La tradicional organizaci\u00f3n jer\u00e1rquica est\u00e1 siendo sustituida por una horizontal y participativa basada en las estrategias colaborativas en red; y el foco de inter\u00e9s se desplaza de la noci\u00f3n convencional de &#8216;edificio&#8217; para centrarse en los problemas cotidianos de la ciudad, y en la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica de sesgo low-tech. Dos art\u00edculos firmados por especialistas dan cuenta de los ideales y estrategias de trabajo de esta nueva generaci\u00f3n de arquitectos. Adem\u00e1s, otros dos art\u00edculos, cuyo tema compartido es el c\u00f3mic en relaci\u00f3n con la arquitectura, est\u00e1n dedicados a la obra del recientemente fallecido Moebius, y a la del espa\u00f1ol Miguel Brieva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la secci\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n se detalla desde el punto de vista constructivo la conversi\u00f3n de una antigua nave industrial en un edificio con dotaciones municipales y culturales situado en Oostkamp (B\u00e9lgica), una interesante intervenci\u00f3n definida por el reciclaje y sostenibilidad, que ha sido proyectada por el espa\u00f1ol Carlos Arroyo.
