El concepto tradicional de infraestructura parte de una segregaci\u00f3n: la creaci\u00f3n de un canal que separa a unos ciudadanos de otros por el mero hecho de desplazarse de forma diferente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. La infraestructura escoge al veh\u00edculo y se dise\u00f1a para \u00e9l. La ciudad se convierte en un trazado condicionado por la geometr\u00eda delimitado por la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n de defensas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Las mayores defensas se crean para evitar al coche. As\u00ed una ciudad segura es una ciudad con barreras.
