an angle of 90 \u00b0, they mark the point of revenue and establish the only visual reference from the exterior. In the top part of the vertex that both walls form, Ambasz allows himself another evocation, installing a handcrafted balcony to which the designed one comes near by means of two stairs in projecting leaned in the interior part of both planes, to stimulate the ascent and other one the decrease. The viewing-point institutes a badge of the Andalusian atalayas of observation used centuries behind to control the movement of the invading troops, but in addition it provides a vibrant image of the landscape. A gallery crosses the court establishing the point of transition between interior and exterior. The areas limit themselves for hollows opened in the nature to bathe of own light different sectors of lounge. Floors and walls covered with blue rollers of crystal change his character of agreement to the intensity of the light that covers them. An informal court of curvilinear conventions is opened behind, allowing the ventilation crossed in the whole interior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambasz&#8217;s poetics do not do without the technical tradition, for the contario, the house was constructed according to the local technologies using reinforced concrete and double walls of brick, with thin columns used to support the vaults that give to the court and to help to shape the spaces in the interior. The soil was excavated to raise the walls, then contained with compacted sand. A coating based on fiber of glass fused in the seams, wraps the buried partitions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambasz&#8217;s operation dilutes in the nature any fact instituted by the architecture to establish an inseparable convention, but it evokes it in the metaphor of the wall and the viewing-point. A definition that is not submitted to a formal impulse, but proposed as an element of the alive own house, as part of the poetics of his architecture. Unha fachada formada por dous muros revestidos en estuco branco colocados nun \u00e1ngulo de 90\u00b0, marcan o punto de ingreso e establecen a \u00fanica referencia visual desde o exterior. Na parte superior do v\u00e9rtice que forman ambos muros, Ambasz perm\u00edtese outra evocaci\u00f3n, instalando un balc\u00f3n artesanal ao que se chega por medio de d\u00faas escaleiras en voladizo encostadas na parte interior de ambos planos, unha dese\u00f1ada para estimular o ascenso e outra o descenso. O mirador institue un distintivo dos atalayas de observaci\u00f3n andaluces utilizados s\u00e9culos atr\u00e1s para controlar o movemento das tropas invasoras, pero adem\u00e1is proporciona unha imaxe vibrante da paisaxe.
