Podremos ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 montados en vanguardias o experimentos desarraigados, pero en alg\u00fan punto para que sea Arquitectura bajo nuestros ojos, para que aceptemos que esas novedades proyectuales responden a constantes que atravesaron a trav\u00e9s de piedras y ladrillos culturas diversas por siglos, hay respuestas establecidas antes que las preguntas. La Escuela Superior de Comercio Manuel Belgrano, sobre la avenida Costanera de la ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba, acercaba en los 60 planteos formales y espaciales corbusieranos ya explorados en la realidad por el maestro franc\u00e9s y por sus seguidores en geograf\u00edas tan dis\u00edmiles como India, Jap\u00f3n o Brasil, y en nuestro pa\u00eds en algunas obras contempor\u00e1neas como el Centro C\u00edvico de La Pampa (Clorindo Testa, 1955-1965), el Banco de Londres en la city porte\u00f1a (SEPRA-Testa, 1960-1966), la Biblioteca Nacional (C. Testa-F. Bullrich-A. Cazzaniga, 1962-1993) y la Sede del Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n Social en Posadas (Mario Soto y Ra\u00fal Rivarola, 1959-1964).
