La ciudad es el escenario en d\u00f3nde se resolver\u00e1 el futuro dado que en nuestro entorno cultural y social vive el 85 % de las poblaci\u00f3n en ciudades. S\u00f3lo actuando colectivamente, aprendiendo a organizarse, compartiendo conocimiento y experiencia, se puede abordar la innovaci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n social en la ciudad<\/p>\n

El urbanismo t\u00e1ctico es aquel que centra sus acciones en el presente para tener un impacto a una escala mayor de la ciudad. Son actuaciones que tienen por caracter\u00edstica el aprovechar nuevos formatos de trabajo en red y encuentro para que la participaci\u00f3n conlleve una acci\u00f3n real.<\/p>\n

Hacking the city<\/strong> sigue la filosof\u00eda hacker de aprender, intervenir y reescribir el c\u00f3digo establecido de la ciudad para poder modificar el funcionamiento de esta. Compartir, lo abierto, lo descentralizado, el libre acceso y la mejora del entorno son principios que se complementan el enfoque del urbanismo t\u00e1ctico en la ciudad.<\/p>\n

El taller se dirige fundamentalmente a practicantes espaciales y culturales de la ciudad; estudiantes, profesionales y expertos de la ciudad (arquitectura,\u00a0 urbanismo, geograf\u00eda, sociolog\u00eda, antropolog\u00eda), t\u00e9cnicos de entidades locales y asociaciones que quieran innovar en los procesos de participaci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n ciudadana, apasionados de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas urbanas.<\/p>\n

Entre sus objetivos est\u00e1: proponer nuevas t\u00e1cticas para actuar en la ciudad; introducir al uso de herramientas de organizaci\u00f3n colectiva presencial; divulgar ejemplos de mejores pr\u00e1cticas que sirvan como c\u00f3digo fuente; o dise\u00f1ar un prototipo que haga un hack de una situaci\u00f3n actual y real de la ciudad para aprender haciendo colectivamente.<\/p>\n
